Bad experience. They told me they rotated my tires the last time I was there but they didn't and then only give me $20 off for their mistake. My tire went 14000 mile without being rotated.

Place is slow took almost 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change, ridiculous I wouldn't recommend.

Have been taking two cars there for years. Bought tires there. Very helpful and courteous service people (especially a guy called YaYa). This Quick Lane location is really great. I ve used them twice for flat tires and they ve been very helpful. The guys are great, and same day service on tire repair. Check em out!

Do not take appointments for oil changes. Everything is first come first serve walk in basis. Called was told there is no wait/delay, get here 10min later and its suddenly a 2 hour wait. Friendly staff. I took my old car for AC problem and they managed to fix it from the first time while another charged me twice without being able to find the problem.

Excellent service! I dropped off my key and they had all my info in the system. I didn't have to do anything. They were quick and notified me immediately when they were done.

I always have a good experience at this location. Everyone is nice and service is fast. The waiting area is comfortable and even has a cafe if you want to buy food while you wait. Would recommend if you have a Ford.

I've used Quicklane at Jack Demmer Lincoln many times. Most recently, to switch out my winter tires for my summer tires on my Ford Escape. I have always found them to be fast, professional, and really nice! Will definitely be returning for future service.Service: TiresService: Tires
