Had an issue with my alignment on my 2019 Pilot. Hit a curb and broke the tire rods. Saved me hundreds as it was just 300 dollars to fix it. Really great service def taking all my cars here

Called in for some general Q & A and when I asked for some price estimations, informing him that I got the car checked out someplace else, he insisted that I bring it in. I told him I could not do so but told him what I needed. He tried to overwhelm me with technical details in what felt like an attempt to just trip me up and belittle me, but I brushed it off and told him exactly what I needed. I know things might change after you see the car, but assuming what I m telling is accurate and I just need x, what would that run me? I asked. He grew impatient with me, not letting me speak and began cutting me off. In the end he said we were going in circles, which we were, and we decided to end our conversation there.I understand not being able to give exact information over the phone without seeing the car, but you could have met me halfway. You could have explained it to me professionally that you have a policy of needing to see the car first before telling me anything. Even if that were the case, why do you bother asking what all the other auto shops are quoting me first if you weren t going to give me a price on the phone? Most important of all, even if I m not a car expert, you don t need to cut me off, raise your voice at me, and try to belittle me by overwhelming me with a gazillion unrelated other parts that could go wrong.I cannot speak to the quality of the work because I did not get service from them, but I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated.

Extremely honest and knowledgeable techs. Saved me from some repair place claiming I needed to replace an entire engine. Recommended I just replace a battery to fix the problem. Not exaggeratting.

Everyone at Puzzuoli's was absolutely incredible! They were so kind and even stayed late to get my brakes taken care of.Every step of the way, I was walked through what the recommended course of action was and they never pressured me to buy anything I didn't need - something I was concerned about as a woman looking into new mechanics after moving across the country. They made sure to tell me what needed to be done for safety's sake and what could wait until next paycheck.I will absolutely be back and I cannot thank the folks at Puzzuoli's enough for taking care of me and my car.

These guys are awesome!!! They do a great job, and strive to keep cost low. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to work with customers. They get your vehicle done and have you back on the road as quickly as possible. They are a full service shop, and they do allignments, as well.

At 39 years they are the best mechanics in this town IMO! Brothers Chris and Jim and their guys seem to get it right EVERY time. Their service is exceptional, and they are very genuine people too. Go there.

No nonsense business with an explanation of diagnostic findings. I loved that they were totally transparent not to mention they got my car fixed in a timely fashion. Replacing my old mechanic with them!

Puzzuoli's is hands down the best place to bring your vehicle! I was expecting a major, expensive front-end fix and it turned out to be a minor tire issue! Thank you, Chris, for your expert advise and teaching me about my Subaru.DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I KNOW I WON'T! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Was once a repair shop that would do anything. Now they will pick and choose what job they want to do. I recently called and asked if they could install a new thermostat in my vehicle they the man said we would not do that kind of job. My dad brought his vehicles here. Very sad.

My family and I have been taking our cars to Puzzuoli's for over 25 years and will continue to do so. They treat everyone like family and know us by name. I moved from east Dearborn to Wixom 3 years ago and still make the drive to have them work on my car, as much of an inconveniance it is. I stick with who I trust and Jim and Chris are the only ones I trust working on my cars. Fast and friendly service every single time I go there.

From what I can tell they are very honest and trustworthy, I had a bad muffler and they fixed it right away. They didn't try to persuade me into fixing anything else like other mechanic shops.

I went in the shop because I was hearing an odd noise from my muffler. I left the shop paying $150 and the noise was still there. Some guy named Chris was giving me dirty looks and when I was asking him about my belt he was just starring at me like I was stupid and kicked me out the shop. Never coming back here again. FIX UR ATTITUDE CHRIS!!!

When my car started making a strange noise and I was losing power steering, I consulted a friend who referred me to Puzzuoli's Auto Service. He insisted the Puzzuoli brothers (Jim and Chris) had taken honest and professional care of him over the years. So I drove over 35 mins with no power steering to have them take a look at it. Needless to say, I got a what seemed like a reasonable price and all my car's ill symptoms where taken care of.As older cars go (10 years on mine), the power steering on my car was deteriorating. So a power steering leak popped up again just two months later. Since Jim had already worked on my power steering, I decided to take it back to him to consult his opinion on what went wrong this time. I got a call from Chris (his brother) the day after I dropped off my Acura, with a message that my car was "all set for pickup". I went to talk to Chris and he told me that he switched my rusted metal hose with a new copper one. And again, that I'm "all set" (meaning no need to pay again for his additional follow up service). This type of ownership in the auto business is rare. The Puzzuoli brothers displayed a level of professionalism that's hard to come by.They're one of the original family businesses that opened in Dearborn decades ago and have shown me, by example, how they offer up peace of mind to their customers.

Best, professional, and most fair mechanic place they gave me a tire a cap and installed it for only $25. The other places wanted $60 and didn't end to include cap.
