Good auto parts store, they pretty much have whatever you, as a backyard mechanic could ever need. And if they don't have it, they can get it.Knowledgeable counter staff!

Great service! During a snow storm and while driving, my windshield wiper broke and flew off. I managed to drive with barely any visibility. I bought wipers that were recommended and an employee installed them for me so I could get home and I didn't know how to replace them.

Very helpful when we came back 3 times in one night trying to figure out the proper tool to fix our flat tire. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Their return policy is good as well, which we needed when we accidentally purchased the wrong tool.

The staff was so helpful to my mother and I. She had a check engine light on in her cruze and one of the staff member also owned a GM Chevy Cruze and was familiar with the overheating symbol and the need for coolant.. I did not know that there were special types of coolant for different types of cars. Besides the color of the coolant especially designed for certain make vehicles.

I am commercial and Ben doing business with them for the past 8 years with no problem but today the store manager I think her name Cassandra was very rude to me..I even told her that I was gonna buy more parts today but I change my mind for the way she I talking to me and she told me go buy from somewhere else I don't care...thats exactly what she said....so I AM taking my business somewhere else...what a shame how to treat customers...

Have most of what you need. Had more when it was a Murray's. If you stop and shop there, ask for Joe. Very polite and helpful young man. I pulled him into the isle at least 3 times and he came to my assistance with a smile.Just being honest....

Called them to confirm availability on part, went to store same day as they said it would be delivered same day and drive out of my way just for them to say we sent it elsewhere. Very unprofessional staff and customer service HIGHLY SUGGEST to go another location.

Just left from making a return 12/9/2018 @ 8:04 p.m. and I was serviced by some guy named terry with a bunch of tattoos who seemed to have an attitude problem. He had a snotty look on his face while he was servicing me not sure if he was just having a bad day, got into a previous dispute with a customer or just a plain racist. When he gave me my total he threw the change in my hand which I had to pick up off the table. Terrible customer experience overall.

Old and not clean store, sorry to say that. The staff are not friendly, and they were careless to the customers. I don't recommend this place. Other O'Reilly stores have better service and clean!!!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Their employees don't know a single thing and I always end up waiting in line for a half hour. Every single time. There are 3 inexperienced employees who help with check out and ONE guy who SOMEWHAT knows what he's doing. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to get 1 spark plug. Let alone tell him literally 6 different times what brand the plug was and tell me you don't have it then you magically find it after I tell you that I've gotten the same one from this very store. Pure stupidity.

I have noticed that they have lower prices than other auto places. Very helpful because when I go in there I just want the product and go. They always just get the product for me.

The workers here are very helpful. They try to understand the problem that your having with your automobile and give you advice that they have. They spend time with you and never rush the process.

Ive been waiting 10 mins just standing to bw rung up, but the person saw me and went to the back to be on a call. I hope nothing is wrong, but to leave for that long is a bit absurd.

Very rude staff, and the short little female manager there is beyond rude, they lost my business and my companies business as well as all my buddies shops that shop there, no customer loyalty at all. Taking my business else where and you should do the same.
