Great experience! Niko was our salesperson and made the purchase seamless. We called Dearborn Nissan searching for a vehicle no one else in the area had. Niko immediately sent text message of several cars we were interested in. Within a day we settled on the car of choice and picked it up the next day. Wonderful service all around.

Niko was my sales person. He went above and beyond in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted!!! He personally drove me around to get everything I needed for the final purchase agreement to be signed. He was kindly friendly and funny!!! Thank you for all your help...

The purchase experience at Nissan of Dearborn was absolutely phenomenal. The staff, especially Ms Nabiha, are so knowledgeable, personable and genuinely caring, that every step of the searching and purchase was smooth and pleasant. Definitely worth going there, and I will recommend them to everyone.

Niko Josifoski was very kind and caring during the entire process. He gave me time to consider my options. Banks and loans were written up for me and I was able to decide between the options. As this is my first time getting a car, I am very pleased at how easy the experience was. He gave suggestions and highlighting his personal preference, but did not make me feel obligated to go any certain way. I highly recommend. And he always says "be safe," which is such so sweet and kind.

I was able to do the whole buying process on line yes there were a few hiccups but over all it want well.I would like to thank Niko Josifoski for all his help in getting the right vehicle and bank terms and also answering all my questions which I had a lot of. Over all very good job by Nissan of Dearborn

Came in to trade in my Altima, Ahmed was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable he made my experience very easy and was very transparent. For the first time I felt like a sales person was working with me for my best interest, I couldn t be more thankful. He helped me get the new rouge for an amazing deal, I could say this is my first time not dreading the process of getting a new car. I highly recommend working with Ahmed if you re looking to buy a new car.

A few weeks ago I gave Nabiha and the Nissan dealership a positive review. That all changed when I found out I was lied to in regards to an extended warranty protection . I was told multiple times most car loan companies require the extended warranty in order to get the car loan. This was even told to me on day one when I called just to get info on the vehicle I was thinking about getting. I voiced my opinion multiple times I did not want it and never even heard of it before. I found out that one loan company approved of the loan, but it was required to get the warranty. It was later when talking to the loan company that I found out this wasn t true at all. And we are talking about adding 2,000 to the price of the vehicle already for this protection plan and that s after I told them I was struggling financially going through a divorce and had no vehicle to begin with. The reasons I was given when talking to the manager to remove this warranty ranged from it s a learning experience for her of not knowing to some loan companies charge the dealership additional fees themselves, which again makes no sense whatever. They informed me I wasn t charged these fees and could get a refund of the money back. After I mentioned about changing this review, they offered me free oil changes and detailing my car. Are you kidding me? After you lied to me adding more money to the loan I am now to trust you with the car? If I could give less stars I would. What s really sad is this took place after Veterans Day and I am a veteran wearing the hat. The even crazier part is when writing this review NBC nightly news just aired a segment on dealerships nationwide lying to customers and charging junk fees to consumers. I just hope this wasn t done to others purchasing a car at this dealership.

I brought my car here for a recall & for services, the people here were a lot of help and the service was great. As I was waiting for my car Nutasha came and greeted me, she was very bubbly and made sure I was taken care of. I would come back here again

Came into this dealership because my mom's Nissan Rogue's key fob's stopped working. Zaid and Jafar were both very helpful service reps. Zaid Ghattas was communicative along the way and ensured that the problem gets resolved. They didn't just try to slap some random charges on me or give up when the first solution didn't work. They really tried to understand the problem and ensure that it was solved the right way. They were very kind and ensured all the work was covered by the lease warranty, I didn't have to pay a penny! Thank you Nissan of Dearborn!

Jessica Dabbous was very helpful at first but come to find out a lot of the things she told us about the car was not true. We were previously in a rogue and when we went she explained the trim package we' be getting into for our price range only had a few differences like the foot lift gate and the appearances outside. Come to find out there's a huge difference in between these packages and now we are paying more for less. We also had an oil change package with our previous car we asked them to cancel and come to find out they didn't. It was charged to an old bank account so we overdrafted. So my husband called and asked for a manager and was then hung up on. If they don't resolve this quickly our next car won't be a nissan!!

I've been purchasing in Dearborn of Nissan my very first car in US as I recently moved here. The dealer location is shiny, pleasant and welcoming. Actually I've really been welcomed and helped all the way from looking at the cars, having test drives, get support to obtain the financing up to the car insurance!I didn't have the same luck in other dealers and that's where I eventually bought my new lovely car.A special thank to the sale rep Nabiha who has been always present, never pushy and solved all issues with her professional, easygoing and pleasant style. Well diserved 5*2/19/22 It has been a pleasure to come back for the oil change and vehicle check.Staff has been kind, welcoming and professional and I came out of the workshop with a car washed as well!8/11/22 today I purchased another car here, it was the turn of a new Nissan Kicks for my wife.This time as well Nabiha did a great job and we were once again happy to make a deal with Nissan of Dearborn!See You soon!
