I went to various stores and all of them told me that it would take three weeks to get my part and they were able to get it in a weeks time. Kudos to their resource center.

Thanks to NAPA lifetime warranty on starters, I get to replace my starter every month no matter where I'm stranded.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out in no time! He gave me the parts and some suggestions to help the job go amoothly as well as making it safe as possible. The store was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this store!

A man in front of me was there before me and I stood waiting for service for at least 10 minutes. It would've been a problem if the workers were working helping others but we were standing there with no one being helped. Once I got to be served they going to sell me something that wasn't capable to my vehicle. After that I just walked out and said nothing. I think we need to keep our views politically separate from our work place also. Bless their hearts but they clearly need training in many areas. Won't be back. Napa has a good product but they can't get in the hands of the customer properly then what's the use.

I had a flat tire in the rain. Lugnuts got stripped. I looked this place up. It said 1.3 miles from where I was and that it was closing at 7pm. I got there at 6:30. The "OPEN" sign was illuminated and the doors were locked.

Pretty good place to go just miss charged me on 2 extra items but just check your receipts. They'll fix it right!

Friendly staff. Hani (store manager) went out of his way to find an alternate product for me, which worked out better for me, and even priced matched a more expensive product with the one that I wanted to order, but was not in stock at the store.

Quick service and great price. I needed a part which they got from another location. I called in the afternoon and it was ready for pickup in the morning. Awesome

I mean, come on guys. You say you want a M1.50 bolt at 3 inches long and they act like you don't know what your talking about and say you have to come in. That's pretty bad.

Napa came through I had a blowout on the freeway I had to ride the rim and finally I was looking for the lug nuts thankfully when nobody else had it Napa did
