As a girl I'm usually iffy about my car when it comes time to fix something but walking in the store manager Greg seemed like a great guy talked to me with respect and tried to get a full understanding of what was going on with my vehicle so his tech could quickly diagnose the issue with my suspension, when Mike the tech figured out what was going on he took me in the back and shook the wheel in order to show me something was loose and explained to me in a way I could understand. They had me out the same day and within a couple hours my car was back on the road and I felt amazing about the service I got from Mike and Greg they are amazing!! Glad I found a mechanic I can trust for life! I will be back. Thanks guys!!!!!

Very great service and an excellent experience visiting this location. Mike went above and beyond to find the problem and made sure he got it fixed the first time so I didn't have to go back again. He also saved me a ton of money. It's under new management. I would definitely go back again and refer others to this location.

I came here for a second opinion when I wasn t satisfied with the condescending and vague explanation from the first place I went.These guys spoke to me with dignity and respect and were not condensing in the least. Immediately I could tell these guys knew their stuff and were very trustworthy. Rather than talk down, they actually took the time to explain what the issues with my vehicle were and all my options.They fully explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Even visually showed me underneath my vehicle what the problems were. They re complete experts in what they do.Besides all this, they re all very pleasant to deal with and were all down to earth which helped with all my stress over my vehicle. I had a very big job that needed to be done and I felt confident that they were the right guys to do it.I have a Honda and I don't doubt I'll get another 100k out of my vehicle now. Considering that, I got a great value. I m highly satisfied with the work they did. My car drives beautifully and is safe again!I highly recommend these guys to anyone. And if you re female, you won t get talked down to here.Thank you to Moe, KD, and Mustafa for your professionalism, skill and hard work. You are my mechanics for life and I will sing your praises and recommend you to everyone I know!

This Monro Auto Service Center provided outstanding service all the way around. I received efficient same day service for new rotors and pads and two new tires. KD was very knowledgeable and professional. They inspected the vehicle and promptly called with a reasonable estimate. Work was completed same day and I am very satisfied with the job. Thank you. I will be using this Monro Auto Service Center again. Highly recommend.

Went in to have 2 front tires checked because I work at a steel factory . Tires purchased online and mounted thru them . They tried to tell me I have bad rims and bad valves . They charged me $130 and no leaks in tires but said Its a valve and didn't fix my issue . Valve still leaking. Total rip off wouldn't let them fix my lawn mower . Dot recommended at all.

Mike and Greg are a couple of great guys Mike took me in the back to show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and explained everything in a very easy way to understand so I could understand what was going on and why some things needed replacement. Greg the manager was able to work with me on pricing

I've had work done here before but with the new manager I was told I needed struts from the problem I was having. I paid for that and I'm still having the same problem. I feel I was taken advantage of. Now I have to pay out more money to get the real problem fixed

I went in for a tire repair because I had a nail in my tire. KD did a phenomenal job. A few days go by and my tire starts to leak air again so I took it back in and it turned out to be another nail. KD was kind enough to repair it at no additional charge. I definitely recommend this place. Great customer service.

I purchased a tire weeks earlier while traveling in Ohio. Noticed a bolt sticking out while 300+ miles from home. Found this sister location to where my tire was purchased. I wasn't sold road hazard coverage. Purchasing a new tire wasn't in the budget. They offered to repair it at no charge. Luckily, the bolt was just in the grooves and didn't puncture the tire. Great friendly customer service.

The best service ever! Ask for Mike, he s the best and he helped me last minute before they closed. Very good and fast service. Will definitely come back and will tell friends and family about them. I had to come back and edit, literally saved me last min - Saturday night right before 4th of July, they did overtime and didn t charged me anything. Mike and Matthew are the best I swear. They definitely made a forever customer. Very kind and genuine people, also the work is fast and superb!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop and I must say, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I needed new tires for my car and was a bit hesitant at first since I am not too knowledgeable about cars. However, the staff at this tire shop were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They patiently walked me through the process, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions.The tire shop had a great selection of tires to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was very accommodating and helped me choose the perfect set of tires for my car. They even took the time to show me the difference between the various types of tires and why certain ones were better suited for my vehicle.When it came time to install the tires, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were very thorough and made sure everything was done correctly. They even took the time to check my alignment and balance, and made adjustments to ensure that my car was driving smoothly.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from this tire shop. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for excellent service and quality products. Fantastic Service I was here about three weeks ago and Matthew was awesome took excellent care of my tire. So I decided to come back. I got waited on right away by Veronica and Kyle. Kyle also discovered I had a odd lug nut. I received the same awesome service. This is definitely where I will be coming, for "Fabulous" service.

Monro did my front brakes and I was pleased with the price and customer service offered by KD. Other staff lack follow through and service counter competence. At checkout for the front brakes; I was told I would need to get the rear brakes done soon.I began to experience slight squealing and figured it must be the rear brakes. I made an online appointment two weeks ahead of time to get my rear brakes done. I needed time to coordinate work. I showed up for my appointment and was told they couldn t get to my vehicle that day. I called back later that day when KD was available and discussed the inability to be seen earlier that day and rescheduled the brake appointment for two days later at the same time. Went to take my vehicle in and was again told by another staff member that they were slammed. They had vehicles in from Enterprise .One thing KD said that struck me as odd when I called in to reschedule the appointment was the fact that an appointment doesn t mean your car will be repaired/examined that day. Walk-ins and fleets seem to take priority. That is difficult to negotiate when I have to go to work and have taken that time out of my work day to get a necessary repair performed. If you have free time to come back to a store multiple days then Monro is no worse than anybody else because the pricing is fair (you don t feel gouged).

Thank you to Moe and his team for helping me yesterday, They are excellent, they fixed my loose tire lug nuts and prevented an accident. They are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to drive. They stayed after closing time to help me ! Excellent customer service and compassion. Forever thankful and grateful !

Fantastic service every time. I have a 2014 chevy equinox that needs regular maintenance. Mohammad and KD always take care of me and go above and beyond to make sure my car is in the best shape.I know I can trust them to do the right thing and not just take my money!

Came in for a simple tire job, not expecting much. What I got instead was incredible service by the staff who not only patched my tire, but helped with all questions I had. They are very patient and were willing to advise me on certain mechanical issues.You won t go wrong with them.

Good Evening,On Tuesday (February 28, 2023) I had an appointment to get an oil change, and alignment check. After the courtesy inspection to my surprise it was found that one of my tires had a nail in it, and needed to be fixed as well. If I understood correctly it was explained to me by KD (Assistant Manager) that my left front tire is what caused the vehicle to feel like it was pulling left. The tire was losing air because of the nail.Furthermore, he explained that he could attempt to do a wheel alignment to get everything as close as possible to the specs. He went over the details of the entire situation to ensure that I understood which I appreciated. In conclusion, I was informed that another appointment was needed because 2 camber bolts had to be ordered, and received for the back of my vehicle to finalize the wheel alignment. The items would not be received that day because of the time. So Moe (Manager) ordered the bolts, and scheduled me for another appointment at a time good for me. The service from their shop was great. I look forward to returning to finalize the wheel alignment.

Came in to get my Milltek cat-back exhaust installed for my Focus RS! They did an amazing job properly installing and aligning the unit. They were able to get it done very quickly. Overall very impressed. Will be coming back here for any future exhaust needs.

I rarely leave reviews - but this shop went above and beyond for me. I was visiting from out of state and unfortunately needed a simple repair before driving home the next day. The guys at the shop looked at my car without an appointment, fixed what needed fixed, and had me out within 45 min. The best part - they didn t even charge me! I was so surprised! I would definitely take my car there if I lived in the area. Thank you Monro!

Today, I come into the shop to get my brakes checked out, because I heard noise. Moe checked my brakes out and told me they were good. Nice guy, friendly and customer service is great! I will be referring people to him!

I came into this shop because my tire kept going flat and driving in Michigan has been a challenge for me. I've only been here 2 years but Mo was a life saver today took less then 30 minutes to fix my car and get me on my way great customer service. When you need anything for come see Mo & his crew they going to get you right.

Lived in the area for many years and never used the shop. I needed to today, and glad they were open. The manager Mo was very helpful and his team had me out quickly. They took good care of my car, fixed the issue I had with my tire and now I have a neighborhood shop I know I can trust.

Written by JC: These guys deserve more than 5 stars!! I went in to have my tire checked and was greeted immediately by the gentlemen working at the Monro Tire Shop. The Customer Service I received was amazing! I really didn t know what the condition of my tires was until KD explained what was going on with my tires and educated me on how important it is to keep up with the maintenance. Not only did the guys provide fast and excellent Customer Service, KD went above and beyond to work with me on the price of my new tires. I am so thankful to have finally found a reliable, fast, and honest Mechanic like KD. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I will be returning to this shop for all of my future car maintenance. If you are searching for a tire repair shop you can trust then go to Monro tire shop in Dearborn and ask for KD.Thanks again to KD and The Auto Repair Team!

This is the second time that I have been at this location. The manager was fairly knowledgeable and offered a fair price for brakes and tuneup. The only drawback was there wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived. That's the reason for 4 stars.

If you need a pre-purchase inspection or any car repairs this is the best place in the area and ask for Moe. He is very knowledgeable, communicates well and make sure everything is understood about the vehicle. Highly recommend this place !

KD and company down at Monro Dearborn have exceeded every expectation I had, they will take care of you and they do it the right way so you won't have any problems with what they fix.
