A good place to service my Chevrolet equinox. A great service department personnel that goes beyond to satisfy customers.Prices are very reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

Ok, enough is enough. I've had my CT5 in for service four times because I'm getting a wiggle on one of the read tires. Each time I had it serviced, my manager Mike Kuss claims they couldn't find anything. I've even had Mike ride with me and pointed out the wiggle which again he couldn't feel it. The fourth time I took it in was Tues, Dec 5, 2023 again for the wiggle and a scratch on my hood and a stolen emblem off my grill. I was told it would be best to leave my car so that they could fix everything. I did and was notified 3 days later that my car was ready for pickup. Upon picking it up, Mike claimed they had to adjust the balance on my tires. I inquired about the missing emblem and of course, he claimed they were on back order. I then notice nothing was done to the scratch that I pointed out, all of which was covered by a insurance plan purchased when I purchased the vehicle. I'm so frustrated and tired of all the run around I don't know what to do. I'm fed up with Les Stanford and do not recommend anyone making a purchase from this dealer.

Any time I go to get my vehicle serviced, I m always greeted promptly & with a smile. I m always kept up to date with any additional service needs so no surprises. Mike M services me mostly & I really enjoy his customer service.

Worst Chevy I ve ever gotten serviced at. Front desk is awesome but the tech awful. On some hurry up and buy type deal. Had me almost cancel my entire service. Id rather drive 2hrs to flint Chevy before ever coming back here again.

I had a flat on the freeway and I have tire care. The pressure sensor was damaged and even though easy care told me the sensor is covered, the repair shop won't fix the claim so the sensor gets paid for. Also I had another flat from a pothole that actually damaged the front and back tire but it took me 2 trips to fix this issue. Terrible service and they have no loaner vehicles and won't cover a rental. Probably my last Chevy.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling over the phone was quick and easy. I took my Corvette in for an oil change as scheduled. The Service Advisor greeted e quickly and professionally. My oil change was completed more quickly and the cost was less than originally estimated.Based on this interaction I would highly recommend Les Stanford Chevrolet service.Service: Oil change

This place was awesome! My transmission died and I needed a new one. I had purchased my vehicle from a different dealership and they weren't able to work on it. My car was transferred to Les Stanford and I'm so happy it was! They were EXTREMELY helpful and up front about cost. Brian worked with me and I had my car back in a little over a week. The whole team there was professional and courteous. I'll definitely be using the service shop again. Thank you again for the help!Service: Transmission

Mike is Phenomenal every time i need an oil change a recall done takes care of me and my family. And the mechanics always make sure you're car is ready for the next road trip or for daily activites. The service department is share by Chevy and Cadillac customers , it surprised me to see they don t fix or service their coffee machine for their customers, it s a shame. I came for an oil change and end up paying close to $400 when you include air filter + cabin filter and they don t offer you at least coffee?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a wiper moter worked on in a c5 corvette, the moter was installed incorrectly. When I used my wipers the wiper arms were hitting my hood and damaged it. Gm service reinstalled the wiper moter where the wiper arms are not hitting the hood. BUT WOULD NOT FIX THE DAMAGE DONE TO MY HOOD, FROM THERE MISTAKE. find some other place to work on your vehicle, it will pay off in the long run...

Management talked down to ppl like they are better than you and for some jobs plan on a 2 week wait. O and if u need a rental have fun because they don't have any and they will send u to hertz where it's a bout $38 a day

Thought it was pretty cool that the associate went ahead and pulled a part that I'd called about earlier in the day. I did not ask for this to be done but when I arrived 5+hours later, the part was on the counter- making the visit VERY quick and efficient!

Walked in for an oil change for my Equinox, I was out of there in 25 minutes. Never before have I ever spent less than 1 hour at any dealership for an oil change. And NO...it wasn't 7 am...more like noonish.

They do not give loners if you have out an out of state license and insurance. After leasing vehicles with them for over a decade with the same out of state license and insurance

Called there twice two separate times. Had a question about the warranty on my corvette. Both times I was left on hold 15+ minutes.. I guess the service manager is too busy to pick up the phone..
