Had oil change done and had another issue where I accidentally hit a button on the steering wheel which made it so I couldn't see the speed I was going on the digital display. Service was fast and fixed my spped so it was showing again. Apppreciated that so much.

Amazing experience and staff at LaFontaine. Mason (at LaFontaine Hyundai) worked with me on my lease-end trade in and made sure I got in the car I wanted. The staff at LaFontaine VW only made the experience better. Very friendly, understanding and down to earth. Felt like they gave me the time of day rather than just pushing me into a new car. Never hesitate to do business with anyone at LaFontaine.

Great service. Patrick my sales rep, walked me through the process with easy any questions he had the answer and if didn't he got the answer. I felt no pressure from him or anyone else to leave with a car that day. Which in turn made me buy from this location.

I worked with Collin Meyer and although he is new, he was extremely helpful, honest, and was able to find the exact car I wanted. I was pretty picky with the specs I was looking for and he was able to find a car that was exactly what I needed within two weeks of initially working with him. Love my new Volkswagen!

Tony was very helpful and made sure my requests were completed. Derek is always helpful and does his best to make sure I'm happy with the work done on my car before I leave. If I have a question he always looks into it and makes sure everything is done to my satisfaction.

I called the day of to see if my car could be serviced and Eric or Steve told me that I could come in. I was like 10 minutes away from the dealership at that moment. They were able to service my car for the intended issue and for maintenance that was needed.

It was the first new vehicle service and I voiced several corcerns about the vehicle that I noticed since the first day and I was told that I had to come back another day because the only tech available was for the oil change. I did not get my tires rotated as requested.

I had to sit and wait in the dealership for more than an hour and a half waiting for the previous customers to finish their final paperwork. Everything else was excellent they were flexible and worked around my schedule that day.

Dave (service advisor) was great. Very knowledgeable about the ID.4. Derek (service manager) got me a ride both ways which was great and unexpected. Car was finished on time and returned as clean as I left it. Would definitely recommend this modern and efficient dealership!

Despite not having an appointment, I was warmly welcomed by Marina and her team. The process of leasing a car was smooth and effortless, thanks to Marina's exceptional customer service. My car was towed in after a tire blow out they seemed to work promptly to get the new tire installed and then sent me the link in text about when it was finished. However I still do not even have my new car after purchasing it in May! because there was damages done to the car before I even had it delivered to me. I know this doesn't fall on service however I can not fill this out for sales. Their sales team as a whole no longer seems to care that I do not have my car they got their money from me. If I could give them a 1 I would.

I am not satisfied with my experience. I wasn't able to contact the dealer before coming in after he responded to my inquiry. When I arrived to the dealership, the car that I inquired about was not available. The car that I purchased was a good alternative as far as looks & features go, but I've had to bring it back 5 times for different service light issues. I have been currently waiting for about a week for a call to fix the current issue. I've only had the car for three weeks.

I felt like things were not upfront. Compared to the LaFontaine service department in Livonia. I'd choose Livonia hands down from now on. They are upfront and direct with me about things.
