I dropped my car off due to it dying on me after 2 weeks of having it. I had it towed to the service center, it took them a little over a week to find out what was wrong and diagnose it, luckily it was just the battery and there was warranty. They had it changed and ready and even did the recall that was on the vehicle. They also provided me with a loaner for a couple days after one week of having my car. The service providers were friendly and answered my questions and were patient. I also liked that the tech sent a video after the repair. Just want to give a shoutout to Aaron for great customer service and communication, he was super patient and answered all my questions.Service: Battery

This place is the worst. Had a great experience with the sales reps at this dealership and this is the closest Kia dealership to my house. I decided since I bought a brand new Kia, surely I should take it to the dealership for maintenance right? WRONG. Making an appointment online is a hassle, not to mention if you make an appointment online you have very limited options for appointment times and dates usually a week out at least, and if you need a weekend appointment? Good luck you better schedule your maintenance at least 3 weeks in advance. If you call, you can get an appointment same day, but that means you have to wait on the phone for hours because the computers are having issues. I ve called three times for service over the course of a year and a half and every time without fail the employee on the other end is having computer issues and has to call me back or something. First two time this happened I actually got a call back hours later and got scheduled for an appointment. This last time I called I never got a call back! This place is ridiculous. It should not be this much of a headache to get an oil change!Not to mention the last time I went for an oil change here I ended up late to work because it took them 3 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment time to get my vehicle in. The reason why? Because we over schedule appointments because people don t show up. Well apparently everyone showed up so what I expected to take 1-2 hours took 4.I guess I ll take my car to a local shop and risk it because NO car is worth the headache this place gives me.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My experience was awesome I had Aaron Daniel s he was very prompt courteous and explained everything in detail. I felt that he made sure that I was satisfied with my service and answered all of my questions clearly

PLEASE RECONSIDER AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHEREBought a used Kia soul from these people, and somehow the hood latch wouldn t latch after I opened the hood to refill fluids, so the hood blew open in the middle of the highway, not even 2 months after buying it. I m paying for full warranty under them and somehow this does not cover so they quoted me over $900 to fix my car.They will refuse to answer any and every phone number listed on any documents they give you so you will never know what is going on with your car!!! The treatment is hostile and condescending. I am so upset I trusted Johnnie Obannon and bought a car from him, I feel like I walked into an elaborate scam.

I only went to this location because my usual service repair was booked so far out and I wanted it done sooner. I had to work in the morning so I dropped my vehicle and key off. The service representative called me 1 hr after I dropped off, which was good and fast. Aaron, was polite on the phone and responsive. I came in for them to check a few issues. They found 2 issues that they thought could be to blame.States to fix that first to see if that solves issue. I could only afford to do 1 at the time and told him that. Its a recession cant afford things like before.The issue i had was going to pick my car up. Not a single person said hello when I entered! U can't miss me, im tall and black. The person who toke the payments just waived for me to come over. There were 5 other people in the room behind the counter. I paid my money and they brought my car. No one spoke to regarding the repairs. No asked if I had any questions. No one escorted me to me car. Never even saw the person who I spoke to on the phone.Was it because I'm a female of minority? Like where is your customer service. JEEZ this place is terrible!! I have gone to many repair shops without a man and was given everything they didn't give this day. RESPECT!! Going back to my regular spot.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!Update!!!So I was able to take my car to my repair shop.Lafontaine did a wheel balancing. Come to find out they left the old weights on tire so it was uneven.Leading to unsafe driving.This place is dangerous!!!

Even considering the low standard of customer service most dealership service centers embrace, LaFontaine Kia's service center demonstrates a shocking level of incompetence and indifference. There may not be a Kia dealer closer to you but there is certainly a better one.

Beside the parking lot always being WAY too crowded, I've had two negative experiences with them. When I purchased a car and asked for a remote starter (which turned out to be an expensive cheap piece of junk), they sent it to an off-site installer. They said it would be available for pick up the next day. The next day I called to confirm that it would be available at 4:00 and they confirmed. I showed up and my car wasn't on site. It was still at the installer, and I had to wait well over an hour for it to arrive. Next, about three weeks ago I called to make an appointment for a recall repair. They said it would take 3 weeks to get the parts, so they gave me an appointment for today. Yesterday they called to confirm my appointment and I specifically asked if the part(s) were available. They would check and, if they weren't, they would call me back. Well I got no call back and showed up at the dealer this morning. Guess what? The parts weren't available. I'm not wasting any more gas driving to this dealership.

Worst service. Got a used Kia from them. The VW shop across the street saw it first and quoted a valve replacement of $150. We had an extended warranty so had Lafontaine Kia look at it. They didn t accept the warranty and said it was going to cost $500+ and they couldn t fix it for 2 weeks. Picked it up and took it to Kia of Canton, got it fixed within 2 days for less than both those places!

Took my car in for a an appointment to get serviced for a recallAsked Nate at 8:40 am would my vehicle be ready by end of day cause I have work in the am he assured me it would. He then called me @ about 1:00 pm to inform me they had to shut down for mandatory cleaning and he would be sending a lift to come get me so I could get my carNo lyft was ordered and now I m sitting here with no car and I have to go to work in the am

The wait time is way too long, but they did do a fuel treatment for my car and I imagine that s not a quick deal/ process.
