The people in the spare parts department are rude. What do you benefit from when you annoy the customer? I bought parts from them for $1,200, and after two days the parts did not fit my car I went to return half of the quantity and they were upset about this. Why are you upset when you told me at the beginning that I could return whatever I wanted within a month. It was not a good experience.

They were all so friendly also gave me a great discount on my radio and had my car for the night and gave me a car to drive they had my car done looking amazing the next morning. Jim Liz and tim were wonderful i recommend coming to this Honda for anything!
