I recently had a truly dreadful experience with LaFontaine Buick GMC Dearborn dealership and felt compelled to share it with others to save them from similar frustrations. My encounter with their service department was nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as needing a specific pump and assured me they had ordered it promptly. I even received an email confirmation with the order number validating the order. However, after a month of waiting, I decided to follow up. To my shock, they claimed the pump had been ordered, but upon arriving for my scheduled service appointment, I was informed that nothing had been ordered at all.When I presented the email evidence, they dismissed it outright, saying it "doesn't mean anything." The lack of accountability and professionalism was shocking. Not only did they fail to fulfill their promise, but they also treated me with blatant disrespect. The attitude of the staff, particularly one rude lady, was appalling. She not only refused to listen to my concerns but also had the audacity to belittle me and would not allow me to speak about what happened. I mean what kind of person working in customer service doesn't even allow the customer to speak?Their disorganization not only wasted my time and energy but also jeopardized my warranty, as I now have less than a month left before it expires. Countless phone calls and months of waiting culminated in absolutely nothing. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this dealership.I urge anyone considering utilizing their services to think twice. Unless you enjoy headaches and being treated like an inconvenience, stay away from this dealership. I'm so extremely dissatisfied in the way I was treated here and would not wish this experience upon anyone else.

Dante made my purchase as easy as it could have been. I would recommend giving them your first try! If you re looking for a GMC - they got you covered. I will return and recommend anyone to do the same.

I was shopping around for a new vehicle before the new year and every local dealer had promotions but couldn t deliver anywhere close to what they were advertising on new leases. I spoke with Kenny Golder at Lafontaine and he went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I asked for and more!! I highly recommend this young man! Extremely happy with this new Acadia!

Alan Kincaid was so helpful! He made sure that everything was done in a timely manner, when an issue arose after my repair he ensured I would be taken care of and that all my maintenance was up to date when the repair was completed. Would highly recommend checking him out if you have any issues!

Scheduled an oil change for my truck and was but for the cheapest oil change for my truck I ve found and it s best oil I can get for my truck. Service was great and wait was relatively quick. They also send you a video of the with that is done AC let you know if they notice anything. Will be definitely going back.

John helped us in the evening after work. They accommodated our children as we applied for a lease by giving them a place to do home work and to watch their tablets. It was late once we were approved. They offered to deliver the vehicle to my job so I can make it to a dentist appointment on time. There was a mix up with delivery location and the porter went to my home instead of work. I met the porter at home and took delivery of the vehicle. I enjoyed the service.

Be careful guys. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place. Because they did my diagnostic. We agreed on a $160. Then after that, they were trying to charge me 300. Some dollars because they said it's a salvage. they know from day one. That's a salvage title. They mentioned to me when I signed the car to them and I told them.I know it's salvage, the agreement between us for a 160And also the supervisor there. He said don't come back again in here. That's how they treat the customers they don't know.We do not like people when they act smartHe saw my bill for only 160 he said we did 2hr diagnostic I told him you guys supposed to let me know .Anyway if I could 0 star I would do a zero star

LaFontaine Dearborn is the place where you get the family deal !!! It was an awesome experience , great staff, they go out of their way to make the customer happy, paid off my remaining 12 month lease and put me in a beautiful new sierra which I love!!!! Great job

I arrived slightly after closing and instead of having me fill out an overnight envelope Marion Sanders and the Service Manager let me in and wrote me up for the repairs. They also found my wiper motor was part of a campaign so I did not have to use my extended warranty to cover the cost. I was told it would be 7-10 days. However the very next day my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. I could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received. I will definitely be making this the dealership I frequent going forward.

My Buick Envision had a complicated sunroof issue and I took it to LaFontaine, Dearborn for repair. They were awesome from start to finish! From Marion the service advisor to the techs - they worked through the issue, found the best solution and executed it perfectly. Great communication the whole way through.

Marion is the sweetest in the service department. She ensured they stayed open so my friend could get her tire repaired so we could safely make it home. Ahmed, the service department manager took amazing care of us and was very knowledgeable. They should get holidays off too!

La Fontaine is the best dealership I have ever received service from for buying a vehicle. Hancess Cooper was my service representative and she was by far an angel. She walked me through the whole process of buying my 2018 GMC Yukon, which by the way is absolutely awesome!! She helped me to understand every little intricate detail when it came to buying my vehicle and she informed me of all the services provided for my new vehicle, and also kept me updated on the entire process. She was very professional, classy, kind, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process. The whole process went smoothly , and trouble free. I will never visit another dealership for my future car purchases. I will only go to La Fontaine Dearborn!!!!

Great experience from beginning to end Including the scheduling of my oil change experience. Really like there use of technology; from the circle of communication with onstar to the video sent to my phone of my vehicle inspection including the the progress updates sent to my phone as well. The staff was very professional and courteous. Every human interaction was top-notch which left me feeling good about sharing my cash with LaFontaine Buick GMC Dearborn.

Second time my vehicle had to come to this dealership for service. I had a issue with how my truck was returned to me in January 2022 interior was dirty , not the way I dropped the truck off to them. Keep in mind the seats are white inside my truck. This time I dropped it off I wrapped the seats up my self in plastic myself so they wouldn't get dirty. I come to pick the truck up they have removed the plastic covers and the seats are dirty , and and one of the moldings was not reattached correctly. This is really sad. I currently looking for a new buick , after this second incident, I highly doubt I'll buy from LaFontaine buick of dearborn, if that is what they call a family deal

Please go to La Fontaine (Dearborn) and ask for Kenny Golder and Justin. They went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. I was moving in 7 days and needed a car ASAP (my old car s transmission blew without warning). With an out of state move days away, obtaining a new vehicle was critical.I called La Fontaine-Dearborn dealership and Kenny told me he could help. He video chatted me so I could inspect different vehicles. I signed for my new car on Thursday and he DELIVERED it to me on Friday. I was able to move Saturday with no issues. I was extremely pleased with my purchase. I recommended Kenny and Justin to my sister, she bought a car from them A few weeks later.Now I am recommending Kenny and Justin at La Fontaine -Dearborn to you! Kenny and Justin are true HEROS!

I wanted to give Jessica Bolden service Advisor at LaFontaine Dearborn Service Department a public Thank You! for her kind, caring, helpfulness and patients, she was very professional and knowledgeable! She was so attentive to my issues when I brought my car in for minor service! As a senior with a fairly new car with new features on the car not like my 1998 Lincoln she took the time to show me, walked me through the different operations! She was amazing an Angel! I appreciated her so much for helping me, I left there so happy and more knowledgeable about my car! God Bless you Jessica you were/are a blessing!!!!
