I want to give a huge shout out to Isaiah Wesley and Mike McAlister plus everyone else behind the scenes at Jake Demmer Lincoln in Dearborn, MI. If you are looking for a certified or pre-owned Lincoln or, anything else they have on the lot, hit them up. Both of these gentlemen helped me through the process of buying my 2013 Lincoln MKZ. They held the car for me for over a week while I got approved by my bank and when things kept hindering my loan with the bank they jumped in and got me approved. If there is one thing that stresses me out it is the car buying process. They made the process so easy and simple. The paperwork was a breeze. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would. They are a top notch dealer that focuses on helping people find the right car. I cannot say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed. I am going to enjoy driving my Lincoln MKZ!!!

I purchased my 2018 BMW with Ron in the used car department. Ron is the best, he very nice and honest. The process was very simple and I think it only took a day to get things finalized. I promised to buy myself a car for my birthday and he and the manager made that happen. I could be any happier. If you are looking to buy a used car definitely see Ron! Im so happy I did!!

We had a great experience! Corey answered all of our questions - and we had a lot of them! He ran numerous scenarios as we considered different options and was always which to respond to calls or emails. He personally delivered the car and followed up a couple weeks after to see how things were going. He was informative and friendly. I d definitely recommend Corey at Jack Demmer Lincoln.

I needed the third brake light on my rear lifgate repaired. Tony was able to schedule me for a morning appointment and had me on my way before 11am. I so appreciate the skill and how quickly my repair was complete. I even got a complimentary car wash!

Recently visited this location for a complete oil change (the Works) after being referred to them. Very pleasant, great customer service and very clean place of business. Got me and and out of there within allotted time given. Will definitely return for future visits.

Highly recommended by a friend, I was very happy to find a dealer that was competitive (trade value) and Straight forward with me. Corey was excellent in explaining my options (buy vs. lease) and didn t try to push me into anything I wasn t interested in. The only area where Demmer (not Corey) needs to work on is their Doc Fee, which is a bit higher than the Ford store inLivonia that I do business with.Do yourself a favor and put Demmer Lincoln on your list.

I was there to see Jim Salloum but wasn't in. So I spoke with Chris Conley about a vehicle and got the most greatest customer service ever. He went over vehicles and pricing Chris helped me a great deal. I end up getting a call from Jim and we set an appt. Got there and Jim was the greatest also. Quick process and he made sure I was pleased and happy with everything.Very friendly and thorough. Both were very professional and kind and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Far worse than expected. I went to Demmerduring the mourning rush and I did not have an appointment. There was only one person working and I could tell he was overworked. At that point I was not expecting to be served. The person there only asked what I wanted and after that he asked for my keys. I thought it was unusual but I readily agreed. I then gave up my keys and left. I had been to another place before and was told that there were problems that must be addressed before I could get the alinement. The main thing that I thought was that I would get written confirmation of what was told and before getting the work done, I would be given paper statement of what was needed. But I had not received that from the first place where I did pay for the inspection. I now know that is what is required by Michigan law. I also thought that if there would be charges, I would at least get that statement before I could get made my decision. At 68 years old I m convinced that is still a great thing to do. Furthermore, it was what I was accustomed to. So that is what I expected. I did not know that the state of Michigan required it at that time. Instead I was told I owed $100.00. I thought that you had advertised a free check. I did not come in for a free check nor did I tell your employee that I was there for free check. I was there to get that four wheel alignment. I am now convinced that what If I knew at that time the matter would be resolved by me. I would have simply pointed out that that was the law. Any reputable service provider would have given me what I wanted. Additionally that since the price was not out of line with what I had heard, I would have agreed and paid the 1300 that I was told is the total amount of the cost for the work that I need it done. Instead the hundred dollar surprise me, and with no statement in hand, I could not practice what I have used in judgment. I thought the person was conceding that he may not have told me about the charge in my case. If I had known in advance I would have had no problem paying it, if I decided not to have the work done. Furthermore, I am sure that if I had received the paper statement I would have had the work done. Little did I know about the Michigan requirement. Acting on my side only if I stayed it that is Michigan law that you give a written estimate before completing work. I would have simply brought that to his attention. What I got is there worse OK don t pay it which I now know was a requirement. I left out upset that I had wasted a large portion of my day, and had accomplished nothing. This lead me to believe that I would never give you any type of chance to disappoint me again. I ll remain that way, but in talking to my wife, she said that you guys would continue to have her business, because she had had so many positive experiences that is why I ended up at your place then, because I have a Ford and had to deal with dealerships of the Ford variety. She has a Lincoln and has allowed you guys to do everything she has needed on her 2016. This may be the only reason why I am responding to your request for my experience and why I would give you a chance to make this right before I close the door on our business.

Excellent! I had called a dealership closer to my home but did not get the service expected at all. It took quite some time to even get a call back to schedule the repair, then they canceled the service with no explanation. This was recall service so Jack Demmer Lincoln not only completed the service but they came to me to service at my home. Wonderful communication & service. You are located further away but I know where I will be purchasing my next Lincoln. Thank you!!!

Arrived 15 minutes prior to opening at 7am. Two vehicles ahead of me. Total wait time when my vehicle was completed included a wash was 1 hour and 15 min. Not too bad. Satisfied with the Service.

The staff are always polite and courteous and the service is excellent. Due to a staff shortage, it took almost 2 hours for my oil change, tire rotation and fluids check, however there were 3 people in line ahead of me, so I didn t expect to be out in 30 minutes. I know I can trust the work I receive and will continue to have Jack Demmer Lincoln service all my vehicles.
