I had a very good experience with this collision center. They were very friendly and professional in taking care of my needs. The work done on my car was great and done in a timely manner. They gave me a loaner to use while my car was in the shop and detailed my interior while doing the repairs! I was surprised to see that my interior was cleaned. They even oiled my tires. I highly recommend Jack Demmer collision to anyone needing work done to the automobile!

've waited 77 days for my SUV (less than a year old) to be repaired. I've called only to be given a deadline of September 20th. Today is October 1st and it's still not completed. It was not a major accident. If you call you're sent to voice mail. They reply via text that has an "update". Unless you're prepared to be without your vehicle for months don't go here. They are either incompetent, dishonest or both. My insurance company had to send a representative due their inability to reply to voice mails requesting to speak to anyone. I've researched excepted repair times and major repairs shouldn't take longer than a month. I've been extremely patient but i feel that's been taking for granted. I will have to take my vehicle for an independent inspection once received. I'm extremely concerned about the quality of the repairs. Save yourself the headache. Good service, kept me informed about the repairs and when the vehicle will be available. Picked up vehicle front end/complete bumper looks brand new. My vehicle 2012 Accord. Highly recommended from receptionist to repair to end process. Very satisfied customer.

Was sent through this collision center through my insurance due to a vehicle crashing into me. The ladies working at this repair center were very honest with me about the time for the repair because it is a Kia and the parts are in shortage.(Took about 5 months to get my car back). I had a lot of anxiety about what my car was going to look like and run like but as soon as I saw my car I was brought back to life again! Car drives solid. Very very grateful for their hard work & I was being sent updates twice a week. (The car was also given to me all cleaned and detailed which I appreciate!)Thank you so much!

Dan is THE MAN!!!My cadillac sat at Les Stanford for almost a month on an insurance claim AND WASNT EVEN LOOKED AT BY MECHANICS! I transferred my car to Jack Demmer and Dan was on the ball DAY 1!! He was courteous, professional, and VERY RESPONSIVE. He got me together in abt 10 days. Anytime I left a message, he called me or emailed me within hours.Customer Service is lost art. Dan is throwback!!I'm fully indemnified!!!Thanks Dan!

I would love to give this place a huge rating, as the staff is really nice. They fixed body work for my car when I was in a hit and run last year, and did a phenomenal job then. For the engine work needed this time around, the car ran well when I picked it up Friday, but did not start at all on Saturday. Unfortunately, they are closed on the weekends, but I hope to hear back to have it resolved.

Dan worked up my estimate, I had Ian insurance claim as well as some other work on my tailgate done. Gave me the best price on my tailgate and the repairs took less time than I anticipated. The work came out great with no issues. I've tried other shops in the area, and Jack Demmer was by far the best.

Jack Demmer Collision Center has very nice employees. Dan is very helpful. He explained the process to me about the steps that would happen before I can get my car fix and how long it would take for each step. He called me weekly to let me know how the work was going on my car and how much longer it would be before it is done. They put a paper mat on the driver side floor to protect it. They also washed my car and wiped down the inside of my car. This Collision Center took really good care of my car. My expectation was better than i ever expected on the work that was done to my car. I got paperwork of everything of all the work that they did on my car and was told that I have a lifetime warranty on the job that they did. I would recommend Jack Demmer Collision Center to anyone to go there and get your car body work done. Thank you Dan for everything and all the people who help to get my car back in good shape.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff and customer service, top notch. Very nice and on top of their game. Deserves more than 5 stars. My truck was repaired from a rear ending on I-94, in such a timely manner, and they also cleaned/detailed it! I know that thing was gross when I dropped it off. My car insurance directed me to this shop after I was rear-ended on I-94. Overall the experience was good, but I was disappointed with the paint job in the repair.Pros- easy to work with- able to fix frame/bumper damage- returned my car clean- good communicationCons- attention to detail (pics attached, dirt under paint, paint on trim, primer on tail light, color blending is subpar)- paint job seemed rush (car was in shop nearly 3 weeks)If picky about your paint job, I would think about looking into other shops. Otherwise the repair was good.

Jack Demmer Collision is the best! Within a half hour of my car getting towed there, they already gave me an estimate. 5 days later, my car was finished. I didn t have rental coverage and they worked diligently to get my car done! Joe communicated well with me and got the job done! We needed to have body/collision work done.Excellent from start to finish. This is a very professional business, starting from the time I made a appointment until I picked up my car.The office personnel are very friendly and professional. I had my appointment with Todd, he took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and approximately when I could expect the work to be finished.We have used this business in the past for body work and we don t hesitate to recommend this business to everyone we know.

The work was great and everyone was friendly with me. I was provided with a shuttle ride. The work was finished rather quickly. The only wait was for parts and everyone can relate to current back orders on anything electronic. As soon as the part arrived, I brought in my car and it was finished in just a couple of days. It was a repair set up through insurance, so I have no idea how much it cost.

Very impressed with the quality and the short time it took to repair my rear quarter panel and bumper/plastics. Friendly staff, and they keep you in the loop which was a big deal for me. I was in an accident and my insurance company had my vehicle towed to the Jack Demmer Collision Center.The process was smooth and the collision center kept me updated on my repair. The truck looked brand new when it was finished. I would highly recommend.
