This location is incredibly lucky to have estimators like Said (Sam). He genuinely cares about customers and is willing to educate on and put to bed any concerns you may have about the repair process. His customer service was able to save a bad experience, and make it positive.

My son had a previous issue, which was addressed by the shop manager. Although the manager was visibly upset over the previous review He apologized for everything and my son could tell he was unaware of Julillan s behavior. That one employee does not define this shop and he would use again in the future.

I just got my car back from Gerber two days earlier than they said it would be done, and I'm more than satisfied with the work they've done. It looks as good as it did before it was damaged. The people I talked to were very friendly and professional, and kept me updated on their progress. I would definitely recommend using Gerber Collision if you need repairs from an accident. Both the Dearborn and Wayne shops do great work.

Nice and very friendly people. I got a 3 week time for my car to be done but I got it in exactly one week. What more you can expect when you're without vehicle.Thank you Gerber Collision.

Okay so I did rate this 3 stars because I made an appointment on Dec 4th and I got an email saying it wouldn't be done until the 23rd. Also I put 3 stars because they don't have free car rental. But after talking with them they said the email was automated and wasn't a for sure thing. They are very nice and were able to get my car done on Dec 13th. Thank you guys!

They do AMAZING WORK professional great service car looks so great and done in a perfect time frame. I highly recommend these guys! 2 times here already would not go anywhere else body work paint job is PERFECT

Extremely friendly service and fast evaluation. Unfortunately I don't have the money right now to fix my issue, and since it's not critical I'm okay with waiting. But I would recommend anyone going here.

Thankful for these men ken and his son who work there, i wasnt a customer but was out driving and my tail light fell out! They pulled over and helped me out so I could get home safely! Followed me to thier shop and repaired it for me! Real fast .. To me nowa days you dont come by this often! Really appreciated them and they fixed everything up for me good as new! If I ever need any body collision repair I would come back to them most definitely! And refer family and friends! Thank you guys very much!! Great businesses happen with great employees!

I came in looking for a part not expecting to buy anything. However the knowledgeable young lady named shenay and was absolutely wonderful with her customer service! Definitely recommend this place to any one looking for great customer service and good prices for parts!

Receptionist is rude as hell they didn t want to help me didn t want to take my car in for a stupid reason for not having more days on my rental car
