Always a good experience. I typically go on off days so I don t normally wait more than a hour. 10 years later , 5 vehicles in. I ll still go to these guys. Prices may be higher but I love the warranty.My and I went to Chicago last year for a day trip , tire got blown while coming back to Detroit. Guess what we see at the next exit a discount tire! :)Thanks Zach and Wesley

Excellent customer service, error free and excellent service technicians. Usually go above and beyond for great service, appoint times can be fickle, I have had to wait longer than informed. I usually double their time, which usually works out pretty close to the actual time frame. Very busy shop, lots of things going on. Very understandable. I've done shop work before, these guys are really efficient and work really hard. Very demanding and lots of physical work. Anyone making it a real complaint just don't appreciate how hard these guys really work. You guys do great work.

Incredible staff and service, if you have ANY tire issues i highly recommend you go there. They inspected and fixed my tire completely free. Very friendly and welcoming staff

Service was very slow. A technician took his time to check on my cars tire that had a nail in it. He recommended that I buy a new tire since my tire is not fixable. I went to Bell Tire afterward, and they fixed my tire right away.

Discount Tires in Dearborn Michigan is the worst place to go to. I stopped by to get my tires checked because my low tire pressure light came on. The young man put air in my tires and told me they were over-inflated but did not go in to details how much the tires were over- inflated. On top of that, my light was still on saying my tire pressure was too low after he put more air in the over-inflated tires. I mentioned to him, my light was still on and he suggested me to ride on them about 15 miles and it should go out, if not I could come back. Who wants to return to a tire shop again in the same day because they are incompetent and don t know how to solve issues when the customer is there already. This is my third visit to them in a few years, and my experience has been the same lousy. I wouldn t recommend this location to my worse enemy, and I wouldn t return to this location if all 4 of my tires were flat and I was riding on my rims. I will bypass this location by all means.

It was a cold and windy late Friday afternoon, when lo and behold my tire pressure starts to go down very quickly. It was around 5:35pm when I had to stop at each gas station I saw to put air in my tire. By 5:47pm I made it to the gas station on Ford and Beech Daly. Unfortunately there was an accident holding up traffic! I remembered Discount Tire was just a quarter of a mile away. I arrived at 5:57pm, 3 minutes before they closed. My tired couldn t be plugged or patched. They didn t turn me away, they brought me in, gave me a deal on a set of tires and sent me on my way!! Just want to say that their customer service is stellar and I appreciate how they helped me out in a bad situation Thank you!!

It s the worst place , my son went to fix a flat at Dearborn location on ford rd. A guy s name Jason took my son s car keys and held the keys against my son s will !!! Trying to force my son into buying a new set of tires after almost 30 minutes my son was able to take his keys back. My son was trying to tell him I can t afford to pay 600 dollars now . Very bad experience I don t recommend them to anyone

We made an appointment and have been sitting here for 1.5 hrs still have not had our vehicle taken back. It is the business vehicle and we paid with company card. We got told it should be no more than 30 minutes and had cancel with a customer because of them. They are making our business look bad because of their business. I wouldn't bother coming even if you have an appointment. What was the point of that....

I truly love this place. I don t trust anyone else to help me with my tires . I know that when they recommend to me what I need that they re not just doing it for the extra money. You can tell they actually care about their customers.

10/10 ove been going to this place for about 6 years now. Workers are extremely helpful and are willing to accommodate and inform you on what's best without trying to rip you off. Most employees I've talked to are conversive and outgoing, and I'm always looking forward to going there despite me being pist my tire, Is flat.

First I tried to buy my tires online...Found out the hard way you can't use two forms of payment if you try to buy tires online *smh*Then I called customer service and they said they would transfer me to the local shop annndddd they failed to patch me thru properly and the call dropped. Grrr....I ended up calling the Ford Rd location directly and was helped by their Assistant Manager Wesley. This guy is the GOAT. He could tell on the phone I was upset, but he was kind and helpful. He found me a better price then my online quote. I was a little rushed when I came in after work for the install but Wesley assured me they could get the tires on quickly. And they did!Props to this young man - he handled a flustered customer with the utmost professionalism! He turned my frown upside down :)Thanks Wes!!!

Ordered 4 new tires online and made an appointment. Came at time and they took it right in. Took about 45 minutes to replace the tires. Good price and great service.

I went to discount tires today on Ford Road in Dearborn. I wanted one tire mounted and four balanced. over the phone They said it would be $55. Upon arrival I talked to the front desk and some young kid told me let s go look at the car. so I took him out to the car showed him my car, and he proceeded to tell me that I would need Lugnuts, due to the fact that there was an expansion in them. But just so you guys understand I work on cars and I took the tires off the day before and replaced the tires myself as I was driving one of the tires were bad and I got a flat and for me to fix it my self I would have to drive to work in Clinton township on a bad tire I live in Dearborn Heights. He proceeded to tell me it was gonna be $95 just to replace the Lugnuts. The Lugnuts could have been removed and put back on with no problem. He was trying to make an extra $65 profit. I will never go there again. Was not my first time there the last time I was there. I had an issue this time I had an issue so I m done. I would not recommend this place to anyone too high priced. Nothing discount about this place.

Came in to have my tires and sensors switched to my new wheels.Long line as soon as they opened, but the guys were diligent and got through customers quickly. Very friendly.Wish I got the name of the gentleman who swapped my lugs out for me. My lug nuts didn't come with the wheels I ordered so I had to re-purchase through discount tire...when I saw that they had put silver lugs on I requested to switch to black. The guy servicing the front desk swapped them out for me by hand since the guys in the shop were busy. Very nice.Will come back. Everything was done in a timely manor... I came in on a Monday at 8am.

I brought my car in a few months ago and they cross-threaded a lug nut... Again (2nd visit in a row). This results in the lug nut snapping off when a garage tries to remove it. This is NOT the reason for the 1 star, keep reading.I went up there a couple weeks ago to get a voucher for it to be fixed (they cover it). I patiently waited in line, got to the counter and the guy had no idea where to find the voucher in the system. He asked the assistant manager standing at the other computer to help who barely tried to help (he was not with a customer at the moment). He then says he'll have to do it after he finishes with his customer who he proceeds to call up after saying this. He tells me I'll have to wait about 10 minutes for him and to go sit down. This agitates me because he could have taken 10 seconds to attentively show the other guy where the form was and I'm only there in the first place because they damaged my car. He proceeds to tell me that this customer is buying tires RIGHT NOW making it clear that the guy spending money comes first. This makes me angrier and I get a little snippy. He then tells me "the damage wasn't intentional" repeatedly as if that fixes everything and makes having me wait ok. I lost it at this point (which I apologized for because I did go a little too far with some of what I said). 10-15 minutes later, he calls me up and he finds the voucher in about 10 seconds.Here's my experience:You damaged my car, forcing me to take time off work to come get the voucher which should have been quick but took 15+ minutes (remember that I did wait in line) because the guy spending money at that time came first. I must then take more time off work to drive my car to Discount Tire's garage of choice to drop it off, get a ride to pick me up and then drop me off later. The right thing to do would have been to make this as painless as possible, but the guy spending money RIGHT NOW was more important.Pro tip, I'm a paying customer too, and am young (31). I've bought 4 sets of tires from them in the last 10-15 years and will need new tires for my van in the next year. I had planned on purchasing from them throughout my life as up until now I've had pretty good service, think of how many sets of tires they could have sold me in my lifetime.This treatment has made me decide to no longer do business with this location or Discount Tire at all. Your assistant manager needs to lose his management position or at the very least be retrained.The funny thing is, when I called to ask about the voucher, the man on the phone said they got new management due to bad feedback about the old. This is the first time I was ever treated so poorly. They should have stuck with the old management.

Professional front staff and no hassle on matching a price on tires. The wheels and tires I wanted were shipped into the store next day and installed on time. The only quirks were a redo on the lug nuts when found in stock, and a redo on the TPMS sensor calibration to make my vehicle happy. Both handled very quickly and with the same focus on customer satisfaction.

I came in with 2 news tires of which they put on. They told me I needed 2 more new tires in the back. I got all 4 new tires put on, but as they were finishing they told me I needed all new lug nuts. Funny thing is the mechanic I had just a month ago replace my front wheel bearings never once complained that he had trouble with the existing lug nuts. Watch out for this scam. Lug nuts from time to time do need to be replaced. Get a lug nut wrench and just fit it onto your existing lug nuts before you go to this and any other Discount tire please. To add insult to injury I had special tire valve covers of which I no longer have. I didn't check before leaving, I figured that I would have them considering I drove in with them on. I won't be back to this or any Discount tire ever again!!

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE DISCOUNT TIRE IN DEARBORN MICHIGAN! GO TO BELLE TIRE!!!I RECENTLY SPENT APPROXIMATELY $2000.00 ON A NEW SET OF TIRES FOR MY RANGE ROVER. AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF THE TIRES, I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT ALL 4 OF MY OEM RIMS WERE SCRATCHED IN MULTIPLE AREAS. DISCOUNT TIRE CAUSED $750.00 IN DAMAGES!I FILED A CLAIM WITH DISCOUNT TIME, PROVIDED THE ESTIMATE FOR THE DAMAGES, PHOTOS OF THE RIMS BEFORE THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGES AND PHOTOS AFTER THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGES AS DOCUMENTED PROOF OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE! DISCOUNT TIRE IS REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES THAT THEY CAUSED.GO TO BELLE TIRE!!! I went there to get a patch on the tire told him it was a nail in it. They said it was free to fix. Then they came out and said they couldn t repair it because the tire was bald. I told him I have a brand new spare tire, but I only want the patch job. And they pulled my car out and told me that they could not do the patch job not only was it a waste of time but they lost out on a prospective customer. I took it to a tire repair shop on Warren @ Southfield freeway they fixed my tire for $10. I gave him a $20 tip for being honest. Next time stop trying to upsell folks particularly when I said I had a brand new spare at home. I will Never returning to the location on Ford Road west of telegraph because of the up sale practices.

I had a great experience. Everyone was helpful, explained everything well, and helped my pick out amazing tires. And even better, it only took about an hour for everything. The reason I can t give 5/5 stars is because my rims were badly scratched during the process.

So I took my car to the dealer twice and they told me that thier is nothing wrong with the tire. I was losing 20psi every 5 days and I had to refill it for about a month. They told me it was because of a the cold weather changing. 2 weeks later and I am still filling up air. I came in for a free air check. The guy said that there is a nail in my tire. Bryan was nice there. He took care of me and told me they can fix it for free! Highly recommend these guys for tire than the dealer for tires. Bryan even dropped some good knowledge on me about tires

Discount Tire has always taken care of my issues. I came in last week to get my back two tires replaced with new ones. It was super busy at the time due to pothole season but I didn t have to wait more than 10 minutes in line and at the counter.When they started working on my car, they called me to tell me that they had made an inventory error, and that they only had one of the two tires they sold me in stock. They then told me that if it was ok with me, they would upgrade my tires to the next grade up at no extra charge. This left me with amazing new tires that I ended up getting at an amazing price.Not more than three days go by, and I hit a pothole on my way into work. My rim had completely bent on the side. I managed to change my tire, and bring it in. For no charge at all, the techs were able to repair my bent wheel and put the tire back on that thankfully had no damage. My tire and wheel situation went from destroyed to excellent condition in less than 3 hours on a super busy day.I would recommend this business to anyone that needs quality work done and awesome value!
