The absolute worst support from a cummins distributor i have ever experienced. Order parts with the expectation of having them the next day, tear down vehicle, and no parts with no explanation. Cant even get support from the regional service manager as they have none.....totally frustrating as this is SUPPOSSED to be the MOTOR CITY.......wtfe...service like this is why Detroit is a thing of the past and will never recover.

We took a truck there to get looked at. They charged us 1400 just to look at it and then charged us 10 hours worth of labor to change a fuel pump. I could have changed the fuel pump myself in 3 hours and these guys are the supposed experts. I feel like we have been taken advantage of. After everything was said and done we ended up paying more then $3,000 and the truck runs worse then when we took it in.

!!!! WARNING!!!!! Do not bring your truck here for service took my truck to this location for losing power issue, they kept the truck for 2weeks, charged me arm and a leg and the truck still have same exact issues.This was my worst repair experience they do not know what there doing they just keep telling you to pay for more diagnostic so they can keep charging hourly they kept lying to me about what s wrong with my truck then other guys change it telling me that Tech doesn t know what he s talking about picked up my truck ABS light on and TCS light on trying to blame it on me when I dropped off my truck with no lights on comes to find out when they did a diagnostic they unplugged the ABS do not bring your truck here!!

Very bad service they mislead you all the way took one of my buses for repair they kept it for over a month to get it back with same problem. They make you feel they know what they doing but truly they are not I m write a letter to main corporate office to complain I got some of my money back but I will never use this facility they play you as a team James Larry ...... all of them deceiving people.

I had my truck overhauled there and 38000 later still having problems. 2 and a half years later I'm having to overhaul again. Just over 300,000 miles on this overhaul. I would never do business with this shop again. Crooked to the bone.

Usually they have parts in stock, if not they will order it next day. One of the sales rep is a prick. But the rest are good ppl.

Great place for big engine parts, mainly deasil truck engines, best to call ahead to ensure that the part you seek is in stock. This location is visible from the street, which helps.

I took my truck to this location for after treatment issue, they kept the truck for 3 weeks, charged me 4500 and the truck still have same exact issues.This was my worst repair experience and this will be the last truck with Cummins i will buy.
