Unfulfilled, they play with customers' time. They tell you a date but it turns out to be false. They have a thousand excuses at delivery time. I dare to think that he doesn't like Hispanic people. even if they spend. hundreds of thousands in new cars of their own Dealer.

I only take my vehicles here. I have 4 GM cars and trucks. I've tried other places for service and maintenance but the staff at Les Stanfor is super honest and accommodating. Dan Melton is a service advisor there. Dan and I have been working together maintaining my four GM vehicles for at least a decade. All the advisors there and the manager take a personal interest in you and your wellbeing. They are going to give you the facts and fair pricing. As I said, I've tried other places before entrusting every vehicle I own to Les Stanford. The waiting area is really comfortable, they offer a ride service and loaner vehicles if needed. They take exceptionally good care of their customers. I seriously consider Dan a great friend. That's the treatment you get there. Go try them out, you will not be disappointed.

OEM parts are never cheap (especially not when purchasing from a dealership). But they had the parts I needed in stock, and they were friendly as I associated with them.

The location is perfect and service is excellent. They really know how yo work with the customer to find out what needs to be done to their automobile.

Even with an appointment was still a wait. Had to have oil filter delivered for my Saturn. Usually in stock, but another took their only one but another Saturn took it. Can't beat the price for full synthetic oil.

They have COVID 19 protocols in place. Easy to drop off and pick up. Car sounds so much better.
