I found C & A Auto Care through eBay Motors. Adam was terrific to work with. The communication was top notch. They kept me updated through the whole process and made buying a vehicle, through eBay Motors, and two states away, a worry-free process. I purchased a Chevy Trailblazer on a rebuilt title. They were honest and transparent and even picked me up from the airport when I came to check out and officially buy the vehicle. Thank you!

I purchased a salvage title 2018 Ford Flex from Sam at C&A Auto Care. Overall, the experience was good, the vehicle runs well and I expect it to continue to. Sam delivered the vehicle to Grand Rapids from Dearborn (for a fee), which was nice.However, in the ad for the vehicle and in discussion with Sam I was told all facets of the vehicle were in good working order. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I found that the Sun Roof was not functional, nor were the interior lights by the rearview mirror. I messaged Sam, he said he would look into it. It's been two weeks and change with some intermittent response from C&A, but no clear direction or offer to help, I'm getting the impression they will not be helping cover costs for this undisclosed issue. I'm disappointed because other than this issue the transaction went very well. I'd recommend C&A, but would also have to recommend you have your own mechanic thoroughly review any salvage vehicle you intend to buy to make sure it's in the condition the listing says it's in.

Purchased a car from them. In all fairness, I am happy with the car, but their service was incredibly poor. I have waited 4 months for a bill of sale so I could get tags for my car, and I still waiting. This is not how you run a business.

They are crooks! Didn't disclose vehicle had salvage title. Lied about condirion of car. Gave fake phone numbers.
