Always professional and excellent service at this particular Belle Tire location.FREE air station! (take note gas stations!)Decent amount of parking, but plenty more parking across the street.Usually quick service, unless they are swamped with customers.Best option for faster service, make appointment, or arrive when they first open.

Amazing experience here. I had a slow leak in my front left tire so I brought it in on a weekend. They patched it and filled it for free since it was such a small hole. They also inspected the rest of my tires. Would highly recommend this place if you have issues with your tires and will be going back for future issues.

Went in for fixing a puncture. They were quoting a good price for the alignment. Negotiated the price and then went for it. The guy came after 30 mins and said we cant work on your tire because its too old. The mech said that the alignment is perfect. I can bet a thousand bucks that they haven t even touched the car. Went to another shop and did it for 20 bucks. Will never recommend. It s a joke.

The greatest human beings in the world work at this Belle tire. They go over and beyond. I had an unexpected situation. And they took care of me with no problems. Joe and Lena need a raise.!!!!

We got a flat tire and since it s a hybrid there is no spare to change it but had to have our insurance call a tow truck. We called Belle Tire because it was very close and they assured us we could have it towed there and they would have a tire for us. They were very cordial and said they would help anytime we got there. And after waiting for the tow for 4 hours, they replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. KEITH gave us the status on our other tires and a recommendation. They did a great job and it was the most competent part of our whole ordeal. Thank you, Belle Tire!!

Sold my Mom tires that are not even adequate or safe to be on her vehicle. Sold her a useless "Belle Tire Road Hazard" warranty! Took advantage of an elderly driver! Don't think they don't knowingly do this to everyone they can. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at any and all costs! The only way this review will change is if they give a full refund, which they will not do as they will not be allowed to install the new tires themselves. They willingly and knowingly did it wrong the first time and therefore lost all of our trust. We will be contacting the Attorney General.

Tell you what. I love this place. I ve been bringing my tire woes here for 5 years. Twice I ve brought a tire in for repair. Not only do they always accommodate me without arguing with me, they squeezed me in for a 15 minute job. No bogus explanation why the tire can t be repaired. Best of all, free.I ve also bought a set of tires here, and they even found all possible rebates for me, saving hundreds!No questions, no sales pitch, just winning repeat business.(Contrast all that with Discount Tire, where i used to have an argument with every visit.)

The team at Belle Tire West Dearborn were great to work with. They replaced my tires in a timely manner, even during the busy holiday weekend. Tires were affordable as well. Big Thanks to manager Kevin, as well as Chad and Alena and the mechanics/technicians Joseph B, Joseph F and Simon.

Went there to see about windshield repair. One chip could have been repaired and one was too big and with a burst effect to be repaired. I was given another phone number to contact to schedule replacement and a price. When I made the insurance claim, I was recommended to use Safelite so I went there instead. Safelite was more, but I got same day replacement, the glass was in stock, and they used OEM glass. This location used to be a movie theatre. Staff was okay, but nothing special. Although I priced them before, and even used them in the past I do not trust this location. I bought two new tires and had a third tire checked for a trailer at the start of a trip. As luck would have it, the tire had a flat on the way there. Both of the new tires and third tire I asked to have checked and filled with air were empty. All three empty even though I specifically asked if they had filled them with air. This made me very upset, delayed arrival at my destination, and destroyed any faith I have in this location. Since then, I price shop this chain with others and I always find better deals elsewhere for tires. I may use another location for other services, but not here because of the inexcusable tire fiasco of the past.

I needed a tire repaired, oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived at 3:15 and everything was completed by 4:30! Freaky fast tire service in my view! Customer service is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Belle Tire location.2024 January. Same high quality customer service and work on my vehicle. Still a big fan and highly recommend Belle Tire in Dearborn!

Choose another location! I ve taken two vehicles here in the past few years and both times have been underwhelming. The most recent they ve wanted to charge me nearly $2k for repairs that aren t necessary. Not to mention, they failed to rotate my tires the sole reason I took it in. So, I went to the BT on Dix in Lincoln Park and they actually took care of the problem a simple rotation and balance.

Well I got a nail in my tire so I took it up to Belle Tire they looked at it fixed it and didn't charge me I asked them why, because of the pandemic we're not charging anybody if we can repair the tire, he said it was hard times for some people right now and he's right.He told me that Belle Tire would not charge anybody during the pandemic if they could just fix the tire. I thanked him profusely thus the five star. I highly recommend Belle Tire stores

I've had good experiences with this location in the past, but the level of egregiousness and deceitfulness with this last experience is unforgivable- went to have 2 tires checked for slow leeks. The Car was riding fine before the visit. After servicing the 2 tires, there was nothing found but a small nail in 1 of the tires. When closing out, they told me that one of my control arms had some play in it, and needed to be replaced; they gave me a quote of ~1k for the repair. I found that odd seeing that I JUST had suspension repair work done a week prior for a set of recalls for my model. When I left belle tire, and was heading to the freeway, I noticed my car was pulling to the right as if I needed an alignment. I did not hit any potholes along the way, and the car certainly was not pulling that hard before arriving at Belle Tire. I took it back to the dealership for a service inspection. They found nothing wrong with the suspension,and kept asking if I hit a major bump because they were baffled as to how the wheel alignment would be SOOO out of whack after they just serviced it...or just that out of whack period seeing that it was so bad. 0 stars for belle tire for the level of deceit that tried to pull on me. You will never get my business again. So egregious that it almost calls for personal conflict. You don't do something like this to someone's personal belongings.

Clint and James saved my vacation! I was visiting Detroit on vacation, and I got a nail in the side of my tire. Knowing nothing about the Dearborn area, I found Belle Tire on Google Maps, and saw the high customer reviews for this location, only a mile from my hotel. I arrived right at 8:00 AM when they opened, and even though there was a little bit of a line, Clint got me checked in quickly. James was able to get to my damaged tire in short order, and got a good-priced tire put on, all in less than two hours. I was able to get on the road to the Henry Ford Museum before they even opened for the day. I was so happy about how they treated me and how quickly they helped me when I was in the middle of a city I was unfamiliar

While getting (free) air in my tire at Bell Tire in West Dearborn, I noticed a nail in the tire. I went in to see if they could fix it. Well , yes they did promptly, while I waited in their clean , pleasant waiting room. When I asked what was the charge, the salesman said , You are all set, no charge, Please come again. What a First Class operation .If you need tires or repairs consider Bell Tire.William Osborne 6/23/2023

I waited fifteen minutes just to be told that they were closing soon and could not help me. While I was standing there, I watched one person take their time waiting on a customer and the other two were too busy to tell they were closing. I had just gotten off work and realized that I had a flat tire. Unbelievable, I should have been told this as soon as I walked in the door. Went to Snethkamp, who were closed, kindly fixed my flat.

This is the 2nd time that the expertise of this shop has saved me large amounts of money. Got a flat and assumed it wasn't salvageable. Was about to drop over $800 on a full new set of tires when they say "hey we think we can fix that tire".I was ecstatic. Especially since, like many others, I am not made of money. They fixed that damn tire and got me out of there within 20 minutes!Tip these fellas well because they are hard working and above all else honest.

One of the only Belle Tires with a free air pump that works a majority of the time. For service They were able to get me in last minute for brake work and return it 3 hours later. A week later when I needed an inspection done for a side gig they told me it couldn t be done for 3 days. So they won t always be able to squeeze you in last minute. Unfortunately my brakes are squealing post service and the flat they repaired didn t hold. I originally gave them 4 stars but have reduced it to 2 based on interactions I ve had since my initial visit.

[20190523 update]Spoke with Jenn from Customer Service and they offered sincere apologies and they are going to issue a refund for the 3 lug nuts (+tax). A major factor in their response was the photographs (yay). I did not speak with Jenn personally (my wife did) but by all accounts Belle Tire takes their reputation and their customers seriously. They promised to follow up with the specific location to ensure that measures are taken to address issues such as we encountered differently in the future.I upgraded my rating from 1-star to 3-stars. I would like to go higher but the memories of the experience at the dealership still linger. If there was a separate rating for Corporate Customer Service I would give them 5-stars.[20190520]I took my 2017 Mustang in to have the winter snows taken off and the summer tread put on. A couple of hours after dropping off the car I got a phone call from service telling me that there were issues with some of the lug nuts (3) and they wanted to know if I wanted them replaced @ $16 each. They said these were special lug nuts and known to have issues. I said to replace them (My mistake).When I went to pick the car up I asked for the lug nuts. They got them for me (see the attached photos). They were scarred but there is no sign of delaminating and there was no thread damage. Again I was told that these lug nuts were special and known to be problematic.I have had this car for 2 years, it has a little over 5000+ miles on it and with the exception of when I bought the snows, Belle Tire on Nowlin has been the only one to take a wrench to these lug nuts. If there is an issue here it is with Belle Tire, not the lug nuts.They had the nerve to tell me that "The other 17 were just fine so we know it wasn't the equipment." Yeah, Right. Or maybe the damage was noticed during the removal and the technician exercised proper care when removing the other 17.Given what I know now, I would not recommend Belle Tire on Nowlin for anything.1) They damaged the lug nuts. (incompetent)2) They charged me $16 per lug nut. (gall)3) They fed me a line about how this is a known issue with this kind of lug nut. (gall x 2)

I went there for a tire rotation and they did a poor job. They told me the Lugnuts were swollen so they replaced 9 of them for $133.00. They over torqued the Lugnuts and damaged the heads on the Lugnuts. Talked to customer service and the salesperson and they did not offer any help. Ended up buying my own Lugnuts and replacing them. Overcharged the customer.

I have lived in the area 30 years. This used to be a theater. They have always been awesome, great people, great work, great value. I hate to post this because i don't want a longer wait.. but hands down, an affordable, reliable, TRUSTWORTHY awesome place to rely on. If they can do the work required, ill ALWAYS go to them. Car places are known for being tough and roughness, these guys are genuine and a cut above. Its hard work that keeps everyone moving. I appreciate you all so much!

Used for windshield replacement. Counter staff was friendly and did their end for the most part. I requested that remote start which is mounted on windshield be reattached. Counter guy noted it on my work order. Windshield tech didnt do it. When I pointed it out to counter staff their solution was I go buy the mounting tape and bring back receipt for reimbursement. When I left I luckily noticed the hood wasnt latched down before I got on the freeway. Wouldve been a major repair that I'm sure they wouldve told me to bring in the receipt for their mistake. Wont use Belle Tire again.

Used there online appointment and waited 2 weeks for our appointment now they say we selected the wrong tire size! There website uses the year make and model of the car and gives you the choices that fit your car. We don t pick the tire size unless you specify to do so! Now we are sitting hear waiting for them to put the car back together because they took it apart before verifying they had the tires! 1 hour and 1/2 later and we got nothing!
