Autotech provides great customer service, reasonable repairs, and quick turnaround times. The Pacifica is old, but they have not turned us away and never fail to take care of us. They are GREAT!

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to! The people there are very accommodating and do their job not only great, but also do it in a timely manner. Not to mention, their pricing is great as well. I recommend this place to everyone who needs an auto repair!

This is a well established and properly managed mechanic shop. Everyone here is absolutely nice and and determined to give your vehicle the best care. I had a lot of front end issues, all I gotta say is the pricing is amazing and the turn over time was the cherry on top. I strongly recommend this shop to everyone!!! Thank you Autotech for making me feel at home

This is the best auto shop i have been to!!! First things first the service is incredible the people are so kind and understanding and want to be as helpful as they can be. I had a brakes done to my car and they got it done fast and with no problems because they get it done the first time unlike most shops i have been too. And they gave me a very good price

My car was towed here by Roawdway towing. Raymond H. was very helpful. Auto tech clinic fixed my car for rear suspension and control arms and I have no problems it s running perfect no noises or weird feelings when I drive it. The owner, Amine, is very kind he made sure my experience was great and I appreciate every one here very much for getting me my car back fast. It was only in their shop for a day and a half. Overall I would highly recommend coming here and I know I ll be back in the future with any problems I need fixed

Love this place! Great customer service, great quality, and great prices!! My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years now and we always love the results. Autotech truly cares for your car as if it is one of their own, I would definitely recommend them!

Fast and great service! I think they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. We've had major work done a couple of times and have been able to get our vehicles back the same day or the next.

Everyone at this shop is very nice and professional. The gentleman at the front desk including Mo always thoroughly explain any issues and answer any questions I have in depth and promptly. They work with integrity because they re honest, offer warranty on their work, and are very fairly priced. I take my own car and my mom s car anytime I run into an issue because their work exceptional. They also provide proof of the work that they do which resembles the professionalism and integrity of their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs minor or major work done on their vehicles :)

I recently had an extensive amount of work done at this establishment and I am more than pleased with all of the work done to my vehicle. Suspension work, exhaust work, brakes and timing belt service. I must say they are not cheap BUT, I feel like I got what I paid for and maybe a little more... they noticed my power steering belt needed to be changed and did it. Thanks AutoTech. Good job and keep up the good work!

This shop is amazing. Great customer service. Great professionalism They stand behind their work and when they give you a guarantee something it s going to be fixed and done they do it in a timely fashion. Other mechanics were telling me that we re going to take a week to two weeks to get my car done these guys had it done less than 10 hours They are to go to mechanics that get the job done thanks again guys

First I have to say, Mo and Randy were the most pleasant sales of people I've ever met. They take care of things. They're on top of everything and they don't take anything person very polite. I had an issue when I picked up. My car was no problem to bring it back. And they fixed the issue as well. I have to give them five stars. Please check out.

Brought my old car here for the engine overheating and smoking. They fixed the problem and it is running again. They fixed it the same day and I am very happy with their service. I just want to thank them so much!! The staff was very nice and professional also. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing!!! My car had issues starting I took it somewhere else they had told me it needs an engine I was shocked, we replaced the engine and issue was not fixed, then I met Mo at auto tech they got me in and found my issue the same day and fixed it for a great price. Mo was very honest and led me through every step. Thank you mo.

I been their customer for a quiet bit. Second time bringing my Honda CRV and I never had any issue . Always met my expectations with them . I went on April 6th 2024 and MO B Is the best. This young man lights up all the room there. His attitude is the best he knows the business there. I understand sometimes customers can be a pain in the butt but he knows how to handle any of us and never lost his patience. He has charism and hope you guys keep him around. Customer service is declining todays date everywhere. He deserves a raise lol I never been mistreat in there but great attitude is a PLUS!!!! Well done and Best wishes for you Mo. Thank you for taken care of me while i was there in my recent visit.

5 star for customer service. You know when a business shows it s true colors: when there is a hiccup and they have to step in to fix it. Auto Tech did that for me. Had to fix an additional issue, at extra cost for them, and they did not charge me for that. I for sure will be a repeat customer. And I recommend them.

You go to Belle tire they won't do the alignment unless you fix what's requiredYou go to Auto tech they will do the alignment they will scam you for 140 bucks and when you come back to ask them why the alignment didn't work an my tires al bald they will tell you what you should fix after they do the alignment!!!!!!!!!!Scamming 101 and the guy at the front desk I don't think he ever smiled once in his lifetime

Bad Bad Experience!! Original I came here just for brake maintenance but they told me I need change other parts too which cost me triple the price. Since I trust them, let's go ahead do it. Then bad thing happens one after another ...1st, they forgot to change oil for me so I have to come back to do that and they didn't follow my vehicle instruction and just use generic oil. 2nd, after a couple of days driving after repair, a clunk noise heard from under the vehicle. So I have to bring the vehicle back to check out. After four hours, they told me I need to change strut and link which could cost me more than a few hundred bucks and time too. I asked them to make sure they know the root cause but they answered me for just try .... then I lost my confidence in them and drive away..... after contacting another repair shop and they told me the metal clamps which supposed to hold the brake pads in the position are missing from both front wheels which caused a clunk noise. I can come back to them for that But I didn't since I don't have that free time and also lost trust. The other shop fixed it for me very fast and very cheap too. I didn't see any reason I will use Autotech again since they are timing consuming (4-6 hours waiting time), Cost high (they try to make more repairs), and skill incompetent (just try to see).Service: Brakes

I talked with Mo on my car about some maintenances needed to repair it; not only did he keep everything very straight forward with me and gave me options to suit my best interest, the shop also completed the things I wanted to have repaired and everybody was very kind and helpful with getting my car in and out within 2 hours. Overall great shop to go into and know you will be treated properly and not get overpriced. Thank you guys again!!

Pricey! but finally got it right sfter a week regarding a sensor issue causing my wheels to lock. It looked like a small solar box if you holding in your hand. But I love my Benz!
