I brought my car in for an oil change. I bought a Groupon for 5 quarts of synthetic oil, they told me it would take almost 6 quarts and charged me another $8 for another quart. They then proceeded to start the oil change, then stopped and said that my car was leaking oil everywhere and that they couldn't tell where it was coming from, and basically kicked me out and said they couldn't do anything. Not only did I not get to use my Groupon, which they did get their money, I didn't get refunded the $8 for the extra oil I didn't get. So scared there was something seriously wrong with my car, I took it to a friend who is a mechanic. THERE IS NO OIL LEAK!!!! This is their job!!! How can they not know if a car is truly leaking oil or not?!? I have been completely screwed!
