Brought my 2019 BMW here for a full replacement of all my brake pads and rotors. Everything was done well & the price for the repair was the best around. Top notch customer service & the owner you could tell loves his community and customers. Will definitely be my go to repair shop going forward

Came here with my Mazda Miata older 1991 vehicle owner came out and seen me as a young guy so thought he can out smart me i told him my breaks need to be bled and i know they need to be because i'm a mechanic myself he looked under my vehicle and said you would need all new brake lines new breaks and rotors and maybe more he said i can do $1200 it will be done in three days i looked at him and said i'm a mechanic myself i know what my vehicle needs i don't have the time to do it your not scamming anyone i called around other places and they weren t charging any where near his price so then i went inside and told them i know what my vehicle needs and there not fooling anyone then they asked me to leave so yeah i don t recommend anyone going to these scammers unless you know a lot about vehicles and prices.Service: Brakes

I have taken my BMW to a few other shops before I heard about this place, and I wish I brought it here first. They were able to fix all of my issues probably five times faster than the other shops and their prices were a fraction of the other shops I went to. I've never had a problem when it came to getting my car fixed with them, and they do it right the first time and use quality parts.

Alex's Auto Center was recommended to me about 10yrs ago by a coworker from my job & I've been a loyal customer ever since. This shop does really great work on all types of cars. Their pricing is fair, they won't change or repair anything, without discussing it with you first and they go the extra to get the parts that are needed so the work on your vehicle is completed the same day. The customer care is phenomenal & I guarantee you won't be disappointed with any work/service that is done for you.

I don't know how this place receives so many stars but from my personal experience I have taken 2 vehicles on 4 different occasions and every single time that I take my car to this place they're never fixing the problem. I always have to return 2 or 3 � 2 get something else done and from the last time I took my vehicle up there and now I have a light on that was not owning my car The 1st couple times I spoke highly of this place but I lied to myself and other people. If they fix the problem I'll remove my review. TUNE UP, breaks, and thermostat WAS PERFECT car is running excellent. Suspension is the problemService: General repairs & maintenance

I chose this place based on their reviews for trustworthiness and quality of service and they absolutely delivered above and beyond what I could've ever expected, and better than any shop I've taken my car to in the past. Mike and his team took wonderful care of my car's issue, and in the span of about an hour became the only auto shop I trust. I just referred another friend to Mike. He is honest and has a staff that values your time. He has been my mechanic for over ten years this one of the few places a woman can walk in alone and not be taken advantage of, they are extremely fair. Compare whatever he quotes you no one ever beats his prices.

Beeen having an issue for a few years and have taken my truck to several shops. Just like every other one unless there s a code, they won t be able to help you, so don t bother unless your shitbox is throwing codes. They're good at providing basic services all brands of cars. I'd recommend going here - if any damages on the exterior or interior malfunctioning problems, this is a place to lookout for in Dearborn.

My friend took me to this place in October to get my brakes and rotors done front and back because he said I was being overcharged where I was going. Get here they say a different price then what the friend said so he starts talking to them in arab and the price dropped idk what was said but here we are in December and my brakes are grinding yet again idk what they did with the brakes and rotors I bought for them to use but they definitely did not don t recommend this place to anyoneService: Brakes

Highly recommended, such honest professionals. They knew the exact problem and took care of it. I was shocked when the gentleman didn t want to charge me, and said don t worry about it it was a broken wire. I couldn t believe there are still people with that much honesty and integrity. I have had multiple visits to Alex auto care and the outcome has always been the same, honest fair service. mike is very helpful and informative if he cant fix it he will direct to someone who will. I would defiantly go there again and refer a friend.

He charged me the full price even though he did not fix my tire. He ran water from a hose over the tire to test it which is a very poor way of testing a tire. When done I asked him to at least check the air pressure in that tire since he only blew air in it without testing the pressure, he refused saying that he does not have an air gauge. As a result my tire shredded on the highway the next morning putting my life in a very high danger because of his ignorance and not admitting that he is not qualified to do the job.By the way, bad attitude too.

The best mechanic shop in town!! They are my family s go to mechanic shop for as long as I can remember! Mike is very honest and straight forward, they do the best quality work and only install quality parts!
