Went here with a very low credit score as I have a lot in my name.. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kal we new this would be a challenge an after a few days bam got me in something I wanted with a great monthly rate a low down payment highly recommend!!! These guys are great here thank u so much

These guys are the best! I'm part of the family now. My credit was bad, I co signed for my son and got screwed ! Ahmad he is one of the sales dealers, and he fought for me to get approved! He even sacrifice and didn't make no money from the deal. Please everyone go see my new family!

Honest dealership. I worked with Khil, a very upfront person. Seamless purchasing process. The staff answered all questions. Pricing was fair. Vehicle was in great shape. The description was correct. Recommended dealership if looking to purchase a vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500! The process from the test drive, to having the keys in my hand took less than two hours! Kal was amazing! The customer service they provided was more than I expected! I am so happy with my purchase! Thanks to Sam for picking me up from my house to get my truck! I was very impressed when shortly after requesting information online, I received a text from Sam at Wes Financial Auto. Sam explained the vehicle that I was interested in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. I made an offer to Sam over the phone and within a few minutes of negotiating we came to the terms we both were willing to do. All the details were handled through fax/email and was super easy.Because I live on the very opposite side of the State, in Muskegon, I told Sam that I could drive over and pick up the vehicle later in the week. It was a complete surprise to me when I received a message from Sam asking if it would be more convenient for me if he met me with my new vehicle in Lansing, which is halfway for us both. I have never had an automobile dealership provide such great customer service!!So if you or anyone you know is interested in purchasing a vehicle make sure you see Sam at Wes Financial Auto Group!!! No matter where you live, Sam at Wes Financial can get you the best priced quality vehicle and provide excellent customer service through the entire process! From the time we walked in the door, we experienced nothing but kindness. I loved the way they educated my son as he purchased his vehicle. Ahmad and Kal (GM) were very patient as well as honest. I recommend this car dealership to all who are looking to get into another vehicle.

After a long day of searching and test driving cars, I was able to find a perfect fit for my price range at Wes Financial. This spot had multiple vehicles with third row seating available and Ahmed did a great job helping me figure out the best fit for me and my family. The manager, Kal, was also a great help in making sure I was shown the best customer support possible. I highly recommend checking them out!

I went there today to look at a truck for my son. We wound up buying it best dealership I ve dealt with in 40 years. They were all helpful friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody and I am now.

This place is incredible. Kal was my sales rep. He was very attentive, fast and accurate. My bank even commented on how professional and easy to get ahold of he was. They where all kind and the automobile we purchased was in excellent condition and priced very fair. Would highly recommend looking into there inventory if in the market for a new ride.

Would give a -5 stars if I could. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Alberto Bazzi(current alias) tells me he has a clean low milage 08 ML 550 for $3600 at Wes Financial lot. I go see it and hear it run-sounds good. I pay for it and make arrangement to pick it up then Bazzi tells me battery is dead and needs a crank sensor. Then it needs a fuel pump which he will fix. 3 months later he says he will fix it at his shop-which he won't disclose where it is and keeps ducking me. Finally, 5 months later I call Kal thinking vehicle is stolen and am going to file a police report. Lo and behold he still has it parked on his lot. I pay to get it towed to a garage and get a bill for $2000 for a diagnosis/crank sensor/2 fuel pumps/new batteries. Mechanic also tells me trans wants to downshift over 50 mph(bad trans), has engine light on, has bad window switch, and has bad light bulbs everywhere-about $4000 for a car worth $3500. Car should have been junked but they washed it and called it daily driver!!! Thanks kal. If i was habibi i might have been told the truth. Ignorance is no excuse for selling a car that never even had a safety inspection and excuses are how you build a bad reputation.

Bought a truck from here, showed up with my down-payment and counted cash before entering, JOSH took the payment at the front desk, turned his back to me to count the money then turned back around to say I was short $100. Josh is a petty crook! Lucky I didn't want that $100 to ruin my deal

You may see Dearborn and think this is just another rebuilt title lot. Thats not the case. I just purchased a 2013 mustang gt from here and was amazed at the care, and patience that the staff had. I was texting Sam and Kal all week, and they have been great. We agreed to take the car to a nearby oilchange shop, so that i could fully inspect the underside of the car. Everything looked great, and as described. There was then another Sam that also helped with the day of sale. They even filled up the gas tank for me! I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking. Quick, and easy to work with. I was in and out in about an hour.
