They work fast and are affordable. They are not the friendliest, but they are not disrespectful or rude. they will definitely get the job done. I took my car in from another shop who gave me problems and tire discount house did it with no problem or hesitation.

Known the owner for years. So glad I had their services. We must protect the smaller businesses. Tracey took the call. I asked about Michelins, he suggested savings, and better product with Cooper tires. Very happy across the board. Conveniently located scheduled, and done.

There was A-line when I showed up but they moved very fast super friendly I overheard a customer complaining and the way they handled it was very impressive and refreshing the things that they offered to make up for the inconvenience... I was still in-and-out of there on time, new valve, happy Van happy customer... Thank you to the manager Andrew for being so patient Zachary the guy at the counter who is super friendly and super patient Hussein & Amoni... Got my tire on and off valve replaced very fast much appreciated

I had a great experience with them! There customer service went above and beyond my expectations! The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful!!! The pricing was affordable and well as financing options I would recommend everyone try them first before you waste your time and go anywhere else!!!

I went in this place a few days ago, I knew driving over these railroads we're going to be a problem. So one day there was a bunch of pebbles and other things right on the railroads everything is fine when I went to work until I took a closer look at the railroads and there were nails sticking up, I went to the shop to help get my tire repaired but come to find out there were two nails very deep and tired and it could not be repaired, so they gave me a deal on a replacement used tire until it's time for me to come back to the shop to get much better tires. You are in the Taylor area on Van Born or work in that area, go and talk to these guys about getting some help with tires

If your looking for a reputable tire shop that has the best prices and will go above and beyond Tire Discount House is where you need to go. Rick and his guys are great. They came to my home and helped me with my flat so I was able to make it up to their location for new tires. These guys rock! I'm very excited to say, I love the new tires and no longer have to worry about getting flats. I highly recommend Tire Discount House for anyone looking for great prices and great service. Thanks!

This establishment moved into the area a few months ago. Since they were across from work and I was in the market for a set of tires, I decided to check them out. Very friendly people. I was taken care of promptly and quoted a price on a set of tires within pennies of what I was quoted at Discount Tire. Dropped my car off a couple of days later. The tires were installed within a few hours. And, they even washed my car! Great place. Check it out if you're in the area

We had a screw in our tire just as we began a family trip. These guys had us on the road again in twenty minutes! Every other shop didn t want to be bothered or said it would be two hours.

Pretty disappointed. They are a member of trade first which I am as well. I arrived and was given a price that was a little on the expensive side, but was going to get the tires anyway. Pulled out my trade first card then was told they only did 50% through trade first which is completely against the trade first rules. So I decided to grab something to eat and check around. Found a place with far cheaper prices and accepted trade first but they were kinda far away. I decided to spend the extra money because this place is close to home. Came back within 30 minutes and they guy says. "Can't do the tires until tomorrow." Didnt say anything else. Needless to say I drove the extra 10 miles and saved some money. What this review doesn't describe is the "I don't care" attitude I was given. I was polite and friendly the while time.

Go inside this tire store and speak to the owner. He is a wonderful man that likes to help people. He will give you a great deal. Check around and you will see he will almost beat everyone else.

Excellent place to get tires and to get your car worked on. Knowledgeable mechanics and good prices. They used to be located in Dearborn Heights close to my house even though they moved 2 Van Born Road I still take my vehicles there to get serviced

Over priced for what they do. they have fees so be ready for $20 over the quoted price. Really needs to get with the times. Typical hole in the wall tire shop trying to be something it s not. Heading to Belle tire to get tire sensors replaced when I leave here.

Went once and they did a good job but the guy at the desk was not friendly at all. He cussed out loud and even said he was going to punch one of his employees.

I made the mistake of going here a tire repaired on a new car. They came into the show room show me there is a roofing nail next towards the edge of the tire and the screw that I knew there was in the middle and recommended I needed a new tire.I thought the cost of a new tire was high and told him I would pass and put the tire back on and I'll shop around for a new tire the tech over tighten the wheel lock so much it bent the wheel lock key.I had discount tire removed the wheel locks at no charge and purchase a replacement tire their 40 bucks cheaper than what these clowns wanted.if I were you I would shopping around because this is the last place in the world I would take my car to for service.

When I dropped car off they told me it would be a few hours for an oil change & tire rotation. Four hours later I called to check the status, they said about an hour. Arrived 1.5 hours later and was told still an hour from completion. Contents of my glove box were left on passenger seat when they got the wheel lock key out. For no reason whatsoever they also went into the armrest compartment and left those items on seat. They did not reset the change oil light. They damaged the overhead storage compartment and left greasy fingerprints on the headliner. Very frustrating experience. Terrible service.

I brought my Jeep Comanche in this dump years ago for a set of new tires. I then drove north to I96, about 4 miles, got on the expressway, and as I was exiting on middlebelt, my front rat. Tire came off and shot through the intersection and thankfully didn t hit anyone. My car slammed into the ground, cracked my rotors, through the alignment out, and destroyed my posts. When I finally got my truck in working condition I went back to tell the manager of the store about what it happened he looked at me smiled and said it happens in the movies all the time I wish I could tell you I was lying, but I m not.They refused to except responsibility for what had happened, refused to fix any of the damages as a result of the situation, and pretty much asked me to leave the store. Needless to say I will never shop at this dump again.

Great little gem of a car service and repair facility. Fair prices and helpful/knowledgeable staff. I have been doing business with them there for over 35 years. Try them... you'll see.

Came here for first time and these guys are honest, experienced and great. Found and fixed my issue in less than 10 mins. Was surprised to learn there was no charge. Highly recommended! Thanks James and Tracy

A few years ago I purchased a set of four tires for my moms Vehicle I have had to have them sealed 4 to 5 times, recently I want to you could get four wheel sensors installed they kept axing me where did I get them from and how much did I pay for them finally I told him $30 apiece he says well we sell them for $60 are they preprogram I said to him I m not sure he says well we don t program them here we have them pre-programmed already if I put them on and they don t work then you have to take the tires off again and program them .Conclusion I had already done my research on how to program the sensors & I know they can b assembled on the car & then program

Your page says you're open on Sunday's. I limped a car in after a lot of hassle only to find out you're not open on Sunday's. Growing up in the area this use to be a reliable establishment. Not anymore. Get your act together.

Service sucks Kelly tires are s*** at the very least don't buy those but I recommend going somewhere else we went through three tires charging us 3 bucks apiece for the warranty on the very last Tire 37% prorate so I recommend you do not waste your money at this place or your time these people did not care about your time or money
