Adnan and Moe at Tel-Ford Services are professional, clean, and precise when it comes to maintaining my vehicles. Always greeted with a smile and kind words. I have had many different model vehicles over the years both foreign and domestic. They can fix anything. They will always put the customer first and take care of any issues. I have been servicing my vehicles there for almost 17 years and still counting. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done properly the first time. Called Mo on a referral from a friend. Had a problem with temperature gauge going Hot and message saying engine hot . Went to another place and he said you need a new thermostat. Took my Jeep in and Mo noticed my Coolent was low, topped it off and said let s keep an eye on the gauge. He could have easily said some price and I would have paid it. Charged me for the Coolent and sent me on my way. Thank you Mo for your honesty and you have gained my business and I will refer all my friends to you.FrancoService: General repairs & maintenance

Every time something goes wrong with my car, I always take it to Moe at Teleford. They are the only place my brother and I trust w/ our cars. The service is efficient and the Moe always does his best to give you the best price. They never try to upsell you any service you do not really need. I have taken my car in for a welding service and Moe went above and beyond and noticed my oil was a quart short and filled it up for me at no charge. They are honest people who do good work. I recently had my vehicle in at Tel-Ford for what ended up being just a weak battery that needed replaced. I was relieved since I fully prepared for it to be the starter or alternator. They were reassuring from the beginning and never tried to up-sell me. I was intimidated at the thought of researching and deciding on a local repair shop, but eventually necessity mandated a quick decision and I believe I've made the right one! They called to let me know when the tow truck driver had dropped off my vehicle and it was ready in a timely manner. I wasn't able to pick it up that day though and they had no issue letting me leave it there over the weekend. They even said if I called to let them know I'm on my way, they would get the car started and have it warmed up for me (a welcome treat in cold Michigan winter!). The service techs were very friendly and seemed trustworthy. Due to Covid everything was done over the phone up until I picked up my car. They said they are trying to make arrangements to meet customer requests and concerns due to the pandemic, which is something I really appreciate and will keep me coming back in the future too. Of course I hope to have as few vehicle issues as possible, but I won't hesitate to return to Tel-Ford if something comes up.Service: Battery

The owners and technicians here are the best around period. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. They always take the time to discuss the scope of work and the cost before hand. They have never overcharged me and do not perform any unnecessary work just to make a buck. I take all the company vehicles and my personal vehicles there. As well I have sent all my coworkers and friends there. They are all repeat customers and have told me that the price and quality of work destroys any other shop they have been to in the past.

One of the best auto repair services in the area. Ed, Moe and their team are very nice people and do great work. What I like the most about them is their honesty. They do fast services except when they do oil change. It usually takes me 10 to 20 minutes in other places, but here, it takes more than 30 mins.

Talk about honesty and experience! Wonderful people. No gimmicks! The owner tells you exactly what s wrong and won t make up things or try to sell you anything not needed! I ve been fixing my cars at his shop since 2000 and I trust him when I m out of town. I haven t seen a customer coming back with a complaint.

Most honest mechanic family-owned shop in town. Very reasonable prices, professional and respectful attitude, and best of all, they stand by their work and honor all warranties. Very quick and advanced service. They are NAPA certified and were awarded Top Five NAPA certified shop in the state! Definitely my go-to shop for all 3 of our cars and will always recommend to family and friends.

These guys are extremely busy and understaffed I only read them low because they could not even communicate with me about what was going on with my vehicle and they had had it for about two weeks.Moe is a good dude and seems very genuine however the communication leaves a lot to be desired

Honest, friendly, fast, and overall great service. They are straight forward about what needs to be done as well as prices. They break it down for you and help you understand it all (especially for those of us who don't know a thing about cars).

The technicians at this location do good work at decent prices. They are paired with NAPA automotive parts so in that you know what to expect. Their service is also timely unless you drop your vehicle off later in the day or on Saturday. Service speed also depends on the extent of your repair. As far as the "mechanic recommendations" that make you feel like your car will split in two if not done, these people will be honest with what they think you need. The best advice necessary to stay away from costly repairs is to do routine maintenance and increase your automotive IQ.

Amazing people. Extremely kind hearted and polite. More than reasonable and fair. Very technical savvy with domestic and foreign. Feel comfortable and at ease with your car in their hands. They thrive on long term relationships so they will treat you right!

Ive been doing business with these guys for years now. They are by far one of the most professional and honest shops I've been to. They are good honest guys. I refer all of my friends and family to Ed and Moe, I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Brought my car in for an unfamiliar shaking. Honest mechanics that are very thorough with their work. Identified the problem and were able to fix it. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

They don't fix what you bring the car in for. They call and tell you something else is wrong with your car. They don't show your what is wrong. Unfortunately , you have to bring it back, because of cheap parts. Not going there anymore.

Adnan and his family are trustworthy professionals so even though my family has moved around from one city to another: Westland, Northville, and now Southfield, we have continued to bring our cars to their shop regardless of the distance. Peace of mind is most important when it comes to something you depend on like your car.
