Sams the man!Had car trouble late Friday night, called around Saturday morning and before Sam either no one could do it or was extremely expensive. When I finally called Sam he was super reasonable with his price and when we met he was super professional and nice. In addition he understands cars and was able to diagnose what was wrong for me so I was able to confidently get my car up and running. Thanks Sam!

Called to request a tire change for a flat tire. After being sent to voicemail twice, someone finally answered and stated that they would not be getting on the road with this weather.How a company claims to offer roadside assistance, but refuses to assist with a tire change (not a tow, or anything else complicated) on a Saturday morning at 10am with low traffic, no snow, no rain, no ice on the roads or inclement weather is beyond me.Called after reading many positive reviews, but am now questioning the validity of them. Unless it s the middle of the Summer, weather conditions are perfect and they feel like it, you re going to need to call someone else.

Sam was so awesome, I was down and out on my luck. And he took the time out of his day to come help me out when I had no cash on me to afford to pay for the service to unlock my car. And his family over heard my situation and they even helped me with some food for my children. This company will for ever be on my good list. Thank you so much Sam!

Easiest life saver. They gave the best price quote, and they were the most available, responsive place out of every place I called. They were there when they said they would be, got everything done so quick, and again, such a life saver! I appreciate how reliable they were since it's hard nowadays to even find someone who will pick up the phone and be so easy going.

Sam is just such a great guy! I got a flat tire on the side of Southfield and 96 at 930pm. Used my roadside however the company issued to me is a scam business. I did not realize it until almost after 1am. Called around to multiple places claiming to be 24 hours tow no one would come. Got a hold of Sam and he was just an all around wonderful human being. He said he would come out and help. I was so distraught and exhausted at this point I was just crying. He was on the phone with me assuring me he was on the way and calmed me down. He arrived very promptly and got me and my car home safe. This is a wonderful guy with a great business.

Sam's n Son should be your first choice if you need towing in their area. The rates were fair and the response time was unmatched. Had a truck at my house in less than 30 minutes! Appreciate all of their help!

Sam's n son was excellent. He arrived within 20 minutes of my request. My keys were locked in my car, and he was able to get it open on the first try in seconds. I've seen cops take over an hour to do the same thing. I highly recommend. Not too expensive either.

Great experience all around, and this is coming from an amateur mechanic. I had no time to come to the shop and they did everything in a timely manner. Sam was such a professional. I had a family member that was stranded and he answered the call and got there immediately, less than 15 minutes actually. He resolved the issue, called me to let me know and even waited until my family member left the area safely. His price is extremely fair, especially with how quick the turnaround is. I needed my car to be towed from Dearborn to Taylor & couldn t find a good towing company that would do it. This company is FAST & AFFORDABLE !!!! He got my truck in less than 30 mins & towed it where I needed it & charged me less than any other towing company !! I appreciate him & this towing company so much ! My car was sitting for 24 hrs & he got it right when I called !

I had issues with my car early in the morning before work and had to have it towed to a shop on short notice. When I called Sam he was very professional and worked with me to get my car where it needed to be in a timely manner even though I couldn't be present at the tow site. This is a place I will continue to use as long as I live here in Michigan. 10 star customer service if I could rate it that high.Very kind and genuine. Prices are great on top of it!!Not to mention, Sam worked with my crazy call without hesitation.I will be suggesting him and this company to friends and family hands down.Needing a tow is never a good experience. But having people that care, come help you out and take care of you, makes it so much nicer.

I had never needed a towing service before so, I was a little nervous about the whole process. I googled towing services and Sam's was the first to pop up and he had a five star rating. I called and was set up with a tow within an hour and quoted a fair price, I needed a 20 mile tow. Not only was the service quick, I got to enjoy nice conversation on my ride home. I would recommend Sam's to anyone needing a tow.

Sam's N Son went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them! My car battery died in airline offsite parking and due to the wonders of modern electronics that meant my key-fob wouldn't work to open the car. They met me there to perform the vehicle lockout. It was bitterly cold and our car was tricky to work on, but they persisted and were able to successfully unlock it! My family and I are so grateful for their prompt and courteous assistance! I was locked out of my car, and contacted Sam. He was prompt, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. Sam was very careful in his work, to make sure to not damage the car. I really appreciated his help, and would recommend Sam to whoever needs towing, car unlocking, or jump starting. Really friendly and respectful guy!!!

I went here after calling several shops where I was told that my car couldn't be checked out today. My car was running hot and needed attention right away.The owner was upfront and told me to come in quickly so he could take a look at it. Not only did he look but he replaced my thermostat at a very reasonable price. I am looking forward to doing business again with Sam in the future.
