I really wished that I did not have to post this review because generally when I go to auto parts stores I am satisfied. I walked into the store, the person behind the counter was cashing out a customer's windshield wipers and walking him outside to install them on the customer's vehicle. So I waited in the store because there was not anyone at the counter. I repeatedly called for someone to come from the back (they saw me but never came from the back) but the person never acknowledged me or anything. I just happened to be in the area so that is why I stopped in. The clerk returned from installing the wipers on the customers car. He asked me what did I need and I asked him can someone scan my computer because my engine light was on. This man looked me in the eyes and said, "oh no I can't do that right now, you will have to return after 1pm." It was 11 am when this happened. There was no one in the store. He had just went out and installed wipers on a customers vehicle which took way longer than it would have to scan my computer. I really hope that this was not a racial incident because the customer with the wipers was Caucasian and so was this clerk. I am African American. I left the inside of the store and waited outside to see if any other customers were going to come while I was sitting there. I waited for about 15 minutes no customers came. Then I went to Autozone about 1 mile away they came out and scanned my computer and fixed what caused my engine light to come on and I was on my way. Shout out to Autozone! I will never return to this O'Reilly. After writing my review I looked at the lowest reviews here for this location. Obviously there is nothing being done about the rude staff because I located additional reviews on this website claiming racism from the staff. Then there is the elephant in the room, why is the staff so rude? If you do not like your job leave.

Came in for some wipers, and they went out of their way to help me install them. Sam came out to install the wipers and took time to make sure they were done right.

I stopped in on a Sunday for a test of my battery that has been behaving funny. I forgot to grab his name, but I was helped immediately by one of the two guys at the checkout counter. He tested my battery and alternator and gave me a green light. The whole event took less than 10 minutes. I appreciate the help and honesty!

I went there for a new battery. Cody was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and approachable. He helped me pick the best fit battery for the car and even installed it properly in about 10 minutes. Thank you Cody!

Came to this location after being ignored at the Livonia location. The man assisting me looked up the fuse I needed, checked my fuse under the hood, and offered any advice regarding my situation. Thanks for the help!

O Reilly Auto Parts is a great auto parts store that provides most standard needs. The hard working folks may be occasionally short staffed however will be sure to solve your problem and install it if not overly demanding (wipers, headlights, etc ) pop over and get your parts if your in the area.

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. First time ever walking in this store. I just needed antifreeze. I waited patiently in line and when the lady That works there was through with her customer instead of helping me because I was next, She was just staring down at her phone for what seemed like forever. I m sure it was because I wear a head scarf. She is rude and racist and should not work with the public. Plus they were not helpful to me at all and way overpriced. I would not recommend

Richard was excellent. Him and the other salesman in there knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely worth the drive to that location.The other salesman who helped with the transaction had a wealth of knowledge about car repair and was very helpful to all of his customers.

I've NEVER met two people more accommodating and helpful. Matt and Ray, you guys are absolutely amazing. I was stranded and my battery was on it's last leg. Managed to make it there to purchase a battery an hour before they closed and they swapped it out for free. I could cry, my best friend's birthday was tomorrow and about to be ruined. They absolutely saved my day, my tomorrow and her birthday. God bless you guys. I'll make it a point to come back just to give this place my business. And they were so knowledgeable, great at answering all my questions!!!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were able to assist me with replacing a battery and answered all my related question. They even helped me to realize that the battery in my Mercedes failed because it wasn't vented properly - just from conversation and without seeing me uninstall it. Tested the battery for free and even charged it first for free to even be able to test it.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. A problem I have had with my vehicle for 3 years was instantly fixed when the manager and one of her employees saw under the lid. I had taken it to other auto stores and even a mechanic. I wish I would have come here first. They have made me an O Reilly customer for life! Thank you ladies. I have had no issues since coming to you. I cannot tell you how much stress that has relieved.

Loved seeing the Girl Power while their. Ashley was so cool, she changed my windshield wipers in a couple of minutes. The price was great and the customer service was great!

The first great thing, is that this place is open late. The even better thing is that the employees actually know something about fixing cars and are happy to help troubleshoot, not just sell parts that they look up in the computer. Rick was especially helpful. I will be driving a little further to get this kind of exceptional service.

I was there one morning and was a bad One guy came in his name is Nick was screwed very rude I ask him a question he said you have to wait and I look around I need to wait a minute wait a minute every time I ask you something can you help me say wait a minute there was nobody in the store I mean this is a bad service you guys have I'm sorry I've been going there for so many years

Small components, they will install and ensure proper fit.3. You can be confident that parts are going to work for you.Cons:Pricing is a little higher than big box stores. But the staff is ready to price match.

I placed a special order on a radiator for my Acura TL and turns out there was a defect. I called twice and first time they said talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager, not sure what her name was but she said that maybe the mechanic had messed it up even though I was there and he did everything perfectly. (Time and money) Mechanic charged me $60 installing the radiator and I had to buy more coolant as well. I spoke to her she said you d have to bring it the radiator to see what the problem is But we can t do an exchange or give you a Discount. We can return it because there isn t anymore in stock not in any O Riley store next day I call an O Riley s in Livonia and they said they had them in stock but I d have to contact the place I purchased the radiator from for a discount. I m pretty upset that I m putting in money for a radiator that had a defect..

The lady cashier was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. She walked away without giving me my receipt. I had to call her back to the register and ask for my receipt. I was tired and was there to buy tire repair supplies. I had to go home and fix my tire in the cold. I just wish she had been nicer. I was already having a bad day.

Stopped in and picked up brake pads to take to my mechanic in the morning when I drop my car off..the woman who gave me them gave me the wrongs ones....ugh. Had to pay more at the mechanic's since I didn't have my car to get them. The return was easy but that shouldn't of happened.

I won't go back, I bought a head light for my Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 with one year warranty. Before the end of the year one light bulb went bad. I went back for the warranty replacement. During my visit decided to replace them with an upgrade paying the difference in price. A few weeks ago the other light went bad again. I went back to see what is the problem. The sales person was rude and unprofessional, after I talked to Mike, they replaced it with the condition voiding the warranty. Mike replaced it and checked if there is any humidity and didn't see anything wrong with my car. Therefore, i will take my business somewhere else.

I was at a local mechanic shop for an oil change but the mechanic didn't have an oil filter for my 2018 Equinox. The mechanic called O'Reilly and they brought the part within a matter of minutes!!! I was so impressed and so grateful that I didn't have to wait long.

I arrived at this location at 8:45 PM. When I arrived one of the sales associates was in the parking lot talking with who I assume were customers. When I got out of my vehicle he began to walk to the door, I was following him. He walked into the building and locked the door in my face then went to the "open" light and turned it off. Him and his coworker stood at the window laughing. I shop at O'Reilly often! My family has an automotive business and I was just picking up some oil. I can't help but to wonder if the fact that we are African played a part in their decision to slam the door in our faces because our employee has come to this location at late hours several times and was serviced. I am greatly disappointed!

Awesome young lady change my headlamp in 100 degrees. Was so pleasant. She was the manager. Auto Zone said they couldn't go it because it was too hard and not their job.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. Very patient with my many questions and cheerful with my 1 year old trying to steal their christmas tree. Clean store as well. Very organized. Recomended
