Great service - repairs were completed sooner than estimated, and the price was very reasonable. We added on some "door ding" repair work that turned out beautifully - very good quality workmanship. 100% recommend.

My car was hit and busted up pretty bad. Matt gave me a free, accurate, and honest estimation for the repairs. They did a phenomenal job fixing my car. It wasn't a cheap repair, however they went above and beyond and fixed things I didn't even expect (my horn didn't work and they fixed it). They shined it up and cleaned the inside too. Thank you guys so much for fixing my car!! It's drives great and feels brand new!

Great people to do business. At a tough time when your car is it was nice to have someone that you felt was on your side everything was done correct and on time if I ever have an accident again I will not hesitate to call them.

I had a great experience with Kortes Collision. They worked with my insurance seamlessly, gave me plenty of updates, and were very fair with my estimate. Would highly recommend to anyone in the unfortunate situation of needing your car fixed

I had an excellent experience getting my vehicle fixed here. My 2008 Avalon was in a hit-and-run incident. It required the driver side fender and side view mirrors replaced. I went to three shops (all highly rated and in order of distance from my home). Howe Collision in Westland was booked 1.5 months in advance. Knudsen brothers in Westland were 2 months out. Kortes collision was furthest from my home however, even though were very busy, Matt kindly agreed to take a look at my vehicle damage one early morning. Matt managed my expectations very well, both in terms of duration and pricing of the job. Lisa was very good with updating me over email about any communication with the insurance company. The final form and finish of the job came out GREAT and they could get the job done in 1 WEEK. That was FAST, Viola !!!I found Matt and Lisa to be running an HONEST business where they didn't try to cheat me or my insurance into shelling out more. Many shops think that its ok to charge exorbitant prices to the customer since insurance pays anyway. Wrong !! The insurance eventually passes on the cost to the insured eventually through higher premiums in future. So please read the estimates prepared by shops carefully before selecting.

I recently took my 2022 Ford Escape in to get the front end fixed after getting hit. The experience I had was awesome! They got me in quicker than any other shop I called by almost a month and had the car back to me within a week of me dropping it off. I always mention Korte s Collision anytime I hear of someone needed repairs done to their vehicle now.Service: Body & Trim

Matt was extremely helpful, he took me to my rental and picked me up when Jeep was finished. My Jeep was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. The service was completed on time and in a reasonable amount of time. Recently took my Traverse for some damage from being rear-ended, Matt was awesome with every encounter from Estimate to drop-off and pickup. The top off was they not only washed my vehicle but they detailed it as well. Seriously ... I wouldn't go anywhere else. My daughter hit a deer less than a week before our family was moving across the country. The shop it was towed to (close to the accident) told me 2 weeks before they could even provide an estimate. We were debating on just trailering to Texas with us to get repaired there. I called Matt at Korte because of previous work they had done well for me ... he took over, and took care of everything. I focused on the move. .. he called when it was ready ... which was right on the time he estimated. The body repair and paint are PERFECT! The car cleaner than when we left it. Korte s Collision is by far the best shop I have ever dealt with! They re great with the insurance as well as personal major and minor repairs.They ve repaired several cars of mine to actually better than new. Their attention to detail is amazing in the work performed as well as the thorough explanation of the work needed during the estimate. I give their whole crew a 5+ star rating.

The people were amazing. Had an insurance claim for damages but didn't cover the rust on my 10yr old Ram. They explained what they could and by far went above what they had too. The truck looks brand new and even cleaned the inside. Honestly the worksmanship is amazing and will recommend them to anyone who asks.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I m telling everyone in the near by area or far if you need any body work and or any work that they do. Make it a point to go there. I was in an accident ( everyone is okay) and needed a lot of body work done on my GMC Sierra I was going to go with the dealer ship because it was my first accident and I wasn t sure where to go. I am so glad I took one more look online and found them. You will never go anywhere that makes you feel more comfortable and confident. I m sure I was a handful with my emails. But the timing of their responses couldn t have been any better. And they were so nice and kept me up to date the entire time. And I ll tell you I was amazed at the quality of work they did. As if my vehicle was one of their own. When I picked it up I was in disbelief that they could have done such a great job. I d give 100 stars if I could. The young man that looked at my car. He was very very courteous. And let me just say very professional. I like that. Too many collision shops just run through things and they don't give you time to ask questions. About your own car. But he did.. the world needs plenty of people like him. And the young lady that was with him came out and looked at my car took pictures too. She was very professional. I thank them both for just being there for me. I went to multiple collision-repair shops and Korte's was by far, leaps and bounds above the rest. Everybody I encountered in the shop was so pleasant. The owner, Matt, gave me the most fair and honest estimate. I wanted to know the minimal work required and he didn't try to convince me to pursue the most expensive choice (like the other shops did). The customer service was the best, and the price was the best! I have never had such a good experience with any car-related shop.

Matt, Lisa and everyone at Kortes were so professional and customer service oriented. Matt was amazing working through the process to get a great repair with the least cost possible. I would definitely go to them again should the need arise and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Seriously the guys here are the best! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. From the customer service, to the work they perform, and even their after care. They went above and beyond what any, and I mean ANY other company would have. These guys treat you like family NOT a pay check. It was the best experience I have ever had. In todays times customer service seems to be falling to the wayside. My entire experience at Korte's was a breath of fresh air. I plan on moving out of the area soon. Regardless of how far I end up I will never let anyone else touch any of my personal or company vehicles!

Matt and his staff at Korte are very professional and nice. They did a wonderful job of matching the paint on the new door with the rest of the vehicle. I don't know if this is standard but they took the time to clean the vehicle as well. I also made a request for them to save a part so i could fix the passenger door and Matt went and fixed it for me on his own.i hope to never need collision work again but i will be back at Korte if i do.Matt made a stressful situation seamless and easy. Thank you.

I had my 2012 Lincoln MKX repaired back in October 2015, Matt, Lisa and the entire staff are professionals and they did an excellent job on the repair.Now I am back, March 2016 and did not think twice on where I was going to have my car repaired. I know they will do another excellent job. Thanks to the entire staff.

I've had 2 experiences with Kortes, and both times (once for non-insurance and the other insurance work) I have had positive experiences and drove away a perfectly restored vehicle! The service was professional, courteous, pleasant AND quality! The attention to detail with the paperwork and the bodywork saved me so much worry!I enthusiastically recommend Kortes Collision here and with friends and family.

Korte's group did a fantastic job repairing the damage from an accident. They worked directly with the insurance company and kept me updated every step along the way. The entire staff is extremely professional and the repair time was less than I expected. They worked quickly and now I can't even tell that there was any damage. I am not saying I want to have another accident but I would certainly go back if needed.
