In response to the reply, an ad for the business popped up on my feed and reminded me of the terrible experience I had. When your tech didn t put the magnetic rings back on the rear breaks he took off. Non of your techs knew how to fix the issue even though I was able to google the issue and how to solve it in 5 minutes. Then when I had my car picked up and towed to another mechanic so they could do the service correct, Mike decided to beg the tow truck driver of the location where the car was being taken and lord and behold he mysteriously showed up there and the parts your mechanics installed mysteriously disappeared into the wind. Then when we requested to talk to you, nobody could get ahold of you. The other mechanic ls told me all about the work your guys did and I think it s important to other people who depend on their vehicles to know the factual experiences people have. Yea it s been a while, but apparently you still can verify that it was indeed your guys that did it since you have the timeframe. There s always room for improvement based off criticism and by no means is my intent to slander, just to inform consumers looking for services on my experience.

Very satisfied with the 2 repairs my family had on two separate vehicles. Priced right, explained what was needed and it was done before I expected. This is the only time a repair shop replied No!! Stop by and say hi when I said until next time . The owner and mike couldn t have done a better job i n all aspects.

This place aims at taking your money for phony diagnostics, trust me. They took my money and said the only place that could fix my car was the dealership. The next shop I stopped at fixed my car without the run around!

Do not even think about going to these riff raff crooks. They ruined 2 of my cars and found out they're so called mechanics never went to school. Great experience! A friend referred me and thank god he did. I called and gave them a shot and the manager was so professional and fair with the pricing. They took great care of my vehicle and made me feel very comfortable. I will not hesitant to go back that s for sure! Thank you heights auto! I would recommend Heights Auto Repair for all your car needs. They explain to you in detail what you need and don t need. They show you what work was actually performed , so you don t have to guess if the parts were put on. They get you quality parts for excellent prices. They are very friendly and professional. They make you feel like family.If it is a little pricey they will tell you the most pressing things to get done. I came here to get my new tires put on and they were done in 30 minutes. I also had to get a few repairs done like getting my thermostat replaced and they did an awesome job. I haven t had a problem with my car since!! They are so nice and friendly and they definitely know what they are doing! I told the staff about my problem with my vehicle and I could tell they truly cared about the issue I was having and they gave me their word that they were going to get my problem corrected in a timely manner. I appreciate the guys on the staff for keeping their word and making sure they thoroughly checked my car and found the problem I was having! Good quality and good Customer Service is a big thing with me and they showed that they have both good quality work and good customer service. The staff, was remarkable and Moe was absolutely wonderful. Took his time to go over every detail of what was being done, not only to my truck but my wife's also. He even offered to pick up myself and my son, when my truck was finished. Went twice. Both time service was quick and affordable. Fully intended to go there permanently. Problem came in on the second visit. They did repairs without authorization and when confronted made excuses. Even went as far as arguing in the parking lot about it. Something that could have been resolved by simply acknowledging a small mistake turned into a huge ordeal.From what I've experienced, the prices and speed of service are easily 4 or 5 stars. The professionalism from my encounters went from 5 to 1.I'd still send people there in Hope that this was a one time occurrence. My experiences at Heights Auto have been excellent. I've dealt with them on a few repairs for a few cars and the work has been great. I havnt had to come back for any redis and they are very professional.and they got me in and out. Give them a try you wont regret it. Very honest shop around!!!! Moe goes above and beyond to make sure you know whats going on before any work is done to the vehicle in a professional manner. They do not try to upsell anything you dont need. Mike gets the job done right. Only shop i go to for my car needs. Give them a call for you future repairs you wont be disappointed.
