Josh and Tom were beyond excellent. They just came over and fixed my kitchen window in a matter of minutes.. They were polite and the job was extremely well done and the quality is great. I would recommend Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights to anyone, like us, that had an unexpected broken window, to use Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights. Josh and Tom, a special thanks for your courtesy and fast professional great work.

Tom and Josh installed a European shower door in my newly remodeled master bathroom and it is the cherry on top! They did an awesome job ! Please give them a call if you need any glass work. Great company

Josh was awesome. Our bay window was fogged up from a broken seal and Josh had the glass replaced in a few hours. It looks great and was way cheaper than new windows!

Yes, the Manager. Mark was so kind and professional and sent his crew member, Kevin to my home who called me, letting me know he was on his way, as I requested. Kevin arrived on time took measurements of my window "glass" that needed replacing (due to seal broken causing fog and moisture in window). Then, explained how I would get a quote sent to me from the office later that day, which I did. To make a long story short, I appreciate that the Glass Doctor ensures that measurements are correct and if they are not, they retake the measurements and order the glass to be cut to exact measurements. Then, same crew member (Kevin) came back to install my window glass, (it was not a totally different person). Kevin was so polite and respectful of my home, knowing it is a "no shoe" zone, Kevin was always sure to put on and take off "shoe covers" when going in and out of my home, without being asked. I will definitely do business with The Glass Doctor, for all my Window Glass needs, as their prices are very reasonable, their crew members are professionals and their service is "5" star - top shelf! I originally brought my car in to have the crack fixed, but they determined I needed a total replacement. It was easy to schedule for the tech to come out to my home to fix. The tech was friendly and professional. No problems with the new windshield, even after several heavy rainfalls. Highly recommend.

Girl name Sarah very rude and disrespectful has a very nasty attitude I had an appointment setup today and called to verify the time she immediately got an attitude because I asked her to verify the phone number on file and told me I was a pain in the butt just for asking to verify the phone number on file and then she called me from a no caller id and started cussing me out I do not recommend this place

I had a windshield replaced in a Promaster van here 10 months ago and have driven it almost 90,000 miles since then. The windshield has received half a dozen solid hits and numerous others and only shows one 3mm surface scratch. Glass from Safelite would've had to be replaced long ago. I'll get the chip repaired soon and if I ever need another windshield replacement I'll definitely bring my van here. The staff are awesome to work with too.

I had a crack in the middle panel of my large sliding living room window. I called Glass Doctors based on a recommendation. Josh came out to my house right away - very knowledgable, friendly and professional. He placed the order for a new window for me. He told me it would be a while for the window to arrive and for him to come back out and do the repair. And it did take a few weeks. But it was worth the wait and he did a great job. He arrived early and finished quickly. Ten year warranty on the new window. I would recommend Glass Doctors!

I used Glass Doctor several times in the last 3 months for home window repairs and I can't say enough good things about this business and its employees. Josh Nance who did installation was exceptional! He was friendly, helpful, professional and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Josh and Glass Doctor to anyone needing window or glass repair.

We had to replace a window in our house and Josh came out to do the estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable about windows.The problems started when we were given an instalation date but no time frame. I had to call them 3 times just to get the 4 hour block of time when they'd be showing up.Day of installation, waited 3 hours and 59 minutes before I called. Josh called me back, said he had one more stop before ours and asked if that was OK. I told him no, it's not okay, as we had already been waiting 4 hours.So, he made ours the next stop. He called back about 5 minutes later to let us know that the wrong size window was sent and that he would have to reorder it. He told me he would get the best managers discount for us.10 days later, he just shows up at our house to replace the window. No discount whatsoever.Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

Edit: shop workers think it s ok to take customers in the back and try to intimidate them. the staff here is a joke. I took my car back today because the windshield has adhesive coming out the side and is making popping noises. The guy with the red beard in the shop pulled us in the back and asked about my bad review. He doesn t seem to understand that customers tend to review the work they receive. Told me I should have come back before blasting them on Google . I could have told them about it before I left if they were actually open during their normal business hours, but there was no one to help all the shop guys were gone. If they had done it right the first time maybe they wouldn t have bad reviews, just a thought. After talking to him for 5 minutes (his main concern was my review, not my car) he brought my car back around to the front and wouldn t do anything to fix it.Had my car windshield replaced today, they left glue all over my dash and the screen of my center console that we re trying to get off at home, hoping we don t damage my car. They also don t remain open during posted business hours. The woman at the front desk told me they usually just go home once they finished the scheduled jobs for the day. So if you work and were planning on picking up your car after you get off, good luck they won t be there.

I took my Taurus here for a windshield replacement. The price (315.61) sounded reasonable so I scheduled an install. Problem #1- I had a special "Sound Screen" windshield and before I booked I asked the lady at the front desk if I would receive the same type..she assured me I would. I was lied to and got a standard PGW windshield. Problem#2-Upon coming back to pick up my car I noticed the rear view mirror was very loose, wobbly and not properly tightened down. Problem#3- There is a strip of foam at the lower part of the windshield that was ripped in half despite being completely intact when I dropped the car off. Therefore the windshield makes all kinds of noise contacting the dash because they destroyed the foam piece. The guy with the red facial hair just kind of threw his hands up like "what do you expect me to do"? I expect a professional job, a foam piece that isn't ripped in half, and a rear view mirror that doesn't wobble. I will never go here again and if you have a nice car I don't recommend anyone else go here either. You will be sorry.

Noticed a small chip in my vehicle windshield over the weekend and figured I d better have it repaired asap. I called and they were able to fit me in immediately! I drove right over and they took my keys and got started. I d had an almost dime size star rock chip about 10 years ago on my 2010 vehicle they fixed the same day as well and although the tech told me there was a chance it could spread again, which I knew it lasted almost 8 years! And it still hadn t run when I sold the car 4 years ago. Can t ask for any more than that! Very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge as well. All around great experience, oh and the price wasn t out of line either.

I needed a windshield replacement. It was super easy to get a quote online. ***Their quote was $300 less than their major competitors quote*** They responded right away and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The serviceman called me 20 minutes before he arrived. Was prompt, he explained what he was going to do, did the job right in my driveway and was done in 45-55 minutes. I was referred by my mom to Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights and am happy to refer anyone else to them for the same savings and quality service I received. Highly recommend!!

Service was excellent! Kathy was awesome! She advocated for me and made sure the insurance company approved original manufacturer part. Nick was awesome installer, who showed a lot of patience with me. I recommend the Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights to anyone with a cracked windshield.

I love the customer service. Very polite and friendly employees. Even when there is a problem they make it there duty to find a way to accommodate you and make it more beneficial for you. They also are very upfront and honest which is exactly what you are looking for when doing business. Nick put my window in and he is great employee as well honest, upfront, & Hardworking. I definitely them a good rating and recommend any one needing glass for anything come here!

I would recommend the glass doctor to anyone looking for glass replacement. The guy that replaced my glass, Josh, was very professional & offered me the best price possible after searching around. Absolutely fantastic, exceptional customer service!!. Needed a garage door window panel replacement, came in with an extra window for measurements, I thought I would have to pick up another day ..they made the window for me on the spot!! Couldn t believe it! They did a terrific job! They do all kind of glass work, big or small especially cars! Windshield s and all, for homes, shower doors you name it. I would encourage anyone in need of glass repair or replacement to give the Glass Doctor of Dearborn Heights I try. Honest work, Excellent quality, convenience and customer service is what you will receive. Something that s unfortunately becoming hard to find at many other places now of days ..

Joshua was very professional and nice. He explained the process of his work and reminded me to check for email in spam in case it didn't come through. I'm so happy with Glass Doctor and my service rep that came out. He was very kind, and did an excellent job on my rear window. I was in a panic calling several places for quotes and needed it done right away. They charged me literally double and triple more than what Glass Doctor did, and best of all they came out on my day off from work. I didn't get his name, but thank you!
