Flow auto is place where you can get your oil changed and not be deceived or price gouged,Every time I arrive I am greeted with a smile from the tech Mitch and treated like family!Q is a wonderful mechanic who always takes care of any work my car needs done 10/10 recommend!

Excellent service! Since the first time I did an oil change on my dad s car in 2020, they ve always took great care of me & any one else I ve told to go there. They never did anything to my vehicle without me fully understanding. They are a great example of a car service business. I don t let anyone else other than the dealership touch my vehicle.

Had them do brakes and rotors on my 17 Cadillac CTS and all I got to say is these guys are awesome, the only ones I have found that will actually go above and beyond, very honest and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place!

Saba took special care of me today! My engine was misfiring while driving to work this morning, asap pulled to the shop, and everything was perfectly worked on to get my car back on track! I even got the complimentary wash after! Very good people to work with. A place to stop at and get the job NEEDED done. Not like funky spots in this are.. very pleased with the service!

Absolutely the best service I have ever had!! While I am a couple weeks late writing this review, I couldn't let another day go by and not share my amazing experience! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, thorough and totally top-notch!!My car is a 2010. While getting my oil changed, I asked about a transmission flush because previous places tried to get me to do one, but these guys quickly explained that my transmission is different (he read it off the sticker but I don't recall the letters) and that it has to done in a certain way and really should be done at the dealership. They changed the inner air filter, I have paid for the service in the past (that I thought I received) but was stunned when they pulled out the glove box to access it; I have never seen anyone do that before and the fact that it was the original 2010 filter proves no one ever had (although had charged me).I have a headlight that went out, they went through everything they could to try to get it back on. They suggested I bring it by another day when I have time and they would be happy to search further.They explained everything they were doing and how everything was (levels, tires, tire sensors, etc.). I mentioned I would be taking a long road trip and they wanted to ensure everything was okay before I set out on that adventure. While wanting to make sure I was all set, they were also not going to charge me for something I didn't need.A coworker recommended Flow Auto and Wash to me and I want to pass the amazing recommendation. I will never go anywhere else! I think that we can all relate to the stress of having vehicle work done, but my experience here was unlike anywhere else I have ever been! The owner who worked on my vehicle was patient, thorough, detailed and more than fair. He very patiently explained everything to me without rushing and was very punctual. When I came to pick my car up, they brought it out all shiny clean from the car wash complete with hand dried service. I am very happy with my service. I have dropped my car off at 830am. I explained what I would like have done, and Q was all over it. He finished the work, tested the car, called me with an update and is washing the car for me. It's barely 2pm. The shop treated me like a human. They listened and reacted professionally and very prompted. I was also given some helpful suggestions for maintenance. I have been through a bad experience with another local shop. So happy that I feel good about taking my car for service here...

Their very respectful and professional they took their time and assessed everything they were very thorough and respectful and after they changed my oil and checked my tires and changed my air filter we received a free car wash. I highly recommend them to anyone who s tired of rude employees working on their cars!! these young men are very kind. Finally an honest car shop! These guys are so nice and know what they re talking about. They don t try and rip you off like other places. Not to mention the best car wash I ve had in Dearborn. I m definitely a customer for life

Really good experience. Felt i had the best value and they took care of my car really well. They advised me and I seen myself the difference. They cleaned my car in dirty places i did not see and it shocked me how dirty it was. Thanks to them. Ive been to a lot of places but I prefer this place. literally the best oil change place I ve ever been to and I ve been to a lot. I ll be coming back next time. Excellent customer service, great prices and honest opinions (won t tell you you need a bunch of stuff you really don t need just to make more money) I highly recommend Flow auto and Wash!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my oil changed in less than 30 minutes. Really impressed me by taking a shop vac and removing leaves and debris from the edge of the hood.

These guys are awesome and spend the extra time checking everything and making sure your car is solid with all the fluids. Plus free car wash with oil change. Great place, recommend these guys to everyone

Fair pricing for oil changes. You can get an oil change, car wash and vacuum your car right there! They offer other mechanical services as well! Customer Service is great as well!
