I'm Edward Dillon, recently took my vehicle to Dearborn Auto Electric and let me say the man Ali Hamade ( Owner) has to be the Best Business Owner of a mechanic shop ever I met in my life , his employees are fantastic guys , I absolutely praise that man and his business highly, his honesty and reputation should not be tarnished by any means , people say there are no honest mechanics well i say BULL , Ali Hamade certainly is , I thank him for his honesty and character very much . I was recently told by one of the shops in Dearborn to take my car because it had an electrical issue. They exceeded my expectations and when I got there I have never seen a shop so clean. They had it for about a week and my problem was fixed. Ever since they told me that they do a wide variety of things I ve taken my car to do oil changes, brakes, and even let them take care of my muffler noise that s been bothering me for a while. They are professional, on time and do a great job in providing the best service every time I m there. Thank you guys so much Ali and Mike for all your help and dedication. I have been using Dearborn Auto Electric for years & have had nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend trusting the business for electrical and mechanical work. It is affordable and your car will be fixed with high quality in a timely manner. The shop is run by smart, reliable, hard working people.

We have been going to DAE for many, many years. I cant express how amazing the people are. Ali the owner and mechanic has serviced our vehicles for years. The customer service is everything and more than you'd expect. Recently my car broke down suddenly at 5pm on a horrible rainy day. I called Ali and he had my car towed within 15 minutes! He had my car repaired and ready 24 hrs later. Don't trust anyone else with your vehicles! DAE is a full service shop. No matter what you go in for they always do a full inspection to make sure your vehicle is safe. I cant say enough about them. Thank you Ali for taking such good care of us!!

This is the worst place to go get your car fixed, i took my car to this guy to fix my car, i left my car for 2 days and paid him whatever he asked for. It worked for 5 hours then the problem came back. I took it back to him and he said that i am a liar, and that s not the problem and i took to fix the same problem,i never seen someone do business like that . When he can t fix something he will charge you and call you a liar after.. don t ever try this placeService: General repairs & maintenance

I've been dealing with an intermittent electrical problem for 3 years. Every 3 to 6 months my car wouldn't start with no forewarning. Exhausting. My car has been to 2 dealerships and 3 auto repairs trying to get this issue resolved. A friend recommended Dearborn Auto Electric. I was there no longer than 30 minutes and my car was evaluated and diagnosed. Its been 3 months since my repair and I do believe they found the problem. Service was professional and geared towards customer satisfaction.

Took my truck to get the ac check and they said it would cost me $110 just for them to take a look at it. I got in my truck and left.

I would take my car to no other place. Bob Alimpich, owner for nearly 40 years, and the other two mechanics there are top-notch! My dad took his cars there for oil changes and repairs first, from at least as long as Bob was the owner. I've taken our cars there for at least 15 years, and now my children take their cars there, as well. (In fact, my daughter's fiance just dropped his car off there today, coming from Westland!) I refer people there all the time, and this is why: Bob and the other staff, including Sue who runs the office, will go out of their way to help customers. All are very generous, and just as important, honest. They will never steer a customer wrong, and will only do work that is necessary, and will never use substandard parts that they know will not last. They are upfront about everything, from the moment you are there. They will give you all the information you need, then the decision is yours about which repairs to have done, or not done at their shop. I know that when my car is being repaired at Dearborn Auto Electric, it is being repaired correctly, with high quality parts that last, and with the best of workmanship, as well. Also, they can tackle the tough problems when other places cannot. Often, they get referrals from other places that cannot handle certain jobs.

I and my family have been using Dearborn Auto Electric for decades. Their service is thorough and high quality. Sue is very courteous and friendly to everyone. Much better service than at dealerships!

My instrument cluster was out due to an unknown electrical issue, as I had checked every fuse and attempted swapping out every possible part that usually would cause such an issue. So I figured it must be a bad connection or short circuit somewhere, and took it here. Ali was very professional, explained everything he did, and got instrument cluster working. All done at a very fair price for all the testing he had to do to ferret out the problems and confirm what was still good. Highly recommended.

I had major electrical issues. 2 other shops had the vehicle but couldn t fix it. I took it to this place. He had it figured out and fixed in 2 days! Very responsible prices. Very professional. And very knowledgeable.

spent nearly 900 dollars on my sons car that had a bad fuel pump, they never replaced the fuel pump which was obviously bad. I had to have it taken to Walshes Service on 7 mile and Beach Daly, who fixed and replaced the fuel pump for less than half of what Dearborn Electric wanted to charge, after not fixing the the real problem which was the fuel pump. Very disappointing and expensive to do business with them.

Very bad work ,terrible attitude ,I took my truck there twice charged me twice for diagnosing it and never found a thing .first time was there a week didnt find a thing second time was there for a whole month I asked to check three things only checked one and left my truck sitting there for a whole month and still has the audacity to call me a hour after I picked up my truck raising his voice saying "what else do you want me to do??? I did everything " Just rude after I told him about the dash board and sensor on windshield wipers I wanted checked ,looked at my paper work and responded "ohh well the receptionist never told me anything." Then why would you leave my truck there for so long without calling ?? Terrible work ,bad attitude, no team work ...very disappointed 200 dollars thrown in the trash ,truck not fixed and dont know what the issue is with it. I dont know why your ratings are so high

Took my car two weeks ago big time issues with the car. I was charged over $200 for labor on an easy access part that needed no tools to fix. Autozone would have done it for free.They only fixed one of the 3 issues I had.Very disappointed
