My experience at Caliber was phenomenal! The staff were amazing! They were helpful and friendly as well as kept me updated with real time statuses on the repairs on my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

The team will keep you updated on day to day basis what s going on with your car, how the repair going. They exceeded my expectations, they don t accept cash a tip of way saying thank you for doing a great job. But simply a review to their page. Thank you again Caliber Collision for working so great and for keeping us updated. I would highly recommend you guys! Kudos team! It was an excellent job and well satisfied customer here Oh forgot to mention, Jim keeps me posted every single day and they made sure my car repair was a smooth process.

Caliber Collision did outstanding work for my vehicle repair. My representative Jim made sure that I was regularly informed with updates through the process, and I felt that he was working in my best interest, and making sure every replacement part was perfect for my vehicle. The repairs were flawless. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Caliber Collision went above and beyond! They updated me at least every other day about what they were working on, what they were about to work on and what they had done so far! I was side swiped and the other driver took off so I went through my insurance and they were in my network. They were the only car repair shop that could get me in within the week! I was understandably frazzled after being hit and they helped ease my mind so much! Jim, the mechanic, was awesome and realistic about the finish date. My Explorer runs better than it did before the accident. The owner and secretary were also amazing! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you so much Caliber Collision!

The staff at Caliber contacted me right away in response to my insurance company's referral. They kept me informed from start to finish regarding the status of my repairs. I also really liked the service arrangement that Caliber has with Enterprise Rental. Caliber arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right after I checked my car in for the repairs. I have a 2014 Lincoln. I bought the car used. Caliber made the car look like it's a new car! The staff are very and professional. I'd definitely recommend Caliber for collision work!

If you re looking for a good quality collision shop. This is the place to go. Staff was awesome and they made you feel like family. They keep you posted through the whole process of the repairs. I m most definitely was satisfied with the work.
