Rob S. is a fantastic mechanic and made my experience at this Belle Tire location great! I went from having an almost complete collection of lights on my dash to having none. He was honest, kept me informed on what work needed to be done, and he was really fast! I definitely recommend visiting this location.

My daughter got a flat tire today and managed to make it to a Belle tire (on Telegraph in Dearborn Heights) . The girl that helped us was awesome, she got all of the information we needed for the tire and found one for us. They had to order it from another location but she got it the same day and we had her car back just a few hours after bringing it in. I was very happy with the people and the quality of the service.

Woke up to a flat tire and had to use a spare to get to this location. The techs and service team were fantastic in getting me in and out quickly and taking me back to show me what went wrong (rim rub) and what they recommended (new tire). Taking the time to show me what was happening was very nice and I would definitely return.

They did a HORRIBLE JOB! They tried to scam my son out of $400+ . He went in to get 4 new tires and the receptionist took his money and had him sit for over an hour and came and told him that they couldn t do a wheel alignment on the car because he needed new lugs nuts and a tire rod, (Gave him an estimate of over $1500) BUT DID NOT TELL HIM THAT THEY DID NOT PUT THE TIRES ON NOR DID THEY GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK!!!! I had him to go to a reputable auto repair shop (Advanced Auto Center) who informed us that the tires had not been changed and quoted us a price that was $700 less because he didn t half the stuff that Belle Tire quoted him smdh! We called Belle Tire and spoke with the manager - Brian who didn t have a clue about anything, couldn t answer any questions . Was absolutely no help but he could tell us that my son still had an open bill!!! Open bill who does that?? Who leaves a business ant pays for a product and not get the service that they paid for!!! All Brian could say was that the receptionist was gone for the day and he didn t know why she would do that!! Please be careful when going to this Belle Tire it seems like they are trying to scam people!!!

Terrible Experience at this Location and I don t recommend going here at all! I paid over $90 to get my Oil Change and Tires Rotated here on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. During the week we had really Bad Snow I ran out of Washer Fluid before it was Time for my next Oil Change. I pulled up to the Garage Area and asked one of the Technicians could they Refill my Washer Fluid a Simple Request seeing as that I had got my Oil Changed there they told me I needed to go up Front and talk to one of the Sales people. I waited in line for 5 minutes and told them I had something simple and just needed my Washer Fluid filled up since I had just had the Oil changed there the Sales Clerk which was a Short Guy with Short Spiked Hair told me they don t do that there which I was completely out done about how is it that you all don t refill Washer Fluid after it is Empty that s like telling someone that can t get Air in their Tires which is supposedly the only thing there that is Free. He replied well I can sell you some and I replied that is Ridiculous I am not about to pay for something that I already spent $90 for. For Future Reference I will not be providing my Business at this Location and I don t suggest you do either because if you pay $70 to $120 for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation they will not Refill your Washer Fluid! Thanks for Nothing definitely had to let everyone know just in case you don t!

First time going to this location as it is closer to my new home.I ordered and scheduled tires online and paid for them to be installed next day. My appointment was at 9AM, and I arrived about 5-10 minutes early to check in. Upon arrival I was asked to show my ID and the card I used to pay online to verify it was me, which I totally understand and had that ready to give her. The lady at the front stared at my credit card for a while and was having a hard time finding the numbers as I had a custom vinyl cover on it. She ended up having me take it off since she had to see the numbers, which ruined my card cover.Also, I had asked about how long the installation would take and she told me that it usually takes about an hour. I ended up being there a little over 2 hours. If I had known it was going to be that long I would have just had someone come pick me up.Once I checked out and walked to my car, I noticed that the tires that were on my car were a different brand than the ones I ordered online. Nobody informed me of the change. I ordered Starfire Solarus tires and they put Waterfall tires on. Based off of Google searches they seem to be about the same-ish, but I just wish I would have been told about this change and informed of any differences in tire beforehand.Waiting area was decent, with a snack vending machine and TV. Unfortunately the coffee machine wasn't on and no drinks were available.Overall, my experience was okay, but not spectacular. I might look elsewhere for my next tire purchase.

I went here a year ago for an inspection and tire purchase and the tire is literally no good and the warranty was pretty worthless. They did the same thing that Discount Tire did sold me a tire that only was good for 90 days so I would have to come back and spend money. Be very careful where you go and purchase tires from these tire franchises need money at the cost of your car expenses

The staff at Belle Tire are excellent! I ran over a nail causing a slow leak Austin helped me by putting air in my tire (he was so kind I was having a horrible day due to my mother passing away he made sure I was ok to drive back home) I returned a few days later to have my tire repaired Roland took care of me my tire is now perfect I am so appreciative of the timely and professional service I received both employees are an asset to your company thank you for everything!

First visit for a tire leak repair and oil change, 4 hour wait only to come out and find all my valve stem covers missing and the oil light not reset and no new sticker for the mileage.Second visit to have the light reset and address presumably the same tire leak, asked to top my washer fluid off and they never did. There seems to be a lack of effort by the technicians and I'll be taking my fleet vehicle elsewhere from now on.

Roland was amazing as well as professional. He got me in on a moment's notice and took care of our vehicle. We were leaving for Tennessee the following morning and they made it happen . So grateful for the mechanics and staff, what an amazing experience.

My lifesavers had issue with tire pressure and couldn't figure out what tire was the problem they helped me realize I had a cracked rim, price was cheaper than I thought to repair so glad I was able to save my rim and tire thank you Belle Tire Dearborn Heights.

Drop your car off.They had a part being delivered that was the cause of a lot of wait. It was great that they were getting it but, they didn't notify me of this, and I didnt know I was gonna be here for 5 hrs. They really need to work on giving ETAs so I'm not wasting my entire day here. Havent left yet so we'll see how long that takes.

Great service! I called different places and they tried to rip me off. Went from almost spending $400 on some seniors that they told me I have to change to only spending $50 here and the people there were amazing. That s what u call a respectful business!

All I asked for was high speed balancing. Took an appointment at 12PM. Arrived on time but the car didn t get into the shop until 3PM. I checked couple times during the wait and all they said that it was next in line. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours? Their explanation was: we don t know what happened and why it didn t make it into the building . Not until i complained and raised my voice after 3 hours that the car got priority and was immediately pulled into the building.Took only 20 minutes to complete the balancing work. They did the free alignment check to find two of the tires are not aligned. Offered to do the alignment work for free and not charge me for balancing.Kudos for the service advisor Eric for making it right; thus the 3-star rating. Customer service can be better and should have more regard to peoples time.

Just stopped to fill my tires. Free air pump. Have had service done in the past and have been satisfied. Staff could make an effort to be a little more friendly.

It was good, management was very helpful. A little bit of waiting but no problem with me, I d rather have them take their time and not rush. I should also mention I got service done over here a few times already and it was great. Hope this helps. Thanks you.

Refused to look at a tire they sold me, had to take elsewhere and get a perfectly fine tire repaired. Sad that Belle Tire's commision incentives push their salesmen to take advantage of their customers.

I should've been left this review but anyways.. They tried to charge me for an alternator that I didn't need. I couldn't pay so I told them I'd pick up my vehicle and bring it back on payday. After a few fishy phones back to me from them I was feeling like something was going on. After picking up my vehicle it turns out I only needed a battery cause I'm still driving on the same alternator almost a year later but if i had of had the money i would've never found out. I was a loyal customer here but after this happen I'll never be going here again.

Make sure you tell them NOT to put tires on your car until they have verified an alignment can be done. They will slap those tires on so fast it will make your head spin and then hand you a $2300 invoice of repairs needed to align them. So you'll buy $700 set of tires that will not last 5,000 miles and they know it. They dont care because the tires are on and you have to buy them at that point. It's all about the quick sale and no care for the customer or quality of service. They also will not clean the tires once they are on. I paid $651 for tires that looked like I left the used tire shop on the corner. I would not recommend belle tire ever to anyone. Most shady work I've ever had done.

This is my second less than perfect experience at a Belle Tire in the last few months, but this is my first review of this location. This experience was similar, except this had a happy ending. Maybe it's a Belle Tire policy to not assist disabled patrons waiting in long slow lines so as to not appear to show favoritism in front of the other patrons.

This was the most disorganized car repair shop I have ever had a dealing with. I was there for 4 hours for rear breaks just to find out that they never pre ordered the parts after putting the down payment 4 days prior and was told to be here Tuesday may 31st to put the parts on. No compensation for the giant inconvenience at all..

The Telegraph and Joy Belle Tire has been my go to spot for decades. They have reliably serviced by tire needs for ages, when I ve had a slow leak or a patch was a useful solution they were honest solved the issue without charging me when they quite possibly could have soaked me. Our entire family patronizes this location and you d likely do well to pass through.
