I recently had a fantastic experience at Bavaria Auto Tech. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to address my car's issues. The service was prompt, prices were fair, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and top-notch service.

***CUSTOMERS BEWARE***This business is operating underneath unethical business practices. If the ownership treats their customersas bad as they do their vendors then I would definitely advise any and allcustomers to shop elsewhere. After Holbrook Auto Parts has been in business for 80 years, this will be the first badreview we have ever listed on another business, but due to their unethical horrendous business practices, I would feel that it would be a dishonor to the public to not share what a HORRIBLE experience it was to deal with these people.

Had to replace my brakes and rotors after two months at different place after I paid $700. at Bavarian , because when I went back to them inquiring about the one year parts and labor warranty they gave me , they wont honor it and I was kicked out from the place .

I had a lot of front-end work that needed to be done on my Dodge Journey. I had called around to multiple places and gotten estimates. This shop was by far the most affordable, and the owner was honest and definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely be returning for the remaining issues that need to be addressed for my vehicle.

Fair and got what I wanted done but they thought that I was mexican(because I look mexican) but and said some racist and disrespectful things in arabic and I just pretended I didn't understand to see what else they would say, I'm shocked and will never come back, for the people that don't speak arabic, just keep that in mind.

Put down 500$ for a job to be completed, half way through the job he didn't know how to finish it so he left my car gutted and didn't want to return my money. Robbed me blind
