"I've had mixed experiences at AutoZone. On the one hand, they usually have a decent selection of mid-range products and the staff is knowledgeable. However, I've been disappointed to find that they don't always carry the exact part I need. Additionally, they don't seem to price match items, which can be frustrating when I find the same product cheaper elsewhere. Overall, AutoZone is okay, but I wish they had a wider selection and more competitive pricing."

I'm not giving Autozone another penny. I paid their ridiculous markups for the convenience, but no more. Their gouging is terrible, but on batteries it's criminal. You'll pay *literally* double for a battery that you can get from other big box stores-- and these AutoZone batteries are complete junk. Bought a Group 24 battery in October 2021. It died (bad cells, reading 8V) 6 months later. Returned it. No questions asked. Replacement battery died (same problem- dead cells) 20 months later. Brought it in for exchange and they told me the warranty is based on the first battery purchased. Wouldn't replace it. First battery failed in 6 months. Second in 20 months. Ridiculous. There's no way this is just 'bad luck', statistically speaking. I hope somebody files a class action suit against AutoZone for selling these garbage batteries.

Stefan is a very disrespectful employee. After being told by Terry that my brake pads were covered by warranty for replacement and that they would have to get parts in store to make that replacement, Stefan then told me that I would have to pay for replacement in order to get it. But at other stores where it was available I would t have to pay. Stefan is very rude and laughed at me when I told him that I was told different.

One star because I wasn't helped by the employees there unfortunately. Another star for the only employee that helped me out which is Ayah S. Promote her and give her a raise, let her manage the place too. She not only helped my mom and I out with our car battery, but she took time out of her day right before closing just to check the car out for us. She asked how our day was and provided some of the best customer service I've seen. God bless her.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Staff behind the counter with no uniform. Not sure what their role is. All staff talking to each other. Laughing out loud about inside jokes with no regard to the customer. Ignored my question about the item I purchased. Added another item to my purchase without telling she added another item. One of the most obnoxious and rudest experience I have ever had at any establishment.

I went and gota battery for my car, The person behind the country could not apply a 15$ for my purchase, I came back later and the store manager told me that he can give me. 15$ off a 50$ purchase, ask for him, few months later when I was ready to buy 50$ worth, he negated telling me that and he wanted me to show him the digital coupon from many month, you know you won't be able to open, call corp and waiting for their response, will never go back to that store

AMAZING staff. I went in there clueless about my head lights and next minute three employees were outside fixing both my lights for me .. while it s raining.. and cold.. It s so nice to know that there still is people out here NOT trying to just take another females money . I am very clueless when it comes to car stuff and they taught me how to change my light. Thank you so much.

The worker helped me fix my Bosh windshield wiper with a clip on part that snaps on the base! I didn't know that was possible! I was prepared to pay $39 for a new wiper blade! Praise God for the easy, Free Fix!! In Everything give Praise!!

Great service! I usually go to another auto parts store that is closer to my house, but they didn't have and for some reason couldn't order the wiper blades for my car. So I called Autozone and they said they had them in stock. Without asking (I didn't say I was coming in) they took the initiative to pick the blades and had them waiting at the counter when I came in. After the disappointing experience at their competitor, this was an excellent customer service experience that will bring me back in the future. Great job!

I came in to the store to make a quick purchase, when I attempted to pay for my items their system crashed. I am not made at the store manager but at auto zone as a company for not giving their store manager any authority to resolve these types of issues. So they had to call technical support and wasted over an hour of my time. Very disappointed and will never come here again.

While I didn't have to purchase anything today, I was recycling used oil. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and was really helpful. Sorry I didn't get his name but it was Sunday march 21 around 11 am.

Great service every time. This location is our go to for auto needs. We tried to go to an O'Reilly's that we were closer to and they wouldn't change the battery due to corporate policy during Covid. Didn't have tools with us, and it was starting to die every time it was turned off, so we were very happy that they changed out the battery.

I was there maybe a week ago and the person helping me I believe was Dwayne. I purchased a new battery for my car, we went to go put it in and we could because where my battery was located. So I went to go leave and my car wouldn't start so he spent a good hour and a half with me, in like 10 degree weather and even brought his own car around to help me jump my car. I really appreciate the time he took to help me out. I don't think many people would have done that especially since it was so cold outside that day.

The young african american cashier had a really bad attitude, he was in hurry, and it was no other client waitting.He sold me and charged me for the wrong part. I had to ask for a return and the right part.I used a coupon to buy the part. Now I lost the coupon discount. The young man throw the recipe in the garbage in order for me to not see the fact that I lost the discount.Awfull service.Now, when I go next time to the store and I will ask for another cashier, everybody will start yelling "discrimination"I am not shopping a this store anymore.
