I found this place just surfing for vehicle wraps and I said ok I ll give them a shot! Boy was I happy I did from the moment I got there everyone was very friendly and professional. Josh is who I mainly worked with but all the staff was on point. They helped me decide on the layout and design!! When I picked my bike up it was a jaw dropping moment for me! They went above and beyond and there prices are super fair!! Won t go anywhere else for the services they provide!!!! Thank you Josh.

Awesome staff!Quick same day tint appointment. They were done tinting my truck in about 1.5 hours. Great selection of automotive accessories as well.

I highly recommend Auto Tint City for any window tinting needs. Extremely fair and competitive pricing including a warranty. Service was timely and professional - Josh and Evan were both friendly and extremely helpful. I have had multiple vehicles tinted here with no issues. Better than any tint shop in the Auburn Hills area.

Called and was given a quote to tint my 2023 Civic. Called around but decided to go with ATC because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. Showed up the day of my appointment and was met by Josh the Ops Manager. He was very professional and went over everything that I wanted. I've had several cars tinted in the past and have never had such exceptional customer service. I will not take my cars to anyone else again! This is the spot! I had my tail lights tinted on my 2020 Ram and it s a pain to do this style. These guys were absolutely great to deal with. The one side slightly lifted and they got it right in and re did it with no charge. They also were nice enough to do a quick light bulb change on my tail light. Best place to go for sure and I will always recommend them.

Was told about this place from my brother. Went in to get a price and couldn't beat it. Got the tint done that day .very impressed about the out come and the amount of time it took. The wife wanted hers done also after she seen mine. Now her co worker and my boss want theirs tinted

Got tints done to match the back. The tints look fantastic and high quality. I also got an exterior detail. My car was the definitely the cleanest it s been since I bought it five years ago. Really good guys with great customer service, they are very professional, and do quality work. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.Services: Auto detailing, Vehicle window tinting

This was my first experience with Auto Tint City and I must say that Josh (manager) handles this business very professionally. I had my windows tinted all around. They were very quick with the work. The staff that I met was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs services they provide and I will definitely be using them in the future. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays so when I experience it I like to spread the word. Keep doing an awesome job Josh and everyone at Auto Tint City!*Update**Had a piece of hair that got stuck under the tint on my driver's side window and one on my front windshield. Wasn't upset because these things happen when you work with "clingy" materials. I tried to see if it wouldn't bother me over time, but it still did so I ended up calling them up to see if they could fix it. They had no problem with the fix and gave me an appointment time to take care of it. Fast forward to yesterday, the tint job is fixed and looking good! Again, I gotta give praise to the employes for being very respectful and professional at all times. Seems like a good group of guys that strive to make sure the quality of work is up to par, if not, exceeds it. Gotta shout of some names now. Josh and Mike are always on point when I go in there. Was fortunate enough to meet Aaron (I believe that's his name) yesterday. He was very communicative with the process and the fix to make sure I was happy. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Auto Tint City and would recommend them to everyone that needs any work done they provide. Keep up the good work guys!! Doesn't go unnoticed!!

Great company and amazing work. They did work on my Lexus and just did the windows on my new truck. I'm getting ready to have them do ambient lighting in my car next. I travel 45 min for their service and professionalism. Today I had an 8 AM appointment to get my front windows tinted. Mike(Great Guy), made my appointment about a week ago and he was pleasant then and he was pleasant when he checked me in for my appointment today.There are signs posted in the seating area "drop off only", due to covid-19. After being checked in by, Mike I mentioned that I'll wait outside because of covid-19 precautions. However, Mike and Josh serviced a customer as he waited inside the shop. I thought that this was unfair and if Auto Tint City is willing to allow "some" customers to wait inside while their vehicle is serviced they should let "all" customers wait inside.I was upset that I had to ask to sit inside while there clearly was a customer in the waiting area.However, it is still a pandemic and we should not be inside any establishment if precautions are not being met.

I tell you this was this best Wait I ever had The owner Bob was absolutely amazing!Theee best customer service and Theee best Tint job! Ive never added any extras to any car I had and I certainly had my reservations as far as what to get and how it was gonna look. Bob however made the process smooth and easy.He walked me through the entire step. From the moment I walked in this shop I knew this was the right spot! My car looks immaculate with my new Carbon tint job. It was truly a blessing walking into this shop and the guys did a great job!

Spectacular customer care! I went here on a friend s recommendation to have my windows tinted and once I arrived I was greeted by a super friendly staff who asked me why I wanted the tint and showed me different style options to make sure I was getting the most out of my ride. They even called me a couple times to make sure everything went well after the sale and when I had a small indentation in one window they redid the film no charge because they offer lifetime warranty s! They can hide you in your car, but they can t hide just how awesome they are!

They did a great job. They have tinted all windows on every vehicle that I have an all of the work has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable and they do a great job. They stand behind their work.

Great service, great work. Ive used Auto Tint City to install led lights on my motorcycle, tint my car window and remove tinted windows from my Jeep.Ive recommended their services to several friends. I will definity use them again.

My favorite place to always gets Tints done. Have had three vehicles tinted through them. Very professional, transparent, timely, fair with pricing, and their craftsmanship is clean and unmatched. I haven t had a single issue doing business with them and my tints last for years. There s no peeling,cracking or bubbles in my tints. Josh is my guy!

Went there to have Rockford fosgate ddr added for sub amp and woofer install info and they have NEVER HEARD of this.Had a bad day, I will explain what I wanted better in person.Thank you to the owner for the very patient and Professional response.

I have been coming here for Window Tint for many years. As a returning customer I have to say this is by far the best place if you want quality work, fair prices, and workers that are extremely polite and professional. I have recommended this place to many people in the past & present and my friends have been very pleased with there work.***Update***Got a new vehicle so of course I took it to the place I always go for tint. Had a slight miscommunication on understanding the tint percentage but decided to keep it the way it was done. General Manager Josh did try to contact me to correct the issue which I did appreciate. Hopefully when I return for my next vehicle it will be the top notch service I have always had in the past.

Best in the business! I showed on time for appointment and they had my front windshield and two windows done in an hour! I've had windshield tinted at other shops and have always had issues with dotted matrix on window but not here! They did a superb job! Very happy and will be bringing my wife's car back to get her windows done. Also, these guys are very reasonable, compared to other shops.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I called Auto Tint City the first day of August to schedule an appointment to tint the windows of my car. I got an appointment approximately four weeks later and that s understandable with the delays surrounding COVID. I dropped off my car the day of my appointment at 1:45 PM and I was expecting to pick up my car within three hours (the window they usually give). However, when I got there the gentleman at the front desk asked if I needed the car done as soon as possible and I stated that I would be willing to give them extra time and until the end of the day but I didn t want to leave my car over night. He reassured me my car would be finished by the end of the day after I asked multiple times. A few hours later, I get a call from the shop saying they won t be able to finish my car and they would have to keep the car overnight. A normally 3 hour job turned into 20 hours. I was left without a car the entire day and the person on the phone offered a measly $20 discount which is about 8% of the total services offered. That s not enough for the inconvenience I went through and it was unprofessional. Every other tint place offers lower prices, a quicker appointment, and faster services on the day of. I came to auto tint city due to a recommendation from a friend for their quality which is good, however, the other aspects and issues with the service did not make it worth it. Would not recommend.

Had a quote for my full taillight tint for my charger for 130 and made the appointment cam in and told me it would be more after I was specific on the phone on what I want and told me would be 100 more the quoted. Vary unhappy and wasting my time should honor my offer.
