On 4/12/24 we had an appt, came in and detailed the ad we saw and what we wanted. Our sales guy kept having to go to the manager's office, told us he was getting the very best deal he could, pulled up a different vehicle and had us test drive it. It wasn't a fully loaded version, didn't have the bells and whistles -- in essence, not the truck we wanted and not as cool. We finally get down to payment and suddenly it was TRIPLE the cost per month for a vehicle that was definitely not what we originally wanted. We didn't qualify for the returning lessee rebate, which I get, but not only did they not tell us that at the start when we were talking what we expected, they also switched out the vehicle on us AND had added a bunch of stuff (platinum package?) so we got up and walked out. 30 minutes later we got a call telling us that they could bring the quoted cost down $370/month and that the cost of the vehicle we actually wanted was only about $25 more than that. If you could do that, you should have originally. We picked up our new fully loaded truck that we wanted originally from Al Serra today. We don't bluff, and we don't expect to be screwed by greedy salesmen.

The entire staff at Todd Wenzel was amazing. Professional, friendly with just the right amount of the human element. From start to finish, Erica Nunn is a fantastic salesperson, and Brad Parker is an amazing person to close the deal out with. Even scheduling installation of accessories for the new vehicle with the service department was a great experience.

Experience was very timely, less than an hour for rotation and oil change. Comfortable waiting room. Gentlemen servicing was very kind! Was appreciated first thing in the Am. Only negative was the cost. Just keeps going up! GeeshThanks we will back!

Nick was wonderful to work with. He was sincere, kind and very knowledgeable. He was able to accomodate my needs and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Everyone I had contact with was great. This is my third vehicle with Todd Wenzel and the staff is why I continue to return. I plan to work with Nick on future deals.

Overall, everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date with an ETA on my vehicle. One thing that could've went better in order to give "5 stars" was the wait time at the dealership. My car was picked out and ready for me when I arrived, but we were there for close to 3 hours waiting on paperwork to be completed.

I had a disappointing experience at this dealership while purchasing a $65,000 truck. The salesman's push for an extended warranty felt intrusive, and his comment about dealerships not staying open just making money off of oil changes left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected a more customer-centric approach, not a sales pitch that made me question their priorities.

I had the pleasure of working with Barian Vaughn in purchasing a certified used vehicle. He worked thoroughly to get me into a nice suv at a price I could afford. The deal went great and I love my new ride. I will be back to see all the friendly faces for my next vehicle purchase, and recommend anyone to go to Todd Wenzel. FYI Barian was a great guy as a salesman that was more than helpful walking me through a process I have not done in quite a few years.

I flew from Arkansas on a Saturday to pick up a new truck. The dealership closes at 3, but Marshall Dunn stayed until 6 and even brought the truck to the airport for me! Great experience overall and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area or from out of state!

I had an appointment at 9:45 at1145 a gentleman came out and told me we have not gotten your car in yet, but it should be close that's acceptable. Waiting 2 hours for nothing. My time is just as important as anybody else's. So I had to leave for another appointment with my car not being fixed.

After being completely ignored at two other dealerships, as I was walking in to Todd Wenzel in Davison, I was immediately greeted by Briana Halpin. What a breath of fresh air! I thought I knew what I wanted, but after a test drive, I changed my mind. Briana made me feel completely at ease as we switched gears. Her expert knowledge of all the vehicles I had interest in was astounding. She didn t sell me a vehicle, she helped me purchase the perfect one for me. She s the model of what professionalism, integrity, and real customer service looks like. Well done!!

We purchased what we thought was a certified used vehicle in excellent condition. When it was delivered we found that was not the case and there were multiple issues with the vehicle that were never disclosed to us ahead of time. We were assured they would be fixed, it took months of us following up for a response. The issues were finally addressed but only partially fixed. We regret purchasing a vehicle here and have no trust in the dealership. We will never purchase from them again.

Barian Vaughan is an outstanding part of your company. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers are taken care of. He brought a vehicle to my work to show me and by the next afternoon we had the whole deal closed. He is a joy to work with and makes the whole process fun. I had an oil change done and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and Cody Murphy went over and beyond to assist me. The technician Kevin Zayac that did my oil change found a leak and I was informed and they set me up with an appointment to have it looked at.Talked to TJ Brown in sales about the new Buick Avenir as I was waiting and he was very informative.Thank you all for a great service experience, and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Todd Wenzel for sales and service!

Very disappointed. I feel Todd Wendel has done absolutely nothing for me. With problems that cannot be corrected, they want me to trade in my vehicle and buy a new one to resolve the issue. The vehicle I pick out is the same color and same options as the 2021. They want to increase my payment by $215, 00 dollars a month and extend my loan to 84 months. That adds more than $20, 000 dollars to the cost. Is this to cover the cost of a new transmission, new exhaust and new radio to repair the old vehicle? Donald Wenzel

I had recently totaled my beloved 2017 GMC Acadia SLT-2 in a roll-over accident. I happened upon Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison Inc while searching for a replacement GMC Acadia. Barian Vaughan was my Sales Associate. My experience with the dealership, Barian, and the Finance Dept was EXCELLENT! Barian gets an A+ in my book for his customer relations skills. He took what I consider an overwhelming experience and turned it into an efficient, personalized, informative, and positive experience. When we arrived at the dealership, Barian was right there welcoming us with a big, friendly smile. Every interaction we had with other staff at the dealership was friendly, fun, and most importantly - to the point! I would highly recommend Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison. With Barian's down-to-earth and compassionate demeanor and the overall dealership, I was able to make lemonade out of lemons and drove away with a beautiful 23 GMC Acadia AT4 that continues to put a smile on my face. 10/10! Bought a 2020 GMC Sierra with the help of Briana and she was amazing!! One of the coolest people I've met to date let alone in car sales. She is THE best. Highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend having specifically Briana help you out!! Overjoyed to say the least.

On a high recommendation, I visited Todd Wenzel to accompany my son to purchase his first vehicle. Our salesman Barian Vaughan exceeded our expectations with an unmatched level of professionalism.A couple of months later my parents also used Barian to purchase a second vehicle. Terribly dishonest and crooked taking advantage of younge girl who knows little about cars. She paid $800 to get her car fixed they gave it back said it was fixed then drives it home and the same thing is wrong with it. She has to have it towed to the dealership on her own cost they tell her that the problem isn't what they thought it was. They then charge her another $1200 to fix her car. Give the car back with an empty tank of gas when she gave it to them nearly full and then tell her not to shut her car off because they killed the battery! I find it disgusting and honestly shameful they had no problems taking advantage of her. Not only will I be passing the word around about their crooked dishonesty but I'll also be reporting them to the BBB...Truly a shame you can't trust what is supposed to be a reputable business.

For my first time experience at Todd Wenzel - it was awesome. Everyone was so helpful, professional and willing to make it a smooth experience!! I was very impressed by all the staff I met that day and grateful for their willingness to make me comfortable with my new lease. I LOVE my new lease and am very grateful that it worked out. Fred Harvey (my leasing contact) was super nice, helpful and professional - it was such a pleasure working with him!

You know its illegal to keep a car that someone owns right? Doesn't owe anything on her car. Didn't owe anything on the car since warranty covered that. You took advantage of someone and tried to keep her owned car. She may have owed on the rental rim she hit with a curb. Yet you can't keep a car because of that. Insurance a d lawyer backed her up. I know how dealerships work.
