Good honest shop, kept in contact giving me updates the whole time. Could have easily told me I had big issues with my air conditioning but was very honest and let me know exactly what was going on and very reasonable price for the work done. I will definitely be bring all my issues here going forward.

I always advise my customers to trust professional, experienced contractors when it comes to their homes, so when the Anthem Mobile needed work, I knew I had to put my money where my mouth is, even if it meant paying a little more than i would have if the brother-in-law s cousin did the job in his driveway. I d had mechanics tell me it needed a new water pump, but when I called Roy he told me he doesn t just throw parts at a problem, he ll make sure its properly diagnosed, and he s as good as his word. Turned out she was leaking coolant through the intake manifold, and two pulleys needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair price, and texted me throughout the day to show progress. I can t recommend Roy's Complete Repair enough for the honesty, integrity, and attention to detail his shop provides. Whether it s the wife s Jeep, my pickup, or one of the company vehicles, I ll be giving Roy s my business from here on out.

Been going to Roy s since I moved to Davison and I ve never had a bad experience! he s had my car warmed and ready for me and has stayed late so I could pick it up (I get out of work at 6) I recently took my car to another auto shop and they jacked my breaks to the Max. Roy fixed them with no charge! If you don t go here, you re definitely missing out on good customer service

Outstanding service and work, less than half what a dealership costs. I will definitely be bringing both my vehicles in for maintenance and repairs to Roy. He s honest and more than fair.

Where to begin!!! There is just so much good to say about Roy and EVERYONE that works for him. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to him for a couple years now and I will NOT take our vehicle anywhere else. He has been AMAZING to us! He treats us and everyone with respect and gives the best customer service I have ever seen. You don't have to be family to get the best care here because he treats EVERYONE like family. As a female I get nervous going to auto shops because I have no idea what I am doing there. Roy's was the first auto shop I have ever felt comfortable. Not only do you get the best customer service when you go there but they are very very affordable. They also get you in quick and works in a very timely manner. They are hard workers at Roys. Roy and his crew have done so much for my husband and I. I appreciate everything they have done for us. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone I talk to. I rate them a 11 out of 10 because Roy and his crew always go above and beyond for their customers. They don't treat you like customers they treat you like you are family. Let me just say we have taken our vehicles in for so much; tires, front end work, ball joints, tierods, front end alignment, brakes, and the list goes on. Anytime we have needed him, Roy would tell us to come on in and he will fit us in within the next couple of days. If you need a good mechanic go to Roys. My husband and I have 4 kids, my husband drives 2 hours a day for work so we need to make sure our cars are safe. Roy always makes sure our cars are taken care of and safe for the road. Seriously, check Roys on m15 out. I promise you will love it there. So give him a call and thank me later! Thank you so much Roy and your crew for all you do my my family and I. You're the best!

By far the most reputable and trustworthy auto shop. He will make sure he's honest with you and, has great pricing to get you back on the road safely. I trust him with all my vehicles and, my family drives from over an hour to bring theirs to him as well. He will never do something that's not needed on your vehicle. I want to give a big shout out to Roy and Justin for taking my car last minute. Since I was taking my daughter to college, we ran into some car issues. If I lived in Michigan this would be my lifetime mechanics! THEY went above and beyond with costumer service that most places don't even do anymore! This is what makes a small business successful! HIGHLY recommend!

As a female I feel that Roy's Garage treated me fairly and with respect. Always informed me about the needed repairs or services that he was going to fix with a good price that he honored. I have going to Roy's garage for years and tell all who need repairs done to go see Roy he is fair and honest. Had a 14 silverado in need of a transmission. Ordered the trans on a Tuesday, had the truck back Thursday night. Kept me updated with pictures the whole time. Amazing customer service. I just had my vehicle serviced at Roy s for a second time this year. He has now replaced multiple parts of my broken suspension and repaired my air conditioner. Both of my experiences have been top-of-the-line! Roy s in-depth knowledge of these vehicles is evident within the first few minutes of talking to him. Very well put together business. Fast, quality, honest, very good all-around guys there.I even over heard a phone call of another customer when Roy s fixed their car after another shop screwed it up. Roy even had pictures of before and after for the customers viewing.This shows nothing but honesty and integrity to me, and for that he is getting my business, and my family s as well. I am so glad there are still shops that so honest, good work for a very affordable price.

This place was recommended to me so I went there for an oil pan drain plug replacement and there was also an exhaust problem that he fixed.I will recommend this place to family and friends as well. I had a really great experience at Roys Auto complete. He got me in same day and fixed my jeep good as new. This shop is now my one stop shop. They are just great people, very reasonablly priced and its local right down the street. I'm so glad I decided to take my vehicle to Rinstead of the ripoff chain repair shops. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Roy even called to let me know he found one of the parts cheaper so it would be $50 cheaper than the initial price he quoted me. I dropped my car off at 8:30am, they diagnosed the problem, got the parts, replaced my front 2 calipers, all 4 rotors and brake pads and had it ready to go at 2pm. I would have paid at least $400 more at one of the chain repair shops and would have been lucky to have it fixed the same day. I will definitely keep coming here for any future repairs.Service: Brakes

Well I went here cause it had 5star reviews and they told me my tire didn't have a leak so I said keep it overnight and see if there's air in it in the morning. Well it was 14lbs lighter than it should've been but they charged me $20 and said there's no leak. Currently wondering why I have to fill my tire with air before I go anywhere since there's no leak in my tire but this place doesn't barely deserves 1 starService: Tires

I went there first thing in the morning and they fixed my tire right away once they heard I drive for my job. They even took their time to fix my tire pressure monitoring system since the other place I went to didn't fix it correctly. Very friendly and GREAT prices. Roy is a very fair and decent man. His staff is friendly, and respectful.. As a single woman, I often hate going in to have anything done to my car. Ladies can go here, knowing they will be treated well, at a fair price.

They were super fast like literally next day fast! I had messed my suspension and tire up real bad. They fixed it in no time! Super happy with their service and prices. I was leaving for a vacation to Tennessee on September 2nd, and I had a tire with a slow leak. I took it to my dealership on September 1st, and they told me that I had a nail in the side of the tire and that they couldn't repair it, nor could they replace it. So I frantically called around trying to get a replacement tire to no avail without spending $200 or better. I call Roy's and asked if they thought they could fix the tire, so they told me they would look at it. I took it down to their shop, they pulled the tire, and found that the nail was actually in the tread and not on the side as my dealership had stated. They promptly fixed the tire, charged me $20, and had me on the road within about a 1/2 hour. We were able to travel to Tennessee the next day with no tire issues whatsoever.It is now September 23rd, and that tire still has the same pressure in it that it had when they put it back on my vehicle. Kudos to Roy's! I will definitely use them again!Service: Tires

Roy's a great guy have known him for years. Had him look over brake system on elder ladies vehicle. Told him I thought the brakes needing replacing and instead of taking advantage of me he told the car is impeccable and does need 2 new tires. I would recommend him over and over again.
