I was pleased and very satisfied with my salesman, Chase Hadsall. I had several cars that I had investigated on Hank Graff web site. I had definite ideas of what I needed. Chase showed me each car and kept focused on what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I chose and purchased the car that really fits my needs. I am very happy with my experience at Hank Graff. I would feel very comfortable in recommending Chase to family & friends. I ended up in a situation that left me with no car.My grandfather would have been the one to help me figure out a plan, but he recently passed away and I was left feeling so lost at what to do. I was recommended to Geoff Gordon and he was so incredibly helpful to me. We found a car and got it ready to go in just a few days.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Uncle Geoff. I've been going to Hank Graff for over 18 years. As a former technician and a 25+ year ASE Master Certified Technician, I'm pretty particular about my vehicle service. When my Service Advisor retired I was a little worried about whether my new Advisor would understand me and give me the same level of service. I have to say my new Advisor, Cody Ryan, is awesome! He knows the vehicle, he is respectful, and he's real about what my vehicles need, and don't need yet, based on mileage. I'm thrilled to know that I can trust and rely on Cody to keep my vehicle in top shape.

We took our 2024 Chevy Trax in because we had received notification of a recall and it was also time for its first oil change. Everything went smoothly from getting an appointment quickly and serviced quickly as well. We were told it would be in service for half a day but were pleasantly surprised when it was done in 2 hours. Good Work!

Hunter Bailey in the sales department was great to work with. We sold Hank Graff Davison our car, and Hunter could not have made the process easier. We were in and out in 30 minutes, check in hand for the amount we had agreed on in advance. I would recommend Hunter to anyone looking to buy or sell their car in the area!

I messed up a remote for my 2014 chevy Silverado. Wasn't working I thought it was maybe the battery damn it was the hardest remote ever and it fell apart well even though it was a problem the parts guy got it fixed said that year was tough to change out battery boy was that right 100 %. Had a new beautiful black comaro convertible but damn over $50,000 that over the prize I paid for my house in 1983. I've only had one new Camaro in my life and have a cherry 1976 Camaro like new that I have to sell asking $35,000 won't find a cleaner beautiful cream with black accents. Pictures

I have to say this has been one of the best experiences I have had with my new Lease. Alex Harburn was very detailed, very knowledgeable, and over communicated for every step of the process and decision making for me. I looked for months for my new Lease, went to several dealerships to discuss and have to say it was a breath of fresh air to connect with Hank Graff's dealership and especially Alex Harburn (who will know be my person for every new Lease/Purchase moving forward and Hank Graff is now my new Dealership). My Dad, who has since passed away, told me long ago about his experience and encouraged me and many others to consider Hank Graff - he was so right, not sure what took me so long to realize this one! I'm thrilled to know that I will be taken care of for many years - thank you!!!

My experience at Hank Graff was great! I arrived a little early and they were still ready to service my vehicle! Everything went quickly and smoothly. The service department was very clean. All the technicians were polite and professional. All the staff I met was friendly. I got a chance to interact with some of the sales staff and administrative staff who were just as friendly and accommodating.

Chris and his assistants Kayla and Tyler have taken care of our family members for yrs. No one can come close to the attentiveness of him and his team. Any issues or questions I have they respond promptly.. it's hard to find a dealer that takes the time and truly shops for you and what you want. Not to mention get you the best deal possible for the money your spending.Hats off to the graff family and all staff!

I always have a pleasant experience taking my car for service at Hank Graff. Not only are they very quick and efficient, they take time afterwards to go over every question or concern I have. it really seems to matter to them that I have a great experience. That is not easy to find.

My water pump went out while driving on the express way. I made it to Graff at about 5:00 pm . With no appointment. They had it fixed by 2:00pm the next day and offered to come get me to pick up my truck. Buzz is excellent to work with.

Buzz in the garage was very helpful. He called me when a loaner car was ready and they took care of my vehicle quickly. The fact that one hour of diagnostic time cost $207, well more than my physician is paid, is not lost on me. Without the exorbitant cost to plug-in a sensor that came unplugged, I would have given a 5. At least I know it is fixed correctly, so that s a plus.

The best thing ever is appointments for oil changes. It really speeded up the process. They do a complete checkup and do a video review of it and tell you what maintenance might be due soon. I am very satisfied with the service.

The staff are always amazing. I had a appointment with Shana. She was helpful and friendly. The other staff members were also very nice and offered help or a nice greeting whenever I came into contact with them. My service was preferred in a reasonable amount of time for what I was having done. I recieved a courtesy phone call saying that my service was complete as soon as it was done. My overall experience was fantastic!

Our experience with Hank Graff was excellent! This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and Jeremy was extremely helpful, informative, and patient as we asked tons of questions. We also had our three kids with us and everyone was just so friendly, from offering candy to soda to helping them find something to watch on tv while we handled all the paperwork. It was a great experience and it was very quick too. We arrived probably around 3PM, and we drove home in a brand new truck that same day.

Things did not go to plan with my last visit about a week ago and I was treated like a last priority in the shop, and the service advisor seemed to be doing his best to help usher my car in to be seen by the proper mechanics. I won t be returning for the major repair my car needed as the information I gave ended up not being taken seriously and it took them 3 days (after estimating possibly up to 22 hours) to look at my oil leak and put dye in it. I will be finding someone else for the job because I work a very hands on full time job. Really bummed at the service provided, as so many people were so friendly and seemed great with customer service, but they struggled to communicate well unless I called repeatedly for the information to be sure things were getting done. Who knows how long it would ve taken for my oil leak fix considering other places quoted me for at least 15 hours of labor. Thankful I was able to retrieve my car and wasn t charged for the original inspection fee as they only spent 30 minutes looking at my car. But they helped fix my window chip in my car with insurance so at least that wasn t out of pocket!

Was promptly greeted at my appointment time. Was told it would be about 30 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation and that is exactly what it took. I was treated like I was important to the dealership.

I ve been to Hank Graff Chevrolet for the past two days for service on my two vehicles. I got an Multi-Point vehicle inspection, oil change with Dexos on one vehicle and synthetic oil on the other and tire rotations for $56 and $50 respectively. I decided to try and get the service in the evening at 6 pm as they close at 7 pm I got right in after a short 15 minute wait. The service took a half an hour. The only constructive comment I would give is to encourage the service advisor to review the MPVI. When I did inquire about the form, he went over the sections that required attention. Otherwise, the service advisor was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming to this facility if you need service on your vehicle. The service is so good even dogs like coming here.

Prices have gone way up! $79 Hank Graff is more convenient and I bought my car there. I could have had my oil change and tires rotated at Al Serra for $60. At least that was what I paid last time.
