Well this first storm got me TWICE in one night, first doing a dash and slid off the road into a front yard, then getting off 75 got stuck again on the super icy ramp. I think I used both locations both services were amazing. Super friendly folks and the fastest wait times I've seen forsure will be calling when in need in the future. Y'all stay awesome have a blessed one.

I was stranded 2 miles from their location and promised a driver within 30-45 minutes. I called at the 90 minute mark and when pressed said it ll probably be another hour. I waited a total of 3 hours with no updates or calls from them. I gave up and called another company. I had a great experience with Fenton Express!

Locked my keys in my car accidentally at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Called and they arrived in just over 30 minutes, and it took the driver all of 2 minutes to get me into my car without any damage to it. Very appreciative, would recommend.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Foolishly locked my keys in the car. Called Byers as they were closest to the restaurant I was at. Andrew showed up and had the door open before the appetizers even showed up.

Byers Wrecker is the best tow service around. I had called my insurance company and they wanted to send a tow service that was going to take 2 1/2 hours. I waited 3 hours, still nobody came and after calling for an update, it was still going to be another 2 hours - 5 hours for a tow?!! I decided to cancel them and I called Byers. They were there in 15 minutes!!!! Worth the money and the short wait time!!!!

Our car was in a wreck about a week ago now and Byers came on out and picked up the car.There was some confusion on who was picking up the vehicle as we got 2 different drivers from the same company call us and one said he was about 20 minutes away then 30 minutes later a different driver called and said they were 40 minutes away which lead to a-lot of confusion. But it was figured out thankfully.

Would not recommend! I d give a negative rating if I could. I brought my father in law up here to retrieve belongings from his car and when I pulled into the lot there was a tow truck that was basically blocking all of the parking spots so I pulled straight in then some weird old guy came out of the back yelling at me and CURSING to move my car while my kids are in the car. Such a creep!!!

Had to clean what was left of my car. Had no hassles getting in or out. Not that I have plans doing what got my car there anyway but definitely recommend them. Thanks dude!

Driver was very professional, polite and careful doing his work. He was conscious of where he was placing his equipment as to not create more unnecessary damaged when loading vehicle. He also was about 10 minutes early from the arrival estimate I was given. Very good experience. Would recommend this company to others.

Driver was great, very nice but the office are liars. They told me they were busy that it would take about an hour and a half to arrive. Well it did, so I asked the driver oh so your busy today huh? He said no not at all.I was only about 10 mins away and it took them an hour and a half.

Excellent service. Car got a flat on the way home from the grocery store near m-15, and I got so stressed because usually towing services are so expensive. Atleast the last time was ($90 to get the vehicle towed only down the street less than a mile and into a driveway. I still remember the stress from that day! I don't remember what company it was) anyways... So I searched for a towing service on the phone immediately after this flat. I found Byers Wrecker and called them and I'm so glad I did. It took less than 15 minutes for someone to get to me and a VERY polite man helped out so much. It was amazingly inexpensive, I thought it would cost so much more so I was WAY at ease. Quickest service I've ever encountered. The car got home, food got to the fridge and I got to relax sooner than I imagined, resulting in zero stress except for the flat. I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you Byers Wrecker!!!

Ernie was such a pleasure to deal with. He is a true gentleman when I kept asking him to wait before loading my vehicle to the flat bed. I will be forever grateful he was so patient and kind. Thank you Byers for employing such a wonderful person and send a thank you to Ernie for his kindness.

Estimated time of arrival was 1 hour. Instead, tow truck arrived quicker, in 20 minutes. My vehicle was stranded on I-75 South near Sashabaw Rd with a flat rear tire. Proper truck - flatbed - came and scooped up my vehicle and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Driver was very courteous and polite. I have used them multiple times over the years, no problems.

TERRIBLE. their hours are mislabeled. I was misinformed multiple times regarding their hours of operation and availability over the phone.I work 12-14 hours Monday thru Friday. I went to the Davisburg location 3 Saturdays in a row.1st Saturday, i didn't check the hours, and they were "closed" by the time I was getting there.2nd Saturday, I was on my way and was told that no one was at the Davisburg location that day, by chance. Another day wasted. However that they would be there normally.3rd Saturday, I arrived at 10am, dark office, no one there. So I called and was informed that ACTUALLY, due to COVID no one was EVER at that location on Saturdays - - - > EVER.I asked if I could goto an open location to show proof of ownership and pay the fee, and they would not allow it. So 3 weeks were actually a waste and could have taken steps to arrange a pickup during the week.Each day is $35. The cost to get the truck out has ballooned to several thousand dollars. This isn't my truck. I am trying to help someone get her truck out. It has just been a nightmare. Stuck in groundhogs day for the last month.Any help would be appreciated, to get the truck out, arrange for pickup.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Avoid these scam artists and crooks AT ALL COSTS! I told the driver where to take my truck, instead he took it to THEIR OWN YARD. Then charged me again to take to my repair shop. For a grand total of 15.3 miles, I was charged over $500.00. I do not understand how this place can still be in business. Every positive review has to have been written by the owner or other employees.

My son's car broke down on I75 and M15.. A very busy stretch of highway with very poor lighting. A mother's nightmare of a spot. I called Byers wrecker service and they were on site within 15 or 20 minutes. Honestly.... Has to be the fastest service record in my opinion. Very courteous and very quick.Sincerely, A customer for life..

Rude and creepy driver with zipper down in middle of night got gladly sent away so I could wait for a different company. Which by the way was very courteous and already knew about beyers unprofessional , abrasive reputation . Will never use them and would strongly advise you didn't either.

The most rude and unprofessional people I've ever encountered. Almost all of the employees were rude. Refused to let me clean my car out after an accident that another driver caused, after telling me I could clean it out the next day. Held the car there for 5 days ripping my insurance company off, until finally there fax all of a sudden works. Ridiculously immature evening worker cursing at my boyfriend and I while we were in there. WORST SERVICE EVER. Highly recommend going elsewhere if possible.

Driver was great. House is built into a hill and the there is a wall right outside the garage. It makes for a tight fit getting in and out. The tow driver helped me push it out himself and took his time getting it on the wrecker the proper way. I highly recommend this business. Especially considering in my experience so many tow truck drivers have had the attitude that they can't be bothered to do anything bothersome.

I unfortunately had to deal with Bubba after a very stressful 48 hours. There was a family situation and I was going to retrieve a car. I had permission from the police to pick the car up and the detective said any issues, it would be a quick call. It was not. This man was very argumentative and refused to call anyone. Once I reached the detective and he was told to release the car, he was just even more of a jerk. He was clearly enjoying telling me the outrageous price of over $500 it was going to cost me and also kept harrassing me as I was trying to look at the condition of the car. Another employee had to step in due to Bubba's poor attitude. This is not something that people who have been through traumatic situations need to deal with. The other employee was so nice and thankfully he was there to help.

During that big, horrible snowstorm on 2/26, I spun off the road into a ditch. The sheriff who found me recommended I call Byers Wreckers. The tow company Triple A connected me with wouldn't be able to even arrive on site for more than two hours, these guys promised they would be there in 30 minutes!Nate came and helped me get out of my car (it was nearly tipped on its side so I couldn't exit) and explained to me every part of the process and what to expect. He was very easy to talk to! Chris from Byers also came out to help get my vehicle out.These guys were effective and efficient, and very professional! I am thankful for the recommendation.

Awesome and fast service! Driver was very helpful,respectful and knew what he was doing and even showed up 45 minutes before ETA. I'd definitely refer anybody to call on them for help

Quick to get out to tow my vehicle. Driver was very courteous and did a great job carefully loading my vehicle. Got myself and the vehicle to the dealership quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself needing a tow.
