Updated review:My rating went from 5 stars to one star for two reasons:Fletcher, as I mentioned before, is one of the hardest working young men I have ever met, especially in this day and age. Since he is so hard-working, Fletcher has found himself another job which will pay him a far better wage than management/the boss (Rick) was willing to pay Fletcher. So, therefore, I know the quality of service will fall to a one star service and I will look elsewhere for my tire needs.Secondly, another reason the rating went to a one star is due to the management. When management doesn't show respect to their employees and decides to cut them down when they decide to move onto another job where they can better themselves, I have no respect for that type of managment and I will not support or patronize that establishment. Karma is real and what you put out will come back to bite you. Perhaps management will grow up with the lack of a very good employee to keep his business running smoothly. Good luck with your business because you are going to need it. The locals will need to seek out another place for good service.**************************************Fletcher is the hardest working young man I have ever had the pleasure of watching work. We have always gone to Curtis Service for our tires but have noticed that since Fletcher was hired, it is much more organized, cleaner, and well run. He is fast, efficient, professional, and very polite. Definitely management material in that young man. Keep up the good work, Fletcher!

I appreciated Dan very much this morning after discovering my flat tire with a hole in it. He fixed it quickly, for a very reasonable cost . He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved my day!!

Zero - 0 stars. Brought my car in for the bi-annual rubber exchange from summer to winter and when I went to pick it up, left front flat. Went to let them know and was told my left rear valve stem is bad - not even acknowledging my initial issue. There was nothing offered. Owner called and finally came to the establishment and was unapologetic, blamed me for upsetting his mechanics and was greatly reluctant to do ANYTHING until I insisted. Upon further thought - I let them fill my tire and I left. Cancelling the cc transaction is the first step for services not rendered. Lets see how much it costs to get the stems replaced that were just replaced in May of 2021. The two guys in the bay are absolutely clueless and incompetent. I have tons and tons of records of good relationships with many mechanics - this one is NOT INCLUDEDAnd in putting my summer tires away I noticed a huge gouge in the bead of one of them - lets hope it holds air next year. Absolute incompetence and ignorance without an ounce of empathy or customer talent.It was determined by a competent company in Newberry that all tires had leaks due to the negligence of Curtis Service. They checked all tires and fixed what was needed for less than what was charged by Curtis Service. The account by the owner is somewhat accurate although I would certainly not call it "yelling" by any means. After sharing my experience it has been shared with me by others that this is not uncommon with Curtis Service. The competent tire shop I ended up at stated they have corrected many of their previous jobs. I'm good - charges being reversed, tires are in good shape finally for the winter and I don't need to set hide nor hair near that place... Curtis... "Service" I have done my part and let you know.I keep everything . All records point to the incompetence of Curtis "Service".

We ordered tires and had them installed. We had a short wait, long enough to walk around town and eat lunch. The mechanics were friendly.

We were on vacation from out of state and pick up a nail in our tire and needed to have it repaired. We called ahead and they said bring it in and we'll fix it for you. So we drove there and they got us in right away, repaired the bad tire, put it back on our truck and even put the spare back where it belongs. It really meant a lot to us to have our problem solved when you're away from home. Thank you again for your help.

Good place to fill propane tanks. Some auto/mechanical supplies. Good beer selection for a gas station.

Great place! They had me taken care of in a timely manner i was outta town camping and blew both my trailer tires out and im just so glad the little shop in town had tires and a rim for me so I could get back on the road.

Was broke down on side of the road. Roadside came and helped us picked me up and brought me back. Didnt cost hundreds of dollars either. Super friendly staff!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rude owner gas pump didn t dispense gas when paid asked for a refund was denied rudely and refused to even check the pump to make sure it was his fault
