Never have a bad experience at Discount Tire of Crystal MI. James and Tony are top notch and always take care of me when I need something. Couldn t recommend them enough!

Great service!!! The service desk people were managing a large crowd of customers with amazing patience. Tires were installed timely. The garage guys were courteous and professional. So appreciative for good old fashioned customer service. Thank you all. Will definitely be going back and recommend you to everyone I know .

They are really nice and help right away on what I ask and if they could not get all it done they ask me if I can reschedule to come back. And timing is not slow. Thank you Tony for helping me out . I recommend them alway

Got a set of new tires and they were installed fast and efficient. Tony was great and all the other employees were too. I have went to other stores, but the Crystal Discount Tire is the best as far as I'm concerned.Thanks guys and gals for everything.Mike

I found that I had a cracked wheel on my Ford Raptor. When I talked to James he said they could get me the wheels and tires I wanted. They got them faster than anyone else could and saved me money on shipping. When I went to have them installed, they had me out of there in less than 45 minutes. They installed the new tires, wheels and learned my new tire pressure sensors to the truck. I am very happy with their service, they saved me hundreds of dollars.

Went due to an issue with the previous owner of my vehicle adding LED headlights. I couldn t fix the issue but they did. The time it took and the price they charged was a discount. Highly recommend.

Great help and trustworthy staff and employees. Sometimes, (actually, most times), they are extremely busy. So plan ahead to spend more wait time. But that's also a good thing in a way. It tells me that they are worth the wait for the work that they provide and do well. Great prices, great guarantee on workmanship,

Tires on a project I was bringing home blew out so I dropped my car off in their lot at midnight called em the next day they said no problem had tires on it as soon as the ones I ordered arrived paid over the phone and picked my car up later on no problems Tony is great super fast on the phone Very friendly and helpful if I'm ever in the area again i will absolutely use them

I was in the market for new breaks. Called around and they are the best price around. They came highly recommended by friends and family that have been going to them for years. Did not disappoint. Affordable, fast, was done in an hour. Like everyone I talk to I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not ever go to this place for repairs on your truck or car they have destroyed my electrical systems on my truck ever since I got my truck back it would never charge the batteries and burn up the alternators up in 2 minutes and all they can tell me that it was not there fault I guys through let just toke my truck books Walters and said my computer in my truck fried

Proof that customer service still exists! I m amazed at how great this shop treats customers in their crazy busy schedule. I mean this place is hopping all the time & every time I go they be taking it to the next level. Definitely should be a training platform for other businesses!

Great place to get work done on your vehicle. The employees give you different prices and their recommendations on what item is best. They get your vehicle in pretty fast to be serviced .great people great business. Will be going there with our vehicle needs. I went in for an estimate and was able to get my vehicle fixed the same day and with in reasonable time
