Do not trust these people to call you back after sending a faulty ac compressor. I have made several calls in which you have to leave a message with zero call backs. We have sent pictures the faulty item and hear nothing. The compressor sent was put together wrong as the pics will indicate and they make no attempt to direct or make the situation right.

I bought a remanufactured ac compressor from them through eBay. I went through all the flushing procedure, replaced the drier and expansion valve, had it professionally vacuumed and recharged, and called them and talked to Amanda McNaab to verify that I had the right oil amount, etc. she said that it all sounded good. After the recharge it worked well, but then soon developed a knocking sound. When I called Amanda (who appears to have given herself a 5 star rating) about it she inferred that I had done something wrong and would have one of her techs give me a call. That was over two weeks ago and I haven t gotten a call. Since then they refuse to answer my calls! Though I am a native Michigander I regret doing business with this company.9/4/2018 update:It looks like I ll finally get a refund. After countless call attempts and unreturned voicemails I finally got through when I called from my wife s phone.What a hassle it s been!

Bought a rebuild AC compressor for my 1995 Geo Metro a few years ago after finding it on eBay and talking to one of their techs over the phone about the rebuild details. The tech pulled up the part and confirmed the unit. After the installation, and several years later the compressor works flawlessly in two Arizona summers! Paid less than $100 (with shipping) vs $300.00 for an Autozone or Checker Auto AC compressor. Just male sure you have a QUALIFIED AC tech install it for the warranty. I found 3 shops here after I asked questions about install would have ruined my compressor had I hired them to install it (like flushing the AC system WITH the expansion valve still in!) then. My fourth tech had the real credentials and knew the right answers for AC work. I now have AC!

Lousy. Don't bother ordering from them. They won't ship your compressor, and their "customer service" team is unresponsive/non-existent.

Terrible online service they will not listen to the costumer and will always think they are right very poor costumer service. would not recomend to others.
