My family and I have been doing business with Joe and Diane for over 10 years now and the one thing Joe isn't lacking in is customer service. No offence /l\ .. Joe and Rex have been running that shop for over a year now by themselves and Im sure they're doing their best. They've never let me down once. Worst customer service ever! Three different occasions they said they d get to my truck and NO calls saying it will be longer. Finally picked it up on day 25 without any service done. Extremely displeased! All I need done was lower ball joints(already purchased parts) and an alignment. 3 hour job! Business lost for life. Bad business. Also nobody came to the desk when I got there to get my keys. Picked the keys up off the desk, got in my truck and took off. Ridiculous!

What a joke husband called to get an appointment. Told him they could get to it Wednesday. So we drop it off Tuesday night he took the day off. Call to get an update as they close soon to get they might be able to get to it tomorrow haven't even looked at it. Yet his appointment is today.

Timlicks s auto repair has always been insightful, helpful and honest! Absolutely recommend anyone to trust their services. They have recommended me to bring in any vehicle I was thinking of purchasing beforehand to have them look at it and provide guidance on any noticeable future repairs. I am able to schedule oil changes for same day service. Their business is one of the few that will compare auto part prices and recommend the lowest priced one to save you money. Treat you like family and it shows!

Customer service here, was outstanding! Then the work that they did on my vehicle, was very impressive. I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else! They r honest and trustworthy! Thank you very much to the fantastic team!

My whole family has been taking our car there for years. Always fast and fair in pricing.I've recommended Timlick's to at least 50 people over the years, just a great place and a great owner.

Timlicks is always busy and it's easy to see why. My family has been using this place as our main auto mechanic for years. He's honest. And he's cheaper than anywhere else. If there's a cheaper way to fix something to get by, he'll let you know (my family is always on a tight budget, so this is knd of a big deal for us). He has a minimal upcharge for parts and doesn't screw around in telling you what's going on. As a woman, i feel like i can take the car in myself and be talked to honestly. Definitely recommend this guy, but your best be is to make an appointment with him- like I said, he's busy for a reason.

Summary: trust Timlick's! Great place, great service, no BS! They're also open most Saturdays (make sure to call and confirm what Saturday you want to come in)!!We've taken our vehicles to Timlick's a few times now and have never, ever been let down!Timlick's is an amazing place to get your car worked on or get a second opinion. Often what other places and dealerships will quote with exorbitantly high prices are nearly 1/2 of what Timlick's will quote, with the same high level of precision and the same OEM products.When someone's working on your car, you gotta be able to trust them. Timlick and his team are straight shooters and will show you the parts that are worn or busted and, moreover, how the wear and tear is affecting the part. It's so refreshing to have a mechanic shop that genuinely cares about you and the business you bring! These guys are bringing honor to the name and to the community.For your car, truck, and diesel needs, definitely give these guys a calls!

Another great repair made today and a really great price! These guys make it happen like no one else can. Wish I knew these guys a couple years ago. Also Joe and his mechanics went above and beyond to help my wife get her car (honda crv) back on the road we couldn't be any happier with the level of respect for her and concern for her car troubles. A++++ joe and joel were great. I had interlock device installed and it went flawlessly. Honest, knowledgeable and courteous. Expert installation very professional. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again for the great work. I look forward to doing buisness in the future. Just had some work done on my wife's truck this June as usual a super professional job at a very competitive price with fast turn around. Thanks again!

I had a couple of sensors come on and took it to Timlick's. Owner, Joe was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Looked at my car quickly and diagnosed the issue. I would definitely do business with Timlick's, again.

Extremely honest and fair. My dad always brought our cars here but now that he is gone I feel no anxiety about going in since I know they are always upfront and honest. This means a lot to me as a female. I always feel like I m going to be taken advantage of in these situations but that is NOT the case at timlicks. I live in Lansing but make the drive to owosso just for their service!

My wife took in her vehicle to Timlicks a few months ago due to a grinding sound at the rear of our vehicle when it moved. We expected it to be an expensive repair but Timlicks discovered it was just a very simple issue and fixed the issue for a low price of labor.I feel like a few places I've been to in the past wouldn't have been honest about the issue to try to get more money out of us, but definitely not timlicks. My family has also had similar experiences here so this is my new shop of choice if my car unfortunately breaks down.

The worst shop that I have ever done business with It took them over 6 weeks to get my truck fixed and when they were done on my truck that I paid almost $6,400 to have my truck fixed by trusted mechanics and they still couldn't get that right I have had to take my truck back to them they ruined my starter on top of everything they got grease in my interior on the top of that I am a 100% Handicap person living on a fixed income plus they took off my stabilizer links without even saying a word about to me I took my truck to the dealership and they noticed it something that a car shop should of told me considering my safety just please Be aware of Bad business out there I turned this company into the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce take your Vehicles some place that will treat you special and keep you on the road safely.

We have been taking our vehicles to Timlicks for yearsJoe and his crew are honest, trust worthy and most importantly Joe treats me and all women with respect. He doesn't see me as a dollar sign walking in the door, he sees everyone as if they were family!Joe has saved our family THOUSANDS of dollars! Joe isn't going to tell you to fix something that does not need to be fixed!If our vehicles broken down 200 miles away , we would have it towed to Timlicks!I am completely shocked that Timlicks hasn't been voted best of the best in Shiawassee County!Thank you Joe! We appreciate you!!!

Had nothing but good things to say about Timlicks the last few years. This last year can t get them to do anything. Always go somewhere else or you can get a few more months out it. When I ask for parts to be replaced, then do it. No excuses. Going else where.
