Best place in town. Online and over the phone processing made buying a new car stress free. No more sitting in a dealership all day. Car was detailed. Fresh oil change and filled up. Very nice staff and professional. They are awesome

We had an excellent buying experience with these people, weren't expecting to buy a new used vehicle while we were visiting from Florida, but it happened. Many dealerships could stand to learn a few things from these folks. Only, don't expect free running boards, ain't going to happen. Thanks again

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a key fob battery. Keith noticed I didn t have a new oil change punch card and hadn t for awhile. To make it right he s giving me my oil change today for free and punched my new card extra to make up for the ones I didn t get! They ve always gone above and beyond and have taken great care of my vehicle needs. Thank you!!

Very low appraisal for trade-in values (by a lot- trade in offer was 10% of KBB). Persistent pursuit of sales to try to "find creative solutions" in rolling in debt. Give them credit for really wanting to make a sale and maximizing their margins, but they are definitely not looking out for you. It's business, I get it. But if you're looking for an honest review, there ya go.

Jason contacted me regarding my vehicle that I had for sale. Unfortunately, they didn t have what I was looking for to trade it in, but he made me a fair offer on buying my vehicle and coordinated the pick up too. The gentlemen who showed up to look over my vehicle and take it away were great to work with and all in all, it was a very seamless transaction. Slingerland made a great impression and I d be happy to do business with them again!

I m so very happy with my Subaru Crosstrek purchase from you guys! Dena and Bethany were both very friendly, helpful and professional. The car was so clean when we came to test drive it. I m pleased they filled the chips in my windshield and had the fluids topped off (full tank of gas too!) before we drove it home. Very nice establishment, I d love to turn to them in the future. I was contacted by Jason Simmerman regarding a jeep I had posted for sale. At first I was skeptical and cautious as I had never been contacted on Facebook from a dealership and with all the scams these days you can't be too careful. Well everything was 100 percent legit. Jason treated me fairly with price, was polite, patient, answered all my questions and he even sent a driver to pick up the car from my house! Impressed is an understatement!If I hadn't already bought a new car I most definitely would have bought one from Jason! He's got my business next new car :)

Jason my salesman, Chris in the finance department and the two delivery men were amazing! I have worked with Jason and Chris in the past, and they make everything SO easy for me. Not only was my monthly payment in my range, this whole purchase (and receiving the vehicle) happened within 48 hours, and the communication was extremely prompt - I never felt like I was left waiting for answers, which is huge for me.Their team was able to send up a delivery team to Traverse City (where I live), because I was not able to get down there next day - they took care of the whole process for me, and stayed in communication throughout delivery day. Although I didn't catch their names, the two delivery men were so unbelievably nice and informative - they even helped me put on my new plate.I can not say enough good things about this dealership, and I look forward to working with them all again!

This is a great dealership with a great staff and owners. I have been through several dealerships over the years but the crew at Slingerland is very friendly and professional and made me feel like family. Buying a vehicle is always a burden but they made it very easy from beginning to end.

I was looking to purchase a new Wrangler. Be aware of what they are saying if you are a woman doing this yourself - I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me with my trade-in. They inflated the price of the new Wrangler when I said I would trade in my Renegade, when I removed my trade they agreed to sell me the new Wrangler for a lower price. Doesn't make much sense. I ended up going to a different dealership where I was able to custom order my Wrangler to the exact specs I wanted for the same price and got a good deal for my trade.I have used the service department in the past and they are amazing. The sales department is where you have to watch out.

Spoke with Jason a salesman and he instantly did not want to help me find a vehicle. I am in the market for a Ram TRX, not only was he denial on inventory, he didn't even ask if I wanted to order one.

I had a wonderful experience with Eric. I drove 3 pre-owned Jeeps and he was patient with my indecisiveness and decision making process. No pressure selling and it was an easy transaction. I've had negative experiences in the past at other dealerships as a woman there alone buying a car, but Eric made me feel comfortable and respected. (They promised to change out the worn tires for a better set, but due to garage staffing issues they couldn't do it. I need to go back to have it done and I sure hope they follow thru in the end.)*Edited to add that Slingerland ended up putting a very nice set of brand new tires on my Wrangler. They even let me borrow a beautiful Compass while the work was being done. I couldn't be happier with the sales and service that I received.Thanks, Eric! Long live Rhino

Been going here for 29 years!! Can only recall 2 times of having an issue, but it was taken care of immediately, so I guess you could say there s never really been any issues. We don t mind paying a little bit more for parts/service cause we know we are getting quality work that is guaranteed! All the staff is friendly and willing to direct you where you need to go.Slingerland Chrysler is trustworthy, friendly and family oriented. Dave Finch is our favorite Mechanic, the ONLY one my husband has work on his RAM. Service Mgr. Keith is the best! Keep up the excellent service everyone!! Janie Salgat

Did the.majority of my transaction online. Found the salesman easy to work with and quick to communicate. When I picked up my new car, everything was ready to go and the final process was done quickly. Nice selection of new and used cars.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I had found a Jeep on their website and was told that I was first in line for it once it was ready and went through service. I waited two weeks until I received a text from Dina this past Friday saying that it was finally ready. I was out of state so I told Dina I would be there Monday (today) to see it and I was planning on purchasing it. I took work off and even arranged for a baby sitter. Just a moment ago I received a text saying that it was sold Saturday. The lack of communication and misleading customer service is very unprofessional. I don't ever leave reviews but I felt this was necessary. Don't tell your customers they are first in line for something and then turn around and sell the vehicle. Hopefully this doesn't happen again to someone else... After reading previous reviews I can see that this is an ongoing problem here.

We had such an amazing experience! There was no pressure to buy, everyone was kind and they even went above and beyond to help us when we got a flat on the way home. I recommend them to everyone Eric was our salesperson and he was honest and patient.

Great experience! Jason Zimmerman was an exceptional sales associate! We went in to test drive only, but ended up with a new jeep. No pressure and no bs. The whole team was great to work with and we love our new gladiator! Best experience I've had buying a new vehicle!

Bought new key fobs for my car (online) and needed them programmed to the car, because the locksmith couldn't do it after he cut the keys. Went in without an appointment, and within 15 minutes I was out the door. Great service!

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them, Kevin was my salesman. I felt like Kevin went above and beyond, he was absolutely wonderful! The experience went smooth and easy and I LOVE my jeep. I highly recommend Slingerland.

This by far was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was very professional. From the salesman to the finance manager the most positive atmosphere to encounter. We just got our work truck from Slingerland's. We couldn't be happier! Jay was completely upfront about charges, payments and went well above to answer any questions! Jay explored many different options as far as financing and down payments to make it the perfect fit for our needs! He went beyond the expectation of a salesman and even threw in a few extras! Awful experience there trying to buy a Jeep. I was in a month ago hoping to buy a used compass after a family friend got a wrangler there earlier in the week. I test drove the car and said I wanted to talk pricing, but they immediately told me the used car was out of my budget and I should look at a brand new car for more incentives . Liked the new car as well, but instead of giving me a quote, they did a credit check on me first and told me I was not approved due to my credit score and debt/income ratio. I had not even agreed on a price yet and they denied me. I even showed my online credit report to show them I had good credit and they said they d call me back Monday. I believe they didn t want to take on my old Chrysler 200 that I still owed on, but wouldn t be honest with me. The sales person also knew nothing about the compass and repeatedly called me the wrong name... I felt disrespected and disappointed. Terrible service overall. Went to a GM dealer in Davison right after and they gave me the price I wanted on a Cherokee, an even better Jeep, and bought it that day. They only checked my credit after we agreed on pricing, like it should be done. I would warn anyone to stay FAR away from Slinglerland!!

We just bought a truck from Eric and it was by far the easiest transaction I have ever gone through. I contacted him On Wednesday and the truck was delivered to us on Friday just as promised! He is the only person I will purchase from in the future.

We were on our way to Cedar Point from Clare, mi; when much to our surprise the air conditioning was blowing hot air. It was 80 degrees out. I googled Chrysler dealers near me. After 3 unsuccessful pleas for help, I called Slingerland. To my relief I was told come on in, ask for Jim and let's see if we can get you some cold air. These are the nicest and most helpful team. Everyone was friendly including the other customers. We are on our way again. Van is nice and cold and all under warranty. I can't thank them enough. This is the dealer to go to for service. I strongly believe that I will buy my next vehicle from them.
