They were amazing! Got us right in for a quote and worked with our insurance to help get our claim squared away. It did take about 2 months before we could get the work done but that was because there were a lot of others ahead of us and waiting on parts. Once they had our car they found more damage and again worked with our insurance to get it squared away. We literally cannot tell where there was any damage to our vehicle. They even had to order special things to mix the paint for our car. Would definitely recommend working with them. Very friendly staff and high quality work.

My beautiful Challenger was damaged when someone backed into the back corner. I was distraught... it's a 2010 with 27k miles on it, stored winters and I avoid driving it in rain. The way it was crinkled, I was concerned the rear quarter would have to be replaced, compromising the factory welds. I didn't know any good body shops, but just moved to Corunna and found Ordway's website. No one else had one, and I wanted to see before and after pics. I called and talked to a tech, then dropped my 'baby' off for the work. Bottom line? It's absolutely beautiful! they didn't replace the quarter and repaired that crinkle like magic. I can't feel a ripple and the paint matches perfectly! Everyone there is great to talk to, they are all about their reputation and they honor the family name. Thank you!

They came highly recommened by Mr. Frolka. They were absolutely wonderful and so helpful when I crashed my car. Even though it's beyond repair, I can't thank them for taking the time look my car over and allowing it to sit until I can get it towed.Hopefully I won't crash another vehicle, but if I do, I'll be calling Ordway.

Brought Mercedes in for front end damage repair. The quality of work was one of the worst I ve ever seen. Upon picking up the car, the left fender was over a 1/2 inch out of place. The parking assist constantly goes off because they didn t repair the sensors. When I asked about this issue they told me they received a bad part from Mercedes and had already painted so now they couldn t return it. Now when I back up and turn the wheel my tires rub on the wheel well. Do NOT take your car there. They are more concerned with the turnaround time. I said I was NOT in a hurry and they replied with well, it s deer season .If I could give zero stars I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was fixed and fast! It looks amazing and to my surprise when I picked it up it was washed & even vacuumed! If I could give them a 10 I definitely would! This business is a must if you need your car fixed!!! Thank you for the awesome job!!!

They were able to pull out a dent perfectly from a minor parking lot incident that was quoted at $1000 elsewhere for less than my deductible at $250 out the door! Looks perfect and I do not have to worry about my insurance rates going up or turning in the lease with damage. Couldnt be happier!

Unfortunately, we have needed to use their services multiple times over the years. Each time you couldn't find a better body shop to handle the job. A great family that runs a great business. They go above and beyond in the quality of workmanship.In the past, our insurance company was always trying to get us to use one their "shop's". NO WAY!!! I want the best job possible and Ordway's always have done amazingly. If you are looking for a great body shop with a fair price with superb results look no further than the Ordway family's shop.

Dealt with these guys a couple times now; once to replace a rear bumper on my truck due to a fender bender, and recently to remove a stripped body bolt off of a Jeep. Excellent service, professional, and very easy to work with on both occasions. Highly recommend

Freindly,open, family atmosphere. Easy to talk to. Gave me an estimate when I picked my car up the numbers had changed! It was cheaper! Great job guys! Car looks great, quality work, nice people.

I just got my car back and I couldn't have been more happy with how she looked! I told them that I didnt have any other transportation so they got me in and out in a week during a bad week for snow related accidents. Their service definitely had a positive impact on me!

Made an early morning appointment to get my mirror fixed as an insurance claim. Dreaded going and starting my morning by sitting waiting around for my car but all that changed when I walked in.I barely got into the door and got out a groggy hey before he said KEYS! All upbeat and happy holding out his hand and said I got you, I know what to do and I'll take it from here! Then jogged out drove the car back and started on it. I was in & out in 20 minutes!NOW THATS SERVICE! I feel like bummed out royalty here!

Kyle Ordway, and his guys at Ordway's body shop are class acts! They are honest trustworthy, and made me feel like i was part of their family. They did not make me feel inferior because i am a girl, they explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my car, and made it cost effective also. If you are looking for a body shop, Ordway's is your best bet!

Hands down the best place to go. Skilled workers and the owner is fantastically ethical and conscientious. NEVER had a problem with them and they've worked quickly and trouble free with all insurance claims.
