Truly the best experience I have had with automotive repair facility yet. The price was half as much as 3 other local trans shops, the staff was super friendly and took the time to not only explain everything I needed but also showed me. Last but certainly not least they had my car running like a dream in no time at all. Truly an amazing experience and the ONLY place I will go for transmission work again.5 stars!! My vehicle has been at this shop for over 3 weeks. The vehicle was originally dropped off for oil pressure issues and to have the transmission replaced. There was also a noise in the motor my husband wanted checked out. This shop has called every week with different parts that need to be replaced. We are at over 3000 dollars in expenses seperate from the transmission issue. My vehicle was suppose to be completed on 04/16/2021. That day the shop called and stated the vehicle was not ready as there was still issues they discovered after replacing all the parts they stated were the issue. Now the shop is stating the oil pump is junk and that we need a new engine. A new engine is going to double the expenses we are already paying and the shop is stating the pump may not even be the issue. This shop has no clue what a vehicles issue is and cannot properly diagnosis a mechanical issue. I would not recommend this shop to anyone if they want their vehicle fixed the correct way.Service: Transmission

They did the full rebuild that our F350 needed, and added better programming to help haul heavy loads. Then they did a great job finding intermittent problems we had show up, and we brought it back and they did more diagnosing to solve some wierd shifting issues, inside and out.
