The two that I saw Great salesmen ! Great finance team! Awesome truck! Everyone there seemed to be pretty happy they were there . Great environment! Super helpful all the way around . Non pushy . Very polite and considerate folks. If your looking for a fair deal with genuine people the team at extreme truck and auto I 100 percent recommend .

Great guys in the auto accessories department, got me hooked up with a great set of wheels and tires for my 2014 Chevy 1500 as well as a leveling kit. Always have answers to your questions and squeezed my truck in and got me good to go in just a few short hours.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Xtreme Truck & Auto Center, and even though I didn't end up purchasing a car, I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly attentive to my needs. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided detailed information about their inventory, and never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine desire to help were truly outstanding. Although I didn't find the right car for me on this visit, I would highly recommend Xtreme Truck & Auto Center to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Their exceptional customer service skills make them stand out among other dealerships.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering Xtreme Truck and Auto. My Jeep was in need of an engine replacement so I took it in for an estimate early this winter. I was unable to take it in until April but even though 8 months had past they honored the estimateMy contacts were Rafael and Milt. They kept me in the loop and were a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with our purchase from Xtreme Truck & Auto Center! The guys there were so kind and worked so hard to get us in the car of my dreams! Jordan was fantastic from the start and I never got that used car salesman pressure feeling from him. I greatly appreciated that.. Contacted Ryan about a truck. Following our conversation, he ran my credit, and received approval for the loan. We then worked out the details, he asked if it was going to work. I replied I think so but I ll let you know for sure in the morning. He replied back with Sorry. Someone came in and purchased the truck tonight. I m not one to complain but that s shady dealing. I should have at least been told they had someone else that wanted it.

I'll start out by saying that I feel I got a fair price on the new vehicle I bought. As for the trade in, this dealership is just the same as the next. They promise the most and ended up giving me just below my KBB cash offer price. What I am writing this review for is because they told me that the truck they were selling me was clean and clear of any scratches or chips. I live over 3.5 hours away and the dealership knew I was traveling that far. When I got to do my walk-around I noticed and 1-1/4" size chip that was poorly filled in with what looked like white out. A $600 fix that they were only willing to credit me for $250. The next issue was they only told me after all paperwork was signed that I would only be getting one key fob. That was a $300 replacement on my end. They last and final issue was with the trade in credit. They were only issuing me a credit of 10k when my trade in was for 35k. I live in Illinois and they allow for full trade in credit. This dealership could of made it right with a little extra effort, but they choose not too. Now with the incorrect paperwork and overpayment of taxes, my registration with Illinois DMV is a complete mess. I had to pay additional taxes on a vehicle that I already paid for and now have to wait a month to refile additional paperwork to correct it. I will say that the dealership reached out to me and confirmed the overpayment of taxes and did send me a refund. However the confusion with the Illinois DMV has already been done. I would not recommend this dealership for the poor salesman practices and tactics.

Buying the car went smoothly, now a year later, the engine is shot (under warranty), and currently has been sitting with them for a month, and no known progress despite me frequently calling. They keep giving me excuse after excuse. Will update after I finally get it back.

I needed tires mounted last minute and Rafael at the service desk fit me into the schedule the same day! The show room is amazing with tons of sweet rims, tires and accessories to gawk at. Very polite and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Jaramillo was really helpful for customer service and took care of me like a sales associate should let me go in the back and let me look at my truck while they. We re working on my truck not to bad of price for tires for the size I got and the brand is m glad I stopped in to get my truck done, they tossed me 2 t shirts just bc so I recommend extreme trucks

I contacted Xtreme looking for a new set of tires. From my first contact with Ryan (service dept) on the phone to the purchase and helping me settle a warranty claim he went far above and beyond. Ryan earned Xtreme a loyal customer. Great service with great prices. I highly recommend Xtreme to my friends and family.

I have to say I like xtreme they usually do very good work and offer good quality parts. But I will say I was just a little disappointed when I bought some new tires this past winter, I purchased some Venom power XT 305/55/20 for my Ram 1500 I went back and forth about choosing his tires but I'm glad to say that Venom has come a long way and I believe they are a great Tire for the price. Although I am pleased with the tires I was not so happy to find out that the person that installed my tires lied to me about breaking the wheel sensor while he dismounted the old Tire. He told me that after driving the truck for a few miles down the road it would pop back up reading the correct tire pressure it never did and they only find out later that the wheel sensor was broke inside I still believe extreme trucks parts is a great place and won't give a bad review because of one bad dishonest employee that works at the company.

I have been taking my car , purchased elsewhere, to Xtreme for oil changes, tire rotations, check engine lights, new tires since they opened. I find the entire staff to be friendly and very willing to help me. They have offered solutions and been patient with my questions. Of course when it was time to buy another car, I went to Xtreme. I just purchased my first used car, a 2020 Blazer and I love it. It s perfect inside and out and the price was right. The pride this business shows in their vehicles and service is evident. I received excellent service with my purchase from Nate. I am one happy customer!!

These guys we're great from beginning to end. Answered every phone call and spent a lot of time answering questions before I ever went to test drive my new truck. I'd highly recommend them for a fair deal. Great place great people.

Huge shout out to Milt Burns III and Xtreme Truck & Auto in Coopersville. Milt went out of his way to submit a claim on a exterior LED taillight assembly with an extended warranty company.I originally bought the Yukon from Preferred Chevy in Grand Haven and purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. I took it to the dealership about a month ago and they said they would not cover the tail light assembly under warranty. I was quoted $916 to get a new one and could be 6 months out before I got a new one. I ranted on FB.I then was contacted by Milt and he got my information. He resubmitted the warranty the correct way and I just heard back that it's covered and I only have my $100 deductible. (Ohh and it will be delivered on Friday)I highly recommend Milt and Xtreme to take care of any car/truck needs that you have.

Went in for new tires, said it would be about an hour and a half. They finished early and had us outta there! Staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in the door all the way to the guy at the service counter! Will definitely be looking to them again in the future! Thanks guys!

Highly Recommend. I recently went here for new wheels and tires for my Jeep wrangler. RJ at the desk was incredibly helpful and knew his stuff and very friendly. All my questions were answered and helped me pick out everything I needed. Alex in the shop was fast and friendly, installed everything perfectly and quickly. I couldn't be happier. Jeep looks great. This is my go-to place for everything I need from now on.

I purchased this car online after seeing it on Facebook Marketplace. I also live across the state from them. I dealt with Ryan (sales) and Darrell (finance) and completed this deal over the phone within hours. They accepted an offer I presented with Ryan and dealt with Darrell in getting me a great finance rate and terms I could not pass up! Top it off two young gentlemen then drove the car to my doorstep, completed the rest of the paperwork and now I have this awesome looking car! Thanks to you all for making a dream come true for me!

2 weeks ago someone stole my car from me. I have been looking for one since. Not having a vehicle makes it hard to drive to look for one- thankfully my parents drove an hour to pick me up, then we all drove another hour to Xtreme. They knew we were coming and that I wanted to purchase the vehicle that day if everything looked good. They said they couldn t go any lower on the price and that was fine by me. I really was looking forward to having a car again!We started to test drive the 2014 Ford Escape SE and it made a funny noise (almost like the muffler was very loud). We then got on 96 and drove a mile down the road and heard an awful noise and the transmission service light turned on. We immediately started hearing a very loud bad belt like sound. Turned around and went to see Bronson.We explained the noise and that the car didn t feel right and all he had to say was, I m sorry, I didn t hear that when i was in it, I ll take your word for it. He did not care to come listen to the sound we were explaining. We expressed that we were upset because we drove round trip almost 4 hours for this car. He then all of a sudden offered to lower the price and power train warranty. All of a sudden he could lower the price after earlier saying he couldn t go any lower.Worst customer service I ve EVER had at a car dealership. I hope that no one else wastes their time driving to look at a vehicle here, as they are obviously aware of vehicle problems and still trying to make a profit off of a car listed as perfect.Save your time and money, don t drive here.Soooo disappointed in Bronson and this dealership overall!
