Scott came out and did a good job repairing a glad hand for one of my O/O. My issue is with the cost. $100 call out + $200 (2 hour Min) + 2.50/ mile from and back to the shop + Parts. I get everyone needs to make money but $460 for a 20 min job is a bit steep. I was expecting ~$250 as that is the cost for that type of job that companies charge where we are from. I am only writing this so people that do call them out know what to expect, they are a lot more expensive than most companies I have ever used for this type of service.

These guys have top notch facilities, mobile trucks, and tow trucks. All their staff are very talented and are also very nice to deal with. They keep you informed and take great care of your equipment. Highly recommend due to their honesty and workmanship.

Had a breakdown on side of highway. Called and spoke to scott, explained the issue he was ready to help but turned out i was a little too far out. Scott went out of his way to make surr i got the help i need from a friend of his. Highly respectful and professional.

If you are a small business trying to make it, DO NOT bring your equipment to quick serve. Very disappointed with this company. We brought our bucket truck to them, they said it would be a couple days. Check in the following week, not ready yet. 3 weeks later and they hadn't even pulled it in the shop. No attempts to contact us letting us know. I called every week and they told me it would be done by the following day. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyoneMHK on the other hand, very professional and a great company to work with!

We had an air leak on a Friday afternoon, not being from the area we didn't know who to go to. A quick phone call and they took us in right away and did a wonderful job. Good people.

I very happy with the expert service, customer care and value I get at Advantage. I'm an owner operator and overhead is my responsibility and down time is my foe. Dave and Joe in the front office are straight shooters and never b.s. me or give me the run around. Down time is minimal and thars only when finding parts for my 95 cab over is difficult or when they're really busy. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of or had them just throw parts at an issue to hopefully fix the problem. Certified master diesel mechanic Phil Tissue is the best in my opinion but all the other mechanics also know what they're doing especially the A.C. guy. All of them have years of experience and knowledge of their trade in getting you fixed right the FIRST TIME and on the road. Value, HONESTY and service; you get it all here at Advantage Fleet Quickserve. It's worth the hour drive for me from Allegan to Coopersville. I trust no one else in west Michigan to keep my business moving forward.

I was in desire need to get back on t road and they got me in and out in a couple hours and all the help was very friendly and courteous great place and people. I would recommend them to anyone
